What a find, The guy was almost amazing as his meat. Tell him to set up in Birmingham asap. Would pay whatever it costs.
I checked the homepage, will copy paste:
350g of meat (must order minimum 350g per person) 35euro
A variety of meats smoked 10-16 hours (lamb, brisket, beef, shanks, ribs, neck...)
If you want to add 100g of meat it's 10 euro more / 100g..
So for the quality of everything we saw in the video I think it's cheap..
Think I'll have to take a 4h drive, go visit my sister in Sthlm and eat here 🤗😊

The guy in the meat smokehouse had a wicked personality, to be honest I found a lot of the people in Stockholm to be reserved when I visited last year from the UK, friendly but reserved, but this guy is very charismatic and engaging, and he seems like he is part of the experience as well as the food! And the meat looked absolutely delicious. I'd take this guy sprinkling salt over my steak any day of the week over Salt Bae!

Spectacular experience with Spectacular looking food. Not only is this video my favorite of the FRC channel content, it's perhaps one of the best of the food related UA-cam videos I've seen to date. The place looks fantastic I'd fly to Stockholm just to eat that meal. What a great charismatic guy treating you and feeding you like family in his place. It's good to see some positivity about Palestine's culture and how normal people are being affected suffering and dying. Everything the guy said at the end is 100% right.
I live like 15 minutes from that place ;) Im going there next week to try it out for the first time. Just letting you know....

@@bny7y Great! Well worth a visit. Not fantastic but like 6,5-7/10. Purely based on my opinion ofc, many would surely give it higher praise. Extremely welcoming and nice staff though. But in all honesty, Stockholm has so many good resturants. Its hard for even a good place to make it to my top 20 in the city.

What amazing energy and charisma which carried through to the food too, incredible! [adds to bucket list!] I lived opposite a Syrian restaurant once in Brighton once and they did the lemon/lime juice and salt thing with chillies too, that's all some of the older customers in there would add to their meat.
Lucky me i live in Stockholm 🤤 can eat here any time. Guy is absolute legend.

Came to the restaurant for some BBQ based on the reviews. Upon entering the restaurant there was a smell of sewage throughout the restaurant. While my wife went to the bathroom, the smell got worse and made us feel that the food may not be good to eat.
So we left.
After leaving I was chased down by a fat, slovenly employee for using the bathroom and not ordering anything. He attacked me and stole my sunglasses.
AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE YOU MAY GET FROM EATING HERE!!!

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The food was tasteless and the sides were very underwhelming. This guy Adam is a gimmicky hack who pays for bots to follow him and write 5 star reviews. Go look at the 1-star reviews, and you'll see the ratio is very fishy and dishonest.

The only people who doesn't like this place is the people who doesn't ask questions and are just confused about there being no menus and "too salty" when the whole point of it is to balance out the flavours with the lime and the honey and the other sauces. It's a brilliant place. I just hate that it doesn't have 5 stars on Google, because it deserves it whole heartedly.
