Mean Girls 2004 were actually the mean girls, while Mean Girls 2024 are politically correct mean girls. Plus the cast is pretty basic, it's just impossible to replace Rachel McAdams, Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Seyfried. All in all it's just not worth it.
My biggest flex is seeing the original in 04 when I was 10 with my sisters ❤. But in all seriousness they filmed this shit in ONE month and had the audacity to put It in theaters where people pay at least 20$ for one ticket for a phoned in remake with singing!? Film industry is in the can EDIT: everyone share your 1st mean girls movie experience below!
I was 7 and convinced my mom to rent it from a Hollywood movie store because of my love of Lindsay Lohan at the time. Literally, created a household of mean girls fans.
I was 11 when I saw mean girls. I was in awe of the entire cast. I wish they would do a mean girls with the original cast and showing them older as adults. I would watch it in a heartbeat.
I was 10, and I rented it out at a video store in South Africa, it was my first time renting a movie, I was so excited, it was Spider-Man, Just My Luck and Mean girls if I remember correctly, it was a 3 rental special at that place that month . Ahh memories 😊
This new Mean Girls might have been good as a musical on stage, but its tragedy closely resembles what happened to Cats the movie. It might have worked in theater, but that doesn't mean it will work in a movie. The two are quite similar but 2 very different mediums. One is live and the audience is part of the play or musical, but the movies are not. Also some movies are really not meant to be remade...ever, like Back to the Future, Mean Girls etc...They're almost perfect. Casting, humor, script, dialogues, set, time, everything is almost perfect. Eric Stoltz filmed Back to the Future for 6 weeks and it didn't worked, He's not meant to play Marty McfFy. It's the same with Mean Girls, Rachel McAdams, Lacey Chabert, Amanda Seyfried, Lindsay Lohan etc...Perfect casting...everyone on that movie is perfect for their role. They were meant to play those roles. Another thing why iconic movies can't be remade for this generation is it will lose what made it worked for them in the first place. The environment, the jokes(especially these, because some jokes that worked before will not fly in today's super sensitive society) the charisma, the magic. Hollywood should just make new movies and not remake classic or iconic ones. If they can't really stop themselves from remaking movies they should remake old, very very old movies(not 20 or even 30year old great movies) that people don't know or they can just remake movies that didn't worked the first time it was shown, because the movie was way ahead of its time or they think the now generation will appreciate it more.
It’s also to note that iconic and classic films work so well bc of the context and time in which they were released. It was what was needed in the cultural ziegiest, doing something new. Speaking to the people of that time. Mean girls had commentary that was somewhat groundbreaking and needed at the time, but 20 years later it’s no longer fresh. We’ve already discussed it and moved on, I think it’s why the new Barbie movie did so well.
Agree on every single point, especially the last one. It’s outrageous how much Hollywood is eating it’s own tail by choosing to remake recent movies, like it straight up feels like content, getting churned out without a thought behind it. They really should stop, or at least remake movies from the 50s and 60s, which is what remakes originally were meant to be.
@@fabiofuoco Hollywood is literally running out of ideas. I think even fan fiction writers have better ideas and stories than them. At least those writers have a genuine passion when they write stuff, unlike Hollywood, who just want to milk out iconic/beloved films because they don't know how to make new ones anymore.
I can't lie Wal-Mart's Mean Girls themed back to school commercials is the reason I signed up for Walmart+ and got great deals during the holiday season 😂 That was some great marketing!
The original title of this video was “mean girls 2: the most expensive elf commercial ever” lol. Also I saw product placement for deodorant spray, Epiphone electric guitars, and something else I can’t remember. Edit: it was SeatGeek lol. Another Edit: I honestly really liked this new movie and it was fun but the original will always be better
the deodorant stood out so bad to me, I remember it was just heavily featured in the background at first and I thought "huh there's some obvious product placement" and then there's a whole scene where karen is putting it on 😭😭 could they not have made it a little less noticable
I was shocked to see that Tina would go for such a cash grab like this? And I also feel like the movie wasn’t marketed well? I didn’t start hearing about it until a week ago and now it’s all I’m hearing about.
@@stephsvids9812 A lot of people have been saying it, and it's true. It wasn't marketed well. It also didn't help that many of the trailers hid the fact that they were musicals, leaving many people confused when they saw it.
