Thought you should know, but normals can't counter hit. If you turn the counter hit option on in training mode, all hits will counter hit, so it might seem kind of misleading.

I can't for the life of me figure the timing of the Gri-Fall

Before Tizoc slams the opponent to the ground, quickly input his Gri-Fall (33 + C). When he raises the opponent up, that’s where you input the move.
