Raj, Meeting with tarun was too short, I think he had more to tell and I was engrossed is conversation, how it ended was surprise to me, and context to your questions was limited. While he has been talking in different genres while developing an automotive tech co. Hope to see your second part with more questions in the coming times.
Firstly, it is an absolutely mind-blowing 🤯 interview. Entrepreneurs can learn from, and be inspired by, this interview. One point regarding the causes for India failing to build brands (chapter @16:47). Tarun goes back to the 60s. I think that is not correct. The real roots lie in central planning that started almost as soon as independence. That created what Rajaji named the "licence-permit raj". That was epitomized by the two model car market - Ambassador & Fiat (later Premier). You do not need engineers if the Morris plant, complete with molds and presses, can be imported. There is no need for marketing in a captive market. The entrepreneurial spirit of Jamshedji Tata, Walchands (what is now HAL), Sarabhais (chemicals) , Prof. T.K. Gajjar, Prof. A.S. Kotibhasker and B.D. Amin (Alembic), V. O. Chidambaram Pillai (shipping) ... The list is long. Thankfully that spirit survived.
I really don't think this podcast is being watched by founders but people like me who want to understand the technology of electrical vehicles vs hydrogen vs nacl batteries etc. You should focus the podcast on the audience.
Tarun. Your brand is pioneer in electric. Why are you still not able to give an option of bigger battery range which is very much needed then anything else
One request for you raj bhai, your audience is all over india. Actually I’m from south india and idk hindi. Pls consider it and do upload video with caption. Thanks in advance. Yours lovely Subscriber❤️
Please consider manufacturing 3 wheeled EV scooters which would be a boon especially for the physically challenged & senior citizens. Such scooters are available in the U.K. & China.
One thing I feel is quality of steel used in foreign brand like Toyota etc is excellent quality of steel used in their engines and gears etc which do not wear tear during the whole life time of the vehicle but local brands lack. For making of a brand basic is excellent quality of steel and other inner parts and not only external luxury.

I had loved a like what Sir Tarun Mehta said you don't need to know everything when you are starting you must focus on end result what you want to deliver i
Business is so dynamic any number can't fixed for everything
As a Ather employee we excepting Ather should work on marketing and branding.
I have now started watching your videos regularly. This particular one was very interesting to watch because I could connect to it as I am working in some what similar industrie. The start of the video and through was good but the end why did you hurry and ended it in like few seconds. Your gust was a very knowledgeable and was giving such good inputs. I thank the end should have been more like thanking him and admiring his work and more....
Such a insightful and great conversation. One of the most deep conversation about the people amd ideologies behind the glamourous ather.
I think india so be more focused on getting rid of poverty and racism
first impression is not the best impression. i thot first Tarun will be so boring..but he made a real point...Indians are have never leant to make institutions.... THAT WAS THE EL:EPHANT IN THE ROOM..

I wish this was in english so more people could understand ! Please add captions in english at least .
This edition is highly inspirational. Lot of key details to think big. This needs to be seeded in young aspirants.
This is a high value conversation. Thanks!!
Very much insightful ✨
Raj Samani, you are doing a great job for today's youngsters
Yours lovely

I am Waiting to Watch 2nd Part of this!
For making of a brand basic is excellent quality of steel and other inner parts and not only external luxury.
had a varied insight into varied topics. liked the podcast a lot. learned a lot
Others things are good, but in India if its not affordable then it is not for masses, its only for niche people 🙏
Great work Tarun, love and proud upon you. Indian consumers must know it's facilities.
my community based start up name is Kather 😂
