If I need to split my cases to inspect my transmission in my 2020 crf250r, I need to remove the top end first as seen in this video, correct? The bottom end stuff doesn't really worry me but cam stuff, shims, and valves are a bit intimidating lol
Because 15 hours is for any type of rider.. 15hours with someone like Justin Barcia in his 250 days and tbh it would probably last longer than that, but if they put 50hours in the manual and it broke before I’m sure someone would sue. Most normal riders will be wasting their money doing it at 15hours.
When you install the big bore do you need to add stiffer valves or change anything else in your engine or just install the new piston and your set. Also, how does it affect your bike Long term? I had a buddy bore his 110 to a 150 and the starter had some issues and the bike would randomly shut off sometimes. Just wondering if someone could teach me how it affects the bike asides from power obviously, and also do you need to re tune?
Hi ! I recently bought a suzuki rmz 250cc and have a 280cc kit installed. I saw your video and I want to ask, is the valve tuning the same as the original kit with this kit?
You are the first person I saw use tools like me, wobble extensions and pick tool to take off hoses. thumbs up!
Thank you guys for this very good tutorial! Has helped me a ton!!
Do you need to change your jetting to when you add a big bore kit?
I haven’t been able to find info regarding this question anywhere.
And it's as easy as that. 😂 How much do they usually charge for this maintenance service they recommend?
did u have the ecu tuned for this build if so buy who

is it the same procedure for a 2014 crf250R ?
Why do they say 15 hours when the piston is usually perfect

Yep, it's a race bike. Plausible deniability, if it seem to blow to early.

I'd recommend changing your mapping. Other than that, you should be good to go. -Charles
Does it chew more fuel if so how do you change the amount of fuel it takes, do you have to do anything to the fuel injectors
Will this be the same as on the 2017
hi what piston ring end gap? for Honda crf250r 2011
Hello, Is this the same for a 2020 crf450r?
What are the cooling fans?
That is the Tusk Digital Radiator Fan Kit. We have a video showing the installation process here: ua-cam.com/video/FjQQPxm7Ch8/v-deo.html

That is correct. Valve clearances don't change with a big bore kit, so if your valves are within spec you're good to go!
@@rmatvmc ok ! Thanks for help me 👍👌
Was told I need a new top end at 75 hours? This true??
Do you have to? No. Is it recommended? Yes.
That is ridiculous if somebody changes their piston every 15 hours an oil change is normally 15 to 20
15 hours is crazy
I replace the top end if it starts to burn oil or it doesn’t run anymore😂
Wow these newer model bikes really suck that was alot of work just to get to the valve cover My 2006 yz450 top end is easier to rebuild
Huh? 🧑🔧😤
