    Thank you for putting this information together! I’ve snapped both bones at the wrist as a child, had carpal tunnel release, I play racquetball/ping pong/pickleball 2-4 times a week, completely addicted to golf and I am a professional carpenter. My right arm hates me! It’s really been bothering me the last year or so and I’m going to use your methods in hopes of healing up.

    Hey Doc, great exerise list. I have had this pain for over a year at this point due to overuse at the gym, it has gone down now and I have stopped wokring out exercises that hurt and only recovery and physi exercises now - but whenever I use my left arm it for just a bit like using my phone or keeping it at an angle the pain returns - this only happens to the elbow I had the tendonitis injury - when do you think this would be completely fixed or I would need surgery at the end of the day?