I’m a theatre kid, but I think the genre has gone to trash since Hamilton…. As an artist, I am often discouraged by the lack of funding for projects that are original concepts, and not based on an existing IP. When I saw they were making the musical into a film, I knew it was going to be awful…
@@beanii7339 the genre has chosen to “pander”, instead of creating new art. I truly think the genre has been suffering since the “mega-musical” took over in the 90s. Not to say there are NO good contemporary musicals- it’s just that the genre has been especially watered down with horrible ideas solely based upon pre-existing IP’s.
@@gogogogighe’s not using Hamilton as a scapegoat. Hamilton MADE Broadway “relevant” to the common person. You had children claiming to be the “biggest Broadway fan” when the only thing they had seen was Hamilton. Then the mix tapes came. And the t-shirts. And references in other media to it. The musical reset the cultural standard for Broadway and suddenly you couldn’t make certain jokes in musicals for mass appeal, in fear of younger kids cancelling the show. So when Mean Girls came out a couple years later, it was scrubbed of virtually every single thing that made Mean Girls a clear reflection of 2004 humor. Gone was the post 90s grunge feel or Pink’s inspired lyrics. Everything had to rival Lin Manuel in terms of mass appeal, since now everything was an IP. Waitress as amazing as it was, is still a movie adaptation. We had Frozen and Aladdin playing ping pong with The Lion King. Wicked? We all know what made Wicked great in 2003. So of course to see it passed off as a companion film to the original will seem like garbage.
I haven’t seen the Broadway musical yet I was going to go see it when Sabrina Carpenter got casted but after the pandemic it got shutdown. I feel like she would’ve made a better Cady in this movie because she can act & sing. I did like the remake but it is cringy but it’s also fun. I wouldn’t say it’s better but it’s fun for a girls night.
Can people please stop rebooting these 80s 90s & 2000s classics and just write new classics or at the very least make sequels to them, like how Cobra Kai did the Karate Kid. Nobody wants to see movies they grew up with messed up like that, it literally peoples childhood’s so they’re very sensitive about how they’re portrayed that’s why people have such a negative reaction to these Modern day Reboots
as a millennial who grew up w/ Mean Girls, I was utterly averse to the concept of a remake & apparently rightfully so. MG04 is a literal classic, it is perfection, nothing can be done better. a remake was unnecessary, even if it's a musical-- especially if it's a musical.
Mean Girls 2024 has no edges. It's like a smooth circle when it should be a jaggedy af rock. The best part of 2024 was Regina and the character didn't even seem like Regina George.
Finally, someone said it! I keep seeing people singing praises to Reneé Rapp for her Regina but she was a bad Regina! I think she's a good singer but this Regina just isn't it and I don't find her performance all that captivating either.
Them removing the prejudice in bullying is an absolute disservice, homophobia is still around. If they wanted to be more in depth around Janis being queer, they could be had Regina being casually homophobic towards her such as when Janis comes out to her, Regina says something along the lines of "oh I'm not into you" despite Janis never stating she liked Regina-something actually similar happens into Derry Girls when one of the main girls comes out as a lesbian and is assumed to have a crush on the person they told
Renee Rapp was in a tough place and I feel for her, but her Regina was not compelling or charismatic. 2024 Regina was nasty to everyone all the time, and I'm confused as to how she even got popular in the first place. No one would want to be her friend. She wears normal clothes from SHEIN and Cider and lives in a normal house with some slightly upscale designer accessories, and maybe one or two pieces of clothing. She isn't rich or glamorous so there isn't anything there to aspire to be.
Mean girls was original, unapolagetic and didn't care about the viewer's feelings. It developed complex characters and despite the absurdity of the Mean Girls environment (not realistic at all), these characters are so well written that they seem real. I have a friend like Karen and a co-worker like Regina. What happened is that cinema, theatre and TV are focusing too much and too strongly on the message instead of the script and the characters. Also, political shit did ruin everything in the last decade, especially in media. Not being cancelled is a priority and putting out content like the original Mean Girls movie nowadays would be very offensive and wouldn't bring them minority and white justice warrior money. This is why we got feminazi Galadriel, Henry Cavill distancing himself from the Witcher, the Gossip Girl reboot series as a whole (disgusting), etc.
