Cedric Lorch I doubt you’re still active on this account, but I figured “what the hell” I’ve always been curious as to how these live concerts are rehearsed. Were the practices really intense, did you have to go through the whole movie each time? Or did on some days you only practiced some segments. How long would you say it takes to organize something like this, finding the people, getting the rights, finding a space? Must be a nightmare. Sorry to bombard you with questions, but how did it make you feel when the audience would clap when the credits started. Were you annoyed or happy? I have no music background so these may seem like incredibly stupid questions, but I was curious nonetheless.
God, I loved this film. The first one is my favourite, the music, story, characters, scenery, everything about it just top notch. I may just watch this film again soon.

I saw Empire live a few years ago. Hearing the Imperial theme for the first time it's played in the movie is great. Nothing will top Howard Shore with this trilogy's score.
I have heard this in many ways and played by many orchestras ... ... But the final minutes have blown me away ... ... tears - so suddenly - so out of nowhere ... Great ending - this conductor is a real artist of a great orchestra !!! ❤
@@PlanetoftheApesfan-ug1hx Of course he is! I meant to say that it is very hard to make the music of an artist/composer sound like the maestro would do it him/herself. Wicki did an amazing job in that respect. I had the pleasure to witness him in several performances.
I guarantee that we will never gonna see a movie like this ever ever again. Enjoy while you can cuz this is, a masterpiece❤
The whole trilogy is a dream ❤ Peter Jackson and team achieved sheer magic.

It's a pensive setting of the Shire theme played on most likely an Abbel brand tin whistle
