I think it’s hard sometimes to let go of the worldly things we enjoy. But for God, it’s worth it.

I never thought that I could let go.
I suffered 5 years, thinking the same exact thing, the trauma made it seem like what happened took place every single day.
I’m glad that seeking God, seeking Jesus, seeking the Holy Spirit has been more help than any “friend”, any counselor, any therapist, any medication.
This video was a God send.

I went through such terrible abuse that I almost died in 2016. THE LORD GOD.. brought me out of it ...
.sometimes there are triggers that come , but I cast down that imagination. Keep praying, keep seeking the LORD. I will pray for you. 💕💕💕🍃⚘🍃

I know how hard it is to let go of certain things, I am a teen and I was a slave to porn and masturbation for 3 years but God found me. I have been sober for about 4-5 months, it is easy to get into but hard to let go but with God everything is possible. Keep pushing everyone even when it gets hard. God is there with us

Amen and amen. I was under the thrall of the same from the age of 7 to the age of 20. And in one night God did what I couldn't do in 9 years. I tried stopping when I was twelve and from then on it was a downward spiral of shame or pleasure, ignoring my guilt over my disgusting habits. But God.

It always spins me out whenever the exact words I need to hear, are said In the latest video you release. Thank you for being an obedient servant for God. He is speaking through you into so many people's lives.
This video really comes as an answer to prayer - the exact encouragement I need. I love God more than anything in the entire world and I've been feeling really down on myself when I became aware of the fact there are parts of my life that are keeping me from living my life fully for Him. More than anything I want to ditch all of them and just run straight after God, but... as you pointed out In this video, it's hard to let go.
I feel like I've allowed this realisation guilt and shame me and keep me from going to God - that because it isn't easy for me to turn away from my bad habits and sinful ways God won't want me. But I know that's a lie I'm believing. And I know I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength and I don't have to do it on my own. I just need to repent and turn from my ways! I do it not in my own strength, all glory to God!!

Alex, thank you for your transparency and vulnerability. The timing of this is spot on. I have struggled to let go of certain things in my life due to past experiences, and I know the LORD has been showing me I need to. Also, I completely relate with you about not giving your all…….I’ve been guilty of that myself. It’s scary, but Jesus was scared too and asked God to take his cup too, but He did it anyway. Jesus gave his all regardless of what ppl thought, knowing ppl would still reject him. I must follow his example too.

Oh goodness Alex. This was what the Lord needed me to hear. It was and still is hard to let go of my ex-husband. Adultery and a secret drug abuse problem has left my world upside down BUT Jesus has been so close to me in this journey. After biblical research on divorce, fasting in praying I am allowing myself to let go and open my heart to what and who God has instore for me. God's love is so deep and so wide no challenge or problem will ever be able to consume it. He is God all by Himself! You are forgiven Alex. Bless your heart

I have been recently listening to Amen podcast about the genealogy of the Bible and both the podcast as well as your channel are truly a blessing!!! And I love Lokelani's amens 🙏🏻✊🏻💖 As an adult, I struggle to be vulnerable as well. I hope I can be able to share God's word with others who do not know him, but it is a struggle to be vulnerable. I realized that this fear of being vulnerable comes from the enemy and is trying to hold us back from sharing the good news with others. You’re video blessed me. And thanks for your obedience. Letting go is hard and I am having to get of my relationship of almost 3 years go, because it was not good for me. I wanted what was not good for me. But I was finally able to say no. It wasn’t worth my destiny or my focus on God and what He has instructed me to do which is also minister the gospel to others and use my gifts to bless others and honor him. This video is so beautiful. Glory be to our Heavenly Father ! I’ve been battling with doubt and fear of my salvation and even at times doubting Gods existence and other thoughts that have been super overwhelming. It has been a very tough season spiritually for me but I’m always reminded of Gods grace and what Jesus did for me on the cross that allows me to refocus on him and not my circumstance.
