Mrs. Duranice had me in tears singing to Steve and singing that Gospel song. She reminds me of Shirley Caesar, one of my favorite gospel singers. What a blessing it is for me to see her for the first time and to listen to her God-gifted talent.

I met her at a friend's and family concert she hosted over 10 years ago. She prophesied to me and called out EXACTLY what I was going through at that time as I walked down front to place my offering in the basket. The anointing hit me so hard in that moment when she spoke to me. She told me God said I would be delivered. Shortly thereafter, it happened. She not only was a powerful anointed singer but she also was a mighty prophet sent by God!! I thank God for that amazing experience! 🙌🏽🙏🏽

March 2024 I just randomly came across this video. I didn't understand why she was given rat poison, bit then zi just researvhed and read about her life. Evil was done to her by her relatives! What a lovely lady, lovely voice. I'm so sad she is not here anymore. I cried because of her and Steve Harvey. I love how Steve is not afraid to show his emotions and he still manages to make people laugh even when he had just being crying. I couldn't watch her whole performance, too sad.

From start to finish, she sings with an unguarded voice, no self-consciousness, no deceit, no devices--much like a child would stand before a judge and simply tell what happened. No acrobatics, no wild vocal valleys and peaks and tremelos; just a straight testimony. Very moving!
