    I believe that the reasoning behind not rolling out cruise control is sound. However, if the scooter requires additional sensors, would you consider retrofitting older models with those sensors? Cause if not, the promise made on community day to roll out cruise control will not be fulfilled

      Actually they don't care about the community, they sold you a scooter, got your money and they are done.
      Now they will give more features to new models so they can get more 🤑🤑💰
      Example - Regen and ESS

      They've already said new switch gear will not be available for retrofitting and new features like ess wont come to older scooters so go figure...

      Hardware changes would be difficult to implement

    I understand one sensor failing. But two break lever failing at a time? Impossible. Just an excuse to gate keep the feature for "bigger and better family scooter"

    And even the break levers failing is a the slightest chance verrrryyy slim chances if you service it every 5k kms, why even worry
    Just say you are incapable and just want to churn out money
    2. What are you...a govt.? Uk people need it, just roll it out... Seems like someone's way over their head
    3. Well... Those who gave the details..... Where's their funds.... It is getting delayed you don't want to admit your own fault and shortcomings at all don't you

      Exactly, these folks are just into minting money as they got shock from government for cheating both customers and government equally, so they have decided not to give these features to older generations stating the imaginary bogeyman safety and regulations

    Regarding cruise control, You can use brake to cut off cruise control and if its sensor fails it can take over by enabling regen(turning throttle to opposite).
    Also allow 5km speed drop range even in cruise control. (If cruise control activated control the instant power draw of motor by software. So if using brakes and speed drops more than 5 km/hr auto cancel the cruise control.)
    These are the interlocks i got in my mind for cruise control safety. Hope this helps for your R&D.
    Also there is an advice to add dual channel ABS as accessories. Some of the ather riders are ladies, who are not able to handle panic braking or emergency situation to slow down. So add ABS as an option and this will helps your customers to improve there safety.

    Sir Please talk about backward compatability
    1) New model is released still service center sells older models no updates to customers
    2) My vehicle is only 3 months old which is absolete now , so no regen nor cruise control and no back ward compatibily many users are stuck like this.
    3) Improve service centers quality frequent scratches when we leave our vehciles in service centers.
    4) The belt chamber, back and mudguard throws mud and dirt all over and no way to clean it , please improve on these things and this must be fixed to all generations.
    5) Most of the times the vehciles gets restarted in middle of the rides , vehicle moves but none of the indicators , horn and other things dont work until it gets restarted , basic functionalities should work even if it is restarting
    Not saying this like i am against Ather, i am still a proud owner but some things should be taken care and responses should be updated to each geneartion owners, hope every one agrees with me

    my scooter had battery issue for which i gave my scooter to service center And I got my scooter yesterday after almost 3 months.But my scooter has the same issue which I was facing earlier. There was no benefit in weighing so much, I gave the scooter and got it.resolve my issue please help me

    What’s the timeline for the family scooter version launch (some tentative month,year pls) ? As a new buyers we might require that information as I’m planning to purchase a family version & can’t drain my fund buying the latest 450X. For now I booked the 450X due to the anxiety of losing the Fame 2 subsidy which our crazy government can stop at anytime & expecting delivery by next week. Pls confirm as it s’more critical. At EOD it’s hard earned money to shed so much into a EV vehicle.

    Main question..what's d resale value of ather after 4..5 yrs ? Or any other ev ? Will it scrap ? Coz half of the cost is battry .. which gonna reduce over years .. who will buy used ev ? Also is der any buy back program from ather in case we want to sale out old ather and want to buy new one?

    I'm very much interested in buying Ather but I'm against their recent subscription policies. They are following Tesla, Mercedes's business model like charging for things which is against consumer interest. I suspect if they are bottlenecking certain performance aspects and selling them as premium features. Can anyone explain if there are any hardware changes or only software in pro pack. If it is only software updates then it is unfair of ather to charge for it. It should be basic feature given for free for their consumers.
    How is this business model not anti-consumer laws?

    First you replace all the athers rear mudguard and belt and also if possible please make some adjustment in the suspension as well the suspension is too stiff that every road bump and hole hits you very hard in the back !

    Finally, paid charging in Ather grids is really promising, Going forward Ather should increase the charging limit to 100% to help long-distance riders.

    Ather please launch a practical helmet! I have been using Decathlon bicycle helmet for riding my 450x since february 2022 and the funny part is every time people will stare at me including the policemen, but luckily i was never charged for wearing a bicycle helmet :). Really I don't mind because i have severe sinusitis and really i want more airflows in my helmet, secondly i want use my airpods often or use my phone as usual whenever i'm on the move and finally i want to easily shove my helmet with other stuffs under the seat. Just think whether it is possible with Ather helmets or any other brands for that matter. The Ather frunk is more practical, in the same sense bring a helmet which is very practical to use.

      service cost , a screw got loose and dropped of from the scooter went to the service center charged me 10 rupees and said everything is chargable.
      Now thats Ather

    So many problems in 450model service experience worst customer care service worst company worst 100% never recommended product go with others product like Chetak iqube Ola it’s far better product overall………it’s ATHER WORST COMPANY 100% shutdown or sell this company 1day and time starting nowadays……bad experience hell product