I’d have to disagree about Renée . Renee made a fire Regina imo , & no I’m not just saying that cuz she can sing . I will say that her version of Regina wasn’t necessarily true to the original , bc she’s more upfront w/her meanness as opposed to back-handed , passive aggressive or psychologically manipulative . but she gave Regina an edge & she has a demanding presence that made her perfect as the most popular girl in school . you pay attention to her every time she’s on the screen . her acting is great too which somewhat made up for some of the other actors’ bland or unconvincing performances .
This why I still to this day vow to not watch the new mean girls since nothing ever tops the original. That and also I’m tired of the film industry remaking old movies and making the new ones to be garbage in comparison to movies that were already made great.
So I’m a millennial and I watched the original in 04 when I was like 11/12. I did feel like it this version of Mean Girls kinda didn’t hold up to the original, but not because of the casting. I think the movie’s pacing was kinda rushed in favor of the singing. Janice didn’t have as much sting as she did before, but I think Renee did very well as Regina. I think this movie was definitely made for Gen Z. The fashion could’ve been better. They went a little too age appropriate with the clothes. The whole point of the plastics was for them to look like unattainable models. I mean Rachel wore a wig that was $25K for the original movie because she didn’t want to dye her hair which is unironically VERY on brand for Regina George. They could’ve definitely spent more money on the wardrobe so they didn’t look like SheIn knockoffs.
@@Tigerheiress Apparently, in the new one they were wearing high end fashion, but they should have chosen the pieces a bit better for sure. Idk how they managed to make the girls look like they were wearing SheIn… Plus, the reveals, reducing Jason’s importance, reducing Regina’s side piece’s role, a repeat of the jokes (they landed the first time). There was a lot they could’ve done better. The plastics finding where they fit in truly in “Girl World.” Gretchen spiraling???? They did nothing with that!~ Just…they could’ve done better, and I feel like a bit was sacrificed for the songs.
Rachel McAdams wore a wig because she was already filming the notebook at the time and couldn’t change her hair, she wasn’t just being a diva about it. Also the wig is rumored to be between 10 and 20k
I'm so disappointed in Tina Fey for being involved in this. And I'm a huge fan of hers from her 30 rock days. I would understand remaking Mean Girls if it had been an even older film that only one generation could relate to and loved. But it's still so fresh like you mentioned and the younger generation is still growing up with it and love it. I will never watch it. Shameless cash grab.
To be honest, I went in to watch the movie with out any expectations or hope it’s going to serve up just as solid as the original. Like you said, it’s great to watch if you wanna relax for an hour and turn off your mind. The only quarm I had was with how Janis looked. I felt her style was waay too glam to say she was supposed to be the rebel against beauty expectations like in the original.
I say this very very humbly but im a writer, and i hope one day i get a chance to bring my stories to the screen and revive pop culture with fresh ideas
ex theatre kid 🙋🏽♀️ musical + musical movie was not good. they yassified it too much. reneé carried. while heathers, legally blonde, and beetlejuice are cult classic movies that have transformed into amazing and incredible musicals, mean girls the musical does the complete opposite. yk how the heathers in the musical don’t introduce themselves (bc they’re a notorious clique), i don’t get why the plastics introduce themselves in the musical when they’re teen royalties. like they’re too polished and lavish to clarify who they are. it just makes it corny.
and it’s like not only that how come people got mad when halle bailey played the little mermaid but nobody said anything when a black guy plays damian? double standards, black women are heavily and utterly bullied in this country
It’s not about that. The Little Mermaid is a traditional Danish fairytale. People were rightfully upset that the live remake didn’t pay any homage what so ever to it’s roots.
100% in agreement. If they had not been shady/overly discreet about the fact that this awful dumpster fire was a musical... Nobody was going to watch that crap. Honestly... I'm quite disappointed in Tina Fey. Not only did she allow them to take her iconic movie and water it down into pretty much nothing.. she also let them water her musical down into pretty much nothing. (I never saw the musical on Broadway... But I hear it had its own pretty good following.) Why Tina? Do you not have enough going on lately? That's got to be the case... Because why else would you approve and participate in what seems to be awful attempt at making money off of the original mean girls name. The cast is what made 2004 mean girls so amazing... I'm sure they're publicist probably would never allow them to come out and admit it... But they probably feel disrespected as hell every time they see a clip of this awful watered-down version... I can only imagine sitting through the full 2024 mean girls just amplified the cast of OG mean girls disappointment even more than the trailer.
