- Hey everyone! It's been a minute since I posted about my fitness journey. I am still working out, but I have currently teamed up with my husband, because the work outs I was doing on my own was not helping me with the fitness goals I have in mind. Usually when I workout on my own and if the exercise burns then I'll STOP. (guilty). But with my husband he will push me to my breaking point, and I need that! I don't mind showing you guys how weak I am , and making my way up to heavier weights (because my goal is to eventually build muscle)! It's all a progress, and at the end of the day I feel great about taking care of my body!

I did 3 circuits of these exercises. 10 reps of each. By the 3rd circuit my legs felt like rubber! LOL!
