Ten years after this... i watched this performance live, this week. It was more than i could ever ask for. I'll never forget it.
The dancing is my favorite part. 😍
They're both so insanely hot. Even Ben's awkward dancing is hot. I love the studio version to bits, but I also adore their playful energy here

Yeah, I’ve thought the same or doubted my limited sports knowledge - been perplexed by that verse from the beginning ! But I imagined he meant hockey and mistook the three periods for quarters, lol.
Water polo and lacrosse both have goalies and quarters
Who said anything about soccer? Nobody ever mentioned soccer. Quarters means 4 and that means there must be a 3rd one. It’s an arbitrary reference.
@@SundarBJJ Name a sport with a player nicknamed a “goalie” who tends a net and four quarters. I can think of lacrosse, field hockey, and water polo, and that’s it. OP was just saying that the line was a toss off, as he is undoubtedly not referring to any of these sports.