A question I always need to ask(as a big fan of musicals and good movies) every time I see something regarding the musical iteration of Mean Girls is:Why was it even made?No seriously, what prompted Tina Fey and her husband to do this? It`s so stupid. I saw the movie(as a HUGE enjoyer of the OG) and this is not Mean Girls. It might be on the surface, what with the school, the reoccuring cast etc. but the point of Mean Girls, its message is entirely missing here. If they were gonna go down this route and wanted to keep it Mean Girls adjacent at least, why not do a plot where a new kid is enrolled in the same school and their view of the cruel world of teenagedom is presented through songs?Likee how Cady equated it to a jungle? This was such a mindboggling move honestly
I finally saw the movie and it was pretty much what I expected, a watered down version of the original movie with songs. As a musical I thought it was pretty good but the acting ranged mostly from decent to terrible. I found Janis and Karen were the most off (except for their singing), the actor who played Damian was the only one I really enjoyed. Regina, Cady and Gretchen were all right but the originals still reign supreme. A huge part of what made the 2004 movie so funny and memorable was the outrageous, politically incorrect humor which of course wouldn't fly today and I knew that would hurt this version. One thing I liked was how they incorporated social media into the story showing how much that can magnify bullying and humiliation. It was weird though that they pulled a Willy Wonka and removed Cady's father from the story for no reason. Overall not much to offer that the original movie didn't do better 20 years ago
I haven’t seen it yet, but from the first trailer I saw I was not looking forward to this movie. First, I’m sick of remakes. So no matter what I would have rolled my eyes at a mean girls remake (especially as Mean Girls 2 was an abomination). 2nd, I didn’t even really like the Broadway musical, the music leaves more to be desired and doesn’t capture the essence of mean girls for me. 3rd the casting is SO off and I’m so glad you mentioned that because that was the main thing I noticed from the trailer. The girl playing Cady is severely miscast, and the girl playing Regina, she just doesn’t give scary like Rachel McAdams did. Like Rachel McAdams played that part so well every woman and girl could think of one horrible woman who was just like Regina.
This Janice wasn't mean, nor were her and Damien outcasts at this North Shore High School. I hate that the insults were toned down, the movie is called Mean Girls for a reason.
i went with 0 expectations but i really ended up enjoying it. Renee is just such a star. Angourie cannot sing to save her life and i also loved Avantika
I was just talking about this recently about how musical retellings of movies are getting the silver screen treatment à la "Mean Girls" and "The Color Purple." I'm not quite sure where Hollywood is going with this. It's either they're trying to usher in a Renaissance of movie musicals or they're just lazily selling whatever is most convenient for them. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a screen adaptation of the stage musicals for "Legally Blonde" and "The Bodyguard" to ooze their way onto the big screen.
It's because they're BROKE!!They can't afford new ideas for films. Streaming has killed the box office and cinemas are closing everywhere. Ppl going to watch movies was the backbone of the movie industry. Now that's gone.
They have literally milked every ounce out of this franchise, like PLEASE let this story rest for a bit maybe? The original still holds up obviously, but did we really need this movie adaptation??
I may be biased because I was in the movie but it wasn’t a bad movie. I actually enjoyed it. Some good scenes, some of the characters were good and the way they used social media was good
The movie shouldn't have been remade end of story. The new Mean Girls gave me Dhar Mann vibes😂😂😂 This new version is garbage. Nothing to watch and the characters are dry AF.
Just seeing the trailer for this movie was disappointing Everything just looks so cheap which I can't understand knowing the fact that Tina Fay was involved with this. I just don't know how everyone involved felt like this looks good? The original Mean Girls is my favorite movie ever so it's just hard to see what these ppl made from it. I don't want to sound mean but the casting, wardrobe and even the cinematography is awful.
