How to: One Foot Table a MTB!!!

Hello everyone!
Welcome back to my trick tips! Today I am going to be showing you guys how to do a one foot table on a mountain bike. This trick is the next step in tricks after learning how to do a one footer. All you need to do is add the table movement to the one footer and you'll have yourself a new trick!
Watch the video as I break everything down the into movements that will help you get to that table position.

Appreciate the video! Thought I would give this a watch after watching your ‘how to do a one footer’ as I tried it the day of watching the video and found it super simple to do! Just all in the head I suppose

Great video man! You do a fantastic job breaking the trick down. I heard someone say that if you want to take your back foot off, holding the rear brake in the air will stop your cranks from rotating. Any thoughts on this? Seems a bit sketchy to me.

It would stop the cranks but would also cause your front tire to drop and would be more awkward. If you were doing just a one footer it’d work
