Ubaaid get another battery if i drop to low to high 12vs i droo to low 10ns lol 1500 watt amp i havnt done any of that lol i wish i had long enough 0 guage for the big 3 and. To run the car with i have a 2nd battery jn the back but non of them are agm i have all lead acid because i cant get a agm currently lol
So if I’ve got 2 12s and a 2k watt amp, but I’m only trynna use it at like 25-30%, would I need to big 3 or up the alternator? Or would thicker power and grounds to the amp be enough?
Yes for sure I should have said that, always but a fuse between the battery and amp/alternator, any time you add a positive wire. I have 5 fuses one to each amp, one between the 2 batteries and should have one between battery and alternator I still need to do that one
So I'm getting ready to install a SKAR RP 3500 in my 2013 F150, my question is should I go ahead and install a larger alternator plus wiring? Also what size alternator? I've been outta the car audio game for some time now so any input would be much appreciated.
More efficient is what you want..you make the wires larger to try and elliminate bottlenecking

When your front battery is taken out you technically do have a fuse between the alt and battery.
