When I went to my local Cowboys Saloon and they played this song I was excited. To my awe the dance they were doing was nothing like this. Great video though and now I know a line dance to a song but not sure if it's this one

This is almost exactly how I learned it. Steps 31 and 32 are different here, how I learned it is you tap your heel in FRONT of your body, then quickly go back to tap behind you body, then immediately turn and plant the right foot down pointing left for step one, to twist and transition into a grapevine right.
Right, 2, 3, 4. Left, 2, 3, 4. Right step, left step. Left back, right back. Right back, left back. Left step, right step. Pigeon toe, Pigeon toe Right heel, right heel. Right toe, right toe. Right heel, left heel. Right heel, right heel. Right toe, right heel. Kick, and turn.
Count 31 should be a slap in FRONT rather than behind. It's like the Slappin' Leather move. It will make count 32 much easier. Look at the other UA-cam videos that demo this dance. The step sheet on CopperKnob's website is clearer than the one on Kickit.