The text & the pink color of the burn book also being iconic is crazy. Like the original is just so legendary, there was no chance of it being comparable unless they were as true to the original as possible. Making it so politically correct is not realistic to a real high school experience, no matter what year it is. That’s why mean girls did so well, it was a dramatized depiction of something so many people can relate too. How can we relate to a musical of not that mean, mean girls?? One big Cash grab f l o p
Honestly the musical itself isn’t very good, mid at best… so turning it back into a movie wasn’t even a good idea in the first place😭😭 I wish they would make a movie musical version of heathers though
Ikr? I recently checked out the Broadway soundtrack, and while the tunes are catchy and the vocal performances are incredible, most of the lyrics sound like they were written by middle schoolers, which makes it difficult to fully immerse oneself in what would otherwise be an enjoyable experience. For example, in Regina's introduction, she sings "this whole school humps my leg like a chihuahua". It makes me cringe every time I hear it. And if that line made it into the final product, imagine how bad the first draft was😂
@@izzieb.2926 Exactly!!! the one that always gets me is “if you treat me bad, i’ll say you’re bad” like… we couldn’t have workshopped that one a little more???lmao
@@cecilj40 yeah. Imo, the only reason the musical BARELY works is because the vocals and over-the-top delivery commonly associated with Broadway were so good that it was able to distract from the poorly written lyrics, which is why toning the music down for the remake is one of the main things that killed any chance it had of succeeding.
Mean girls came out worst possibile time in my Life..just began High schools and it encouraged girls to be mean and backstabbing ..they missed tge the lesson of the movie was trying to teach therefore the film did Total opposite..they would imitate Regina and mimic everything wrong in the film.
Sorry for the rant. This isn’t my account it’s my parents so please it’s not their fault I commented this and they are really busy with work. Mean girls is a movie that really doesn’t need an introduction nor does it need a remake. I hate how it’s just a giant advertisement for elf and don’t get me started on the horrible clothes. The characters have no nuance whatsoever and just made whatever was politically correct. They’re supposed to be mean and like it just seemed like a bunch of influencers together. What’s worse is that they’re just repeating lines from the original movie, but taking away what made it fun to watch. And they put things that the actual plastic would never do. Those “clothes” look like what Regina would make fun of. They subtracted what the appeal even was and tried way too hard to fit in the silly TikTok dances. You can show like how popular they are maybe but there’s no need to do a montage of TikTok dances. The songs were mid at best. And also I like musicals but this just rubbed me off.
We have to STOP with the remakes. It’s so annoying. I’m not even old yet and they decided to remake it. The ORIGINAL MEAN GIRLS IS still the BEST! ICONIC.
Karen's Indian overacting Regina's Unwanted attitude Grealyen's Fakeness Cady's Too much smiling . This movie should be in burn book No one can replace original casting
I understand on the theater kids half where the screwed up the songs to make it more pop. I personally liked the songs but SOME people needed to know how to sing. But just as a movie tied to the og mean girls, I still think it was pretty good considering that the movie was modernized to fit younger gen z and gen alpha. Yeah, Regina wouldn’t be caught dead in cargos and boots but that was when the 2000’s style was all about high heels and mini skirts n stuff. 2024 Regina was wearing clothing that are popular these days. We all know she’s a trend setter and that just what happens to be the 2020’s style. And I def agree that we can’t replace the og cast, we all know the pressure it is to live up to just one person’s single acting role. Someone can easily come by and replace Rachel McAdams as best Regina. Angourie tho, as much as I loved her in other movies, this was just wasn’t right for her, in both acting and singing roles…
Also the music was very bland, it had none of the camp or fun much less the campy fun the musical did. I couldn't recall a single song from the movie as soon as I left the theater, not to be too mean I thought movie was just ok. Maybe we should professionally record the musicals and release for limited time on streaming the way they did for Hamilton (on PBS but you know), as a theater fan I'd like that better than making a movie that neither theater kids nor the general public enjoy.
the music is so tiring, that halooween scene is way too long and uncomfortable to watch. Everyone in the cast looks and feels so different from their source material.
I didn’t like it but then again, imo RENT, Chicago and Moulin Rouge remain the only musicals that made halfway decent film adaptations. They should study those and figure out the sauce
I watched it illegally online because I really wanted to watch it but not enough to watch it in theaters. I’d rather watch the original in theaters again
When I watched it in the theatre I just thought about it like watching a professional shot recording of a stage production of meat girls and it got alot better in my head it's a little rough around the edges but I thought it was pretty good, now will I ever watch it again? Probably maybe once but only if it's at like a sleepover or something
If you remove the bullying from "mean girls" you are left with a new age piece of crap....a commercial for anti bullying that kids will roll their eyes at because it can't connect with the reality that teens are bullied in one way or another. Take away the 'mean' and you are just left with catty girls.
I will always love the original Mean Girls. I remember being too young to see the movie in theater (even though it came out on my birthday so I was sad about that) but my older sister and her friends went to see it and I was so in awe when they came out the theater and talked about it. Finally a few years later I watched it with my best friend and was obsessed ever since lol.
