After removing the glue take a Q-tip or cotton ball and wipe with Alcohol to get some of the sticky residue off. It is definitely time consuming but well worth it especially if you spent a lot of money and want your money worth.
The glue had dissolved on most of them from remover, I think I had a couple with some old glue still remaining but it didn’t give me any issues with the new install.
I kept them in like 3-4 weeks and didn’t have any major issues with the tape. I didn’t swim with the tape but I did wash my hair with the new tape and maybe like slid came out. I didnt experience hair loss with my natural hair.

Thank you!!
Girl I didn’t know they can be reinstalled! Will definitely be worth the investment
I like how you zoomed in so we can see exactly what you’re doing! You explain really well!
Girl yes! Tedious but worth it!
@@dwandrawilliams6410 thank you!! 🤞🏾🥰
I feel it’s best to wash the hair dry it then replace tapes but remove old tape first
😊 but if you remove the old tape you’ll ruin the hair🤔
you're absolutely right..
@@thatshortykaren NO you want to remove the old tape before you apply the new tape, I am on my 2nd reinstall
@thatshortykaren nope, I just took all of my old tape off and the wefts are perfect. Wouldn't want to put nasty old tape back in clean hair.
I thought you take off the old glue first! I’m going through videos to see what will be best when I get into it

After using this tape, how long did it last? When you wash your hair did a lot come out ? Did you swim with this tape?

Better length are good
I haven’t found colored Nubian textured tapeins ❤
Oh my goodness. Now I wish I had not paid so much for these tape ins. I'm not looking forward to this process.
Yeah it’s definitely a process!
What’s the name of the tape?
Walker Tape, the link is in the bio
How did this tape work out?
It held up fine, I just feel like for the work I’ll probably just use new ones everytime lol
That tape is unavailable
I just looked and it’s available. Maybe it was sold out before
@@markalakay still unavailable
@@markalakay they don’t know when or if it will be back in stock
u need to remove all old tape before reapplying new tape. it will be a disaster when you removed it next time
Yeah it wasn’t bad taking them down at all but I definitely think I’ll just buy new ones every time. It’s just too much work
How do you remove the old tape ?
@@liyah7783 I just spay the C-22 on any remaining tape and it slides right off.
@@markalakay I never heard of C22? Can I find it on Amazon. Hair has changed since I got licensed in 06
