That happened to me Saturday. I was so annoyed with them left went to another store and told them what to do and it worked. But I called customer service just to see if my money was still there. They wanted all the cashiers information the store but I also want to stay on good terms with the cashiers so I told them I didn’t know any of that. But I did tell them they need to send a memo out to Michigan stores informing everyone on how to redeem customers cash back 😢❤thank you for everything
