I like your new format. Straight and to the point. Well done. Your white point on your camera/software is blueish. May want either different lighting or color correction.
Great video! I liked the format a little better, but you may want to intersperse some commentary as well as voice over if possible. Love the channel, brings me back to the good old days of brewing! Also, you said you used distilled water in the mash... what happened to the water you added the salts to? Would be cool to show some charts of the brew and process... How you hit your numbers, or variances, etc...i remember always loving to see how I did versus my complicated spreadsheet. lol
I added the salts to the distilled water. With the Brew in a Bag method there is no sparge, so i only need to add salts to the mash water. The channel is still a work in progress, but appreciate your comments.
How does brew in a bag method differ in efficiency from a traditional sparge? Seems like it is a lot easier vs what I use to do with double coolers and cpvc manifolds 😂
Great video, keep doing what your doing! Great intro and great info.
Thanks, I like the intro as well. Thanks for watching.
And that's it, who
Did you say that you can't make quality beer with old hops? Congratulations on the brewing. Hugs from Brazil.
I dont think I said that. I'll use older hops as long as they have been taken care of. Fridge or Freezer.
That looks tasty. I'll brew this for my next IPA, probably try Lutra Kveik as the yeast since I have a dry pack around. Thanks for the video!
I havent used Kveik yet, should provide some more citrus. Let me kmow how it turns out.

@user-nn4jw3wb2q it is easier. My efficiency is around 68-73%.
I’m not a hundred percent sure but I think BIAB method efficiency Is lower. I’m around 68-70%