This is the BEST review I have seen on this movie💯 you absolutely NAILED IT. Especially the comment about Renee Rapp, I’ve been feeling that way since I saw the trailer. Regina George doesn’t make a bunch of facial expressions to look mean. She doesn’t care enough. She’s barely even looking at you. That’s how she’s mean, even when she’s saying something “nice”.
Nothing gave not even Renee and no one wants to admit that one. I was really let down by the performances especially when musical movies nowadays give us PERFORMANCES! I think it’s because I saw Danielle Brooks in “The Color Purple” before this I was expecting that kind of performance but instead I got this.
I actually enjoyed the film. Probably cause I'm a fan of Renee Rapp and Auli'i. It's not perfect by any means but it was a fun time for me. I'm not attached to the original and like Freaky Friday I have very vague memories of watching it when I was younger so that may play a factor in my indifference. But damn the girlies are PRESSEDDD😂
I just can't bring myself to enjoy the story i have too much baggage. It seems like it hit for a lot of folks but I was bullied for not seeing the movie about how bullying is wrong. I was surrounded by wannabe Reginas.

Remake ≠ Reboot
This was NOT meant to be a movie.
The musical is SO MUCH BETTER LIVE! This, on the other hand was maybe not the best quality, but a fun movie to see with friends.
The movie confirmed more and more what I have been saying: 9 times outta 10, musicals do not translate to the big screen.
They could if directors would stop being embarrassed that they're making a musical and also stop trying to make everything "real".
@@chichilafemme6336 Exactly!
I’m a theatre kid, but I think the genre has gone to trash since Hamilton…. As an artist, I am often discouraged by the lack of funding for projects that are original concepts, and not based on an existing IP. When I saw they were making the musical into a film, I knew it was going to be awful…
wym since hamilton?? some musicals are good and some are bad like thats just how it is😭

@@Donde_Lietapander meaning???
So of course to see it passed off as a companion film to the original will seem like garbage.
the video title deserves an award because wow
Honestly, the closest thing we can get to another Mean Girls is a sequel based around the original cast as adults.
Even the add is better than the whole movie itself
I don’t even want that. The original stands alone as perfection. Any sequels would be trash
Ehhhh nah, if they would’ve made the sequel in like 2008 or something then sure, but not in the 2020s.
as a millennial who grew up w/ Mean Girls, I was utterly averse to the concept of a remake & apparently rightfully so.
100% agreed.
Mean Girls in Broadway version may work, in cinema is a terrible ideia.
I was a bit annoyed that the meet the plastics song was only Regina. I especially loved Gretchen’s verse, which was absent, as was Karen’s.

Gretchen was in versace and regina was wearing chanel cashmere
In the original**
@@Tigerheiress Apparently, in the new one they were wearing high end fashion, but they should have chosen the pieces a bit better for sure. Idk how they managed to make the girls look like they were wearing SheIn…
Plus, the reveals, reducing Jason’s importance, reducing Regina’s side piece’s role, a repeat of the jokes (they landed the first time).

Honestly... I'm quite disappointed in Tina Fey. Not only did she allow them to take her iconic movie and water it down into pretty much nothing.. she also let them water her musical down into pretty much nothing. (I never saw the musical on Broadway... But I hear it had its own pretty good following.)
Why Tina?

@@cecilj40 yeah. The characters have no nuance whatsoever and just made whatever was politically correct. They’re supposed to be mean and
like it just seemed like a bunch of influencers together.

No one can replace original casting
MEAN GIRLS 2004 IS LEGIT AND 2024 TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!

They casted the most mediocre looking girl as the main character. Whyyy
the music is so tiring, that halooween scene is way too long and uncomfortable to watch.
Take away the 'mean' and you are just left with catty girls.
idk i enjoyed it. it'll obvi never top the og but i thought it was camp & way better than the other sequel
not a high bar
I will always love the original Mean Girls. I remember being too young to see the movie in theater (even though it came out on my birthday so I was sad about that) but my older sister and her friends went to see it and I was so in awe when they came out the theater and talked about it. Finally a few years later I watched it with my best friend and was obsessed ever since lol.
The casting was horrible
you are extra honest!! im loving it!!

“Mean girls 2”
I loved mean girls two I will never be forgotten in My eyes
