I watch a ton of science-based videos (Thomas DeLauer, Layne Norton, Jeff Cavaliere, etc) and they really help get into the nitty gritty details, but your videos really inspire me because I feel like I'm listening to a real person who is crushing it every day.
    Keep it real brother! 💪

Good question, I usually try to take it every day, sometimes skipping on the days I don’t workout 👍🏽

Bro 🔥 What was your starting weight and how much do you weigh now? I was 130lbs and gained 50lbs but i want to get bigger but hit a plateau. How do i get around this and continue to get big?? 💪🏽

I appreciate it 🙏🏽. My starting weight would be 175 lbs. I’ve always been a slow gainer, so I can relate for sure. The biggest change I saw was when I cut my alcohol , going out and really concentrated on my eating. It’s definitely challenging for me to eat enough so I started doing a lot of protein shakes. Especially helped doing 1 before I go to bed.👍🏽 The second major improvement was the training definitely. I realized that I just have to do more if I want to achieve results. Have been consistent with the full compound lifts and was and still sometimes do 3/4 hours at the gym.I’d say plateauing is pretty normal, just need to make sure you change your program pretty often .It’s definitely achievable! Just have to really grind for it man!It will come! 😤🙏🏽
