- Galbraith might be known for it's freeride trails like SST, Unemployment and Evolution, but it's the more natural tech trails that get me stoked! Dad Bod, Happy Hour and Air Chair had me grinning from ear to ear.

I've been riding Galbraith for 15 years, it's great to hear a new perspective of the trails. These are great vids, keep it up!

Galbraith has been one of our stomping grounds for 30+ years, the scene was nothing like it is today but still sick. Yes we get the rain which I think actually improves your riding, constantly having to adjust your body position on those greasy roots is a great core workout, not to mention the burning forearms and brake cramp hands.
Blanchard Mtn is a fun one in Bellingham as well, long climb but long single track DH back to the car. On one of our ride there it was your typical “lose your buddy DH race back to the car”, the only problem was I was in the lead and had forgotten the trail and ended up flying off a rock drop at full speed landing on my front wheel and my nutz straddling on my stem, but I rode it out and pulled a big gap on my buddy since he slowed and rolled down the rocks (puss).
I'll have to check that zone out! You're lucky this is all in your backyard! Such a fun area

Its a dope bike for sure! But its hard to buy a bad bike these days. Pinkbike has put out so much content lately on how to get yourself a great bike on a budget!
I watched his vids and that was it I had to have the same bike he definitely sold the bike and his vids are the best on UA-cam

Awesome video man. I live in the PNW central Oregon exactly & the riding is amazing. For the past two summer I spent a month in Colorado riding some of the best trials that y'all have to offer & I too was stoked & thrilled just like you were to ride different terrain then I'm used to. If we can't travel out of the country this summer due to covid😝 I'm diffenatly heading to Colorado to ride again🤙🏾
My favorite route at galbraith recently has been. Evolution > spacewolf > dadbod > Irishdeath > lair of the bear.

Dude! I was so bummed we didn't get to ride spacewolf! We were gonna hit it after dad bod, but the rain started coming down HARD!
I’m a avg rider and would love to ride Galbraith. I ride my local trails in Black Diamond and Duthie Hill. Would Galbraith be too much for a avg hardtail rider?
Not at all. This place has trails for all abilities. Preride. reride. freeride.
Just start easy and progress from there. I bet you can ride most the trails there.

I realize this vid is kinda old. But your traction/control issues were most likely due to your tires. It looks like there's only about 25% of the tread left. or you're running fast rollers. Here in the PNW we run aggressive tires like the Asagai on the front for wet and DHF on the front for dry and dusty.
