I’m so used to seeing the edited version of mum’s lives on the internet so you think that it’s the wife who does all the cooking, cleaning, childcare, shopping 100% of the time and I’m like wow how do they manage it all. I can’t do all that with just me and a baby. Or just me and a toddler and a baby. Is that grey pot you’re giving away that great non-stick pot you mention a lot with the draining spout?
If you’re able, you should look up a pregnancy center in your area! They’re always looking for donations! Not just for baby stuff but sometimes furniture or adult and house stuff! They help moms from pregnancy to sometimes furnishing their homes! Just a thought ❤ love yah girl!

I have my husband drop off donations about every six weeks. I have a box 3/4 of the way full right now, but I’m waiting until after the holidays to fill it and drop it off. I always have a donate box or bag because I regularly edit our home and remove what doesn’t meet our needs anymore. Certain things are posted for free in my neighborhood Facebook group, some is given directly to family, and the rest goes to a local donation center.

If you lose your balance and your body goes backwards, then you and the chair will topple over. Turn the chair around so that you’re facing the chair. ☺️☺️
I tried branch basics a couple months ago because of your recommendation. I’m never going back. I absolutely love cleaning with branch basics. I used to clean homes and have developed a sensitivity to cleaners and this one is so gentle on your skin and so powerful for cleaning. It’s seriously awesome! Also, thanks for posting this video I needed the motivation today!

This is the time of year I definitely do whole house decluttering. I have my kids help evaluate what they are actually going to use/play with and what might make another family happy to find.

Oh man how I miss my 20s and 30s and all the energy I had. I use to scrub down my whole house every other weekend. I'm still a professional humchucker. I have no problem getting rid of stuff. 😂😂😂😂
OK, I’m curious how you deal with gifts that you don’t want in your house? Like for our son‘s birthday, he got a ton of plastic trucks and stuff. And noisy things that I don’t want in my house. I tried to take one away and I had it hidden for a couple days out in our garage and then he noticed it was still missing. And so I felt like I had to give it back. I feel bad but it’s like I don’t want this junk in my house. But he also doesn’t seem to wanna play with The kind that I want in the house.😅
Set boundaries with people in your life, tell them what you need or your son needs. Take the batteries out. Keep the toys he really, truly enjoys. ❤️ Best of luck to you and your family. 💕

Yes! My 5 month old is so clingy when the older kids are out. Once they get home from school he's happy and content just watching them play all around him
Don't worry it will get better 😊this is not the time for you to have time to declutter your home, you are your babies home 😊 when he starts walking you'll regain a lot of independence and when you have more than one child it honestly gets so much easier!! You're doing amazing! Those contact naps are so important and you'll see the results later 😊 this season of life is exhausting and I get you feel like you're behind but the support you're giving your baby is the stepping stone for his own independence! Hope it helps it's only my opinion 😊

I love wearing those flowy square neck and scoop neck dresses but really don't like wearing strapless bras, which is the only way I've been able to prevent my intimates from showing. Do you have any recommendations?
Just out of curiosity: Is heating very cheap in Canada or are homes super well insulated? I often see Delilah and the family walk around the house in summer clothes during autumn and fall. Just wondering...or maybe Canadians have built up a high tolerance to the cold ;)

I would just watch to see what he actually plays with and then keep those items. It might not be aesthetically pleasing but he’ll be happy 🙂

I had this baby less than a year ago, and I can say that it gets easier as they get older 💕

It is easier when they have a sibling! I get WAY more done with two kids than when I just had one. They are only 19 months apart so that also helps!

In india they sew a little loop and eye hook to keep the brastrap in place on tops i had tailor made.

Why takeout the windows screens??? I think that makes sense but I've never seen anyone do that before!
We do it in the winter because you’re not usually opening your windows and it looks better (and you can wipe the glass)
