Reading all the comments and name choices, I think your new addition to the family needs her own identity from Blueberry so I vote for Ruby. She's a little gem.
Enjoy this beautiful country. We arrived here a month ago, from Adelaide Australia, and we go home on Tuesday. Highlights all of it! Auckland, Paihia, Whitianga, Taupo, Waitomo caves, Wellington, Then ferry to South Island- Picton, Kaikoura (seal colonies) Queenstown (tons to see there), a magical overnight stay on Doubtful Sound, Franz Josef a long drive that day - extremely stunning I recommend a stop in between - then to Greymouth to catch the Alpine train, now in Christchurch - working out the best things to do before we leave on Tuesday. Bit worried about your choice of peanut butter 😂. Give Pics peanut butter a try, bloody excellent. You can also visit the factory when you go to Nelson.
Welcome to NZ. It's actually a bit warmer at the moment for this time of the year. Must do when up north is the sand hill near cape Rieanga and Waipu forest see Tani Mahuta NZs largest Kauri tree. Tale care.
When get up north and park the car in a remote spot don’t leave luggage or valuables in the car as break-ins and thefts happen unfortunately but you probably already know that. Happy travels.
Happy Birthday Cheveyo and a very warm welcome to the two of you to New Zealand. Love the car and the colour. Cranberry or Scarlet instantly sprang to my mind when I saw her
I backpacked around NZ for a month in Dec/Jan and being from Australia assumed it would be warm. I ended up buying fleece jackets as I travelled south.
From an Australian - New Zealand is an excellent choice to visit with quite a few natural wonders and a laid back very friendly population. Happy Touring.
If you pass through Hamilton be sure to check out the lake and the gardens, both are free, and the river of course. Happy belated birthday, Cheveo! And I won't judge you for the BMW, a good used car within budget is a good used car no matter the brand as long as it's a reliable car, that's what counts 👍 If the reverse chime is something added for compliance (either NZ or Japan) then there should be a fuse for it and if the fuse just happens to "fall" out...... Since the new car is a Bavarian beauty, the most appropriate name is Himbeere (Raspberry) or Moosbeere (Cranberry)
When you go to the South Island please don't miss out on cool places like Clyde or Naseby, the Catlins or Dunedin. So many overseas tourist just do Queenstown or Milford Sound and think they have done the South Island.
Auckland is a really cool little city. As someone who comes from Sydney, I saw a quote in the Sky Tower that resonated; "Auckland. Sydney for beginners". I was there in September for first time and thankfully appeared to be warming up. I arrived after a busy two months in the US, New Zealand was immediately calming. The people are so charming and the countryside is very relaxing. Nothing needs to be fast in NZ. Now that I am back in Japan again, another comparison I always draw to NZ is Japan. New Zealand is Japan with significantly less people. In fact, a lot of Japanese companies will film commercials in New Zealand in lieu of Japan, simply because the countryside can easily pass for Japan. Their driving manners are often similar too. He in our neighbourhood of Fukuoka, we drive a mere 30 km/h and have so many single lane roads. It's easy does it with no one in a real rush. Although due to population, while I'll happily avoid driving long distances in Japan for sake of the existence Shinkansen, in NZ there is no such choice. But something about driving in New Zealand is magical. Sure, lots of one lane roads.... but the sights are amazing (particularly in south island). You'll love it! And we'll love watching your videos!

I have been driving Japanese imports in Australia & it does seem that this is a thing. The van I have driven comes over in Japanese with day & time etc
I love your car. Immediately, before I saw the colour I knew it was red, then straight away I knew you must call it Raspberry!! Both cars are berries. Happy Birthday Cheveyo!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎉 you’re going to love NZ, must do a couple of touristy things like Hobbiton, all things LOTR and the Caves. It’s such a beautiful country from north to south.
Happy Birthday Cheveo. Your new addition has to have one of three names..... Cherry Blossom, Strawberry or Raspberry. I vote "Cherry Blossom"! Enjoy New Zealand - it is a wonderful country to visit.
Welcome to Auckland and Happy Birthday Cheveyo! If you are coming back through Auckland and weather is good I highly recommend Piha beach. It’s a short drive from the city (depending on the traffic!) and it is stunning. Some good waterfalls around there too and lovely sunset.
Happy Birthday Cheveyo! Looking forward to your adventures in NZ. Very wise to pick up some warmer clothes - the first time I went to NZ was in January and I still was wearing fleeces and jackets some days. It should warm up as you head into summer though. Surely the car has to be Raspberry.

Nice Beamer, good choice...Seeing you had bluberry in Auzi land my choice would be Rasberry, keeping with the theme color of the vehicle and as well agree with the coment below. And happy birthday Cheveyo....
Get a tent real quick ..believe me l have tried to sleep in a small vehicle it's about as comfortable as a jail cell...😊for mattress l use a fold up foam mattress and a mattress toper.. very comfortable.
I vote you name the car Raspberry!
That was exactly my first thought too
Ya know what they say about great minds.

Yes Ruby!! Ruby Tui (rugby player) would love it lol

yeah this is more creative then keeping it berry related

Absolutely RASPBERRY!

NZ is renowned for their pies. Heads up, this is something you should make a point to experience! Do some research :) Good luck have fun
A very happy bee day!🎉😊
Definitely Cranberry!!…. Happy belated birthday Cheveo 🎉🍰🎉🍰

Happy Birthday son! I miss you so so much!! Stay happy and give Tia a big hug for me please!! Love you both❤
Saying hi from Melbourne Australia 🤗
Have to say NZ has the best pies in the world😋
Coming from a pie lover on both sides if the ditch....
Happy belated birthday Chev!!
So happy to see another video! We missed not having your videos to watch for the last couple of weeks
Welcome! Such a small world... your video randomly showed up on suggested and then I drove past in the background during the video haha! Make sure you see Queenstown/Wanaka and the Milford Sound. That's the best part of New Zealand. Enjoy your stay
Happy birthday Cheveyo. Wishing you lots more laughter and adventure for the start of your 33rd year. I don’t need to wish you love because with Tia you hit the jackpot. 🎉🎂 🎁
Nice Beamer, good choice...Seeing you had bluberry in Auzi land my choice would be Rasberry, keeping with the theme color of the vehicle and as well agree with the coment below. And happy birthday Cheveyo....
HB Cheveyo! Hope it was a happy day. So excited for the NZ adventure. My first though was Ruby Red for the car but maybe Raspberry os another option!
So happy you are back!!! Missed you both so much. 100% CRANBERRY!!!!!
Happy birthday Cheveyo! 🎉🎉🎂🍰
I vote for Raspberry!
Get a tent real quick ..believe me l have tried to sleep in a small vehicle it's about as comfortable as a jail cell...😊for mattress l use a fold up foam mattress and a mattress toper.. very comfortable.
