naku miss janette aq po tuwang tuwa ang asawa ko po di mahilig sa chocolate cake or chocolate cup cakes pero un po walang pang frosting kinain na po tapus un black forest cake na gawa ko its perfect daw so alam nyo na i got a kiss ayieeeeee hahaha

Thanks. Fresh milk has half more water than evaporated milk so you may need to adjust on the flour.

I dont know what happened, but my dough didnt rise. I used dry yeast and it bloomed twice its size, and I thought I measured everything right. Dough felt kind of hard and and not right...maybe I kneaded it too long in mixer? Also I wondered, is evaporated milk same thing as condensed milk?? I only found condensed milk in my store.
evaporated milk is different than condensed milk. I you used condensed then that's the reason why.

Hello Ms.Janette! Mahal po ba yung mixer pang bread? D pa po kasi ako nakpgtry ng mga breads kasi wala po akong mixer at pang knead. Baka in the future pa. Hehe
I am not sure dyan sa Philippines. Breads can be kneaded by hand kaya khit walang mixer okay lang.

Almost 6yrs akoh xa Saudi Mam J...xa araw2 n paggawa koh ng mga tinapay nila ang yeast ai drecho kong isinasama xa dry ingredients...kaya pala cguro minsan ndi umaalsa ung gawa koh?
kung instant yeast pwede na isama lang sa dry pero I noticed na mas maganda ang pinapa-bloom sa lukewarm water. Mas alsado sya and mas malaki ang bread

Could be the texture of the dough kaya ganoon. Maybe too much flour or masyadong sticky.
Bakit yung sau nag da dry up yung glaze sa donut mo pero yung sakin wetty at hindi mag si set at ng dry.. Same lang naman tau ng recipe sa chocolate glaze..

Clueless lang po is Boston cream same with Bavarian filling
I believe so. Dito kasi ang tawag nila is Boston cream not only bec of the cream but also dahil sa chocoalte coating. But the taste I would say is the same sa Bavarian which we call there sa Phils
