Pork flank steak?? Pork bavette?? Whaaaat? I never really thought about it.. but makes sense. Sometimes, I think your chopping edits are the best part of my day. 😆
Still knocking it out of the park in 2024! I'll be ordering more seasoning this week. I am telling you, that Snake Bite season is so leget! Cannot believe I have went through the container that quickly. Thanks to you, your team and Brooke.
Chud - replace the rock with decomposed granite. It packs hard, almost like cement, but has a large sand texture. Much less noise and more stable than rock/small cobble. Love your vids!
Bradley I put flat stepping stones in my rocks for both mt cooker and to stand on. They're like 5 bucks at Lowe's, they settle into the rocks nicely and they can always be moved!
5:50 pour a slab and use a concrete wall panel as a lid over the septic. Or just wall panels for the whole area to keep it consistent. Just place aggregate down compact it then place the panels. The concrete panels I’m thinking of slide into the columns. You could then take with you or sell when you leave.
I always love it when I get a notification from UA-cam that Chuds BBQ has uploaded a new video! Great job, Bradley. That pork looks so good. Definitely gonna give this a try in the future!
You and bones holler at me if ya need some landscaping work out back. We used to take care of the place for the previous bz (motorcycle shop). Be a pleasure to help y’all out. Longhorn Lawns 🤘🏻
Angel's Envy rye is mint. My favorite Rye is Whistlepig 12. Please include that grate/griddle combo for when you sell the Chud Boxes. I am so excited to buy one.
You should make a list of those rubs and rank them as you try them, include the flavor profile and what it pairs best with and any other comments you have on them…maybe different categories like overall favorites, best for beef, chicken, pork, etc.
I had some Iberico pork flank and a couple other cuts over the summer and it was excellent. Great flavor and texture. Can't wait to try some from Porter Road
LabCat whiskey recommendations: Four Roses Single Barrel, 1792 Small Batch, Eagle Rare 10YO, and High West "Double Rye!". All would be excellent additions to the Chuds Whiskey Box.
You should get some Bulleit Bourbon, any Black Label ones preferably for that bourbon collection.... either Single Barrel or Barrel Strength of Bulleit Bourbon for that extra punch
Try laying down horse stall mats on top of the rocks. They're heavy, won't move much under foot traffic, and should mute most noise from the rocks underneath. Probably not an ideal surface for setting up equipment on top of, but should work as a relatively cheap and easy to install ground cover.
Brad, would you do some videos with "The Bearded Butchers" seasonings? Those guy are great! Maybe, could partner. I watch them as well, and they have a line of stuff I think you should try.
Old Forester King Ranch. Slightly expensive, and sometimes, depending on where you are, it can be allocated. If you find it to grab it, it's worthy of being in any serious bourbon drinkers collection. The pork looks excellent, and I like the idea of it being made into a taco
Looks delicious! With such good deals on gloves you are going to become the main supplier to both those in bbq and proctologists!😂 Hopefully, the proctologists who also bbq will remember to change their gloves!🤣
does anyone else just absolutely LOVE the sped up chop segments?
100%
No
Yup!
You are not alone, sir!
Definitely

Hell yeah. Love the machine gun chop edits. 🤘🏼
Love the sound of the chopping , so soothing ❤

Hey Brad! Look into decomposed granite. Sets hard like cement but drains well. It’s relatively affordable and requires minimal prep
Bourbon wall and you already got the Henry McKenna 10yr. You've won the wall! Best whiskey ever
just finished my New Riff single barrel today. Good thing its a 12 min drive to the distillery for me
Your prototype might get me to finally pull the trigger on buying a Chudbox. Looking slick.
Love the Bourbon Wall and always love seeing the ChudShop. I highly recommend getting some Yellowstone Bourbon for your wall of booze.
I need that prototype grill grate setup now!!! Loving my chudbox from the Black Friday sale.
I always love it when I get a notification from UA-cam that Chuds BBQ has uploaded a new video! Great job, Bradley. That pork looks so good. Definitely gonna give this a try in the future!
Looking good Bradley, nobody does it better, 😋✌👍
The chop edit must take you hours!!!! 👌👌👌
Love that spice shelf. I just built one sort of like that, but instead its filled with Whiskey/Bourbon/Tequila/Gin!
I "need" one! - LOL
Re fireproof/quiet patio: sand in the loose rock, level it then paving stones on top.
I want to try these cuts nice video.

I love the prototype sliding great. Very nice invention, brother

Black Saddle Bourbon is my favorite...Try it
12:27 quite the thermal movement in that grate from before and after the video cut there.
I had some Iberico pork flank and a couple other cuts over the summer and it was excellent. Great flavor and texture. Can't wait to try some from Porter Road
Hey Rachel thanx for shipping my 16 mesh a couple weeks ago. And just recently my chorizo. SUPER FAST!!! THANX!!!!! Try Bulleit bourbon.
Try Still Austin since its local. Not my favorite but I will always support companies started in the area
Bourbon recommendation. Woodford’s double oaked. Its a fantastic bourbon!
man I love tacos.... Nice work!!
🤤
Great looking tacos - I'm gonna get the flank soon. Get some Tarnished Truth (inside the Cavalier Hotel) next time you're in VA Beach
Man, I absolutely love your setup!
I LOVE LAMB!!!!! I use my Greek seasoning on my ribs when I bbq them.
LabCat whiskey recommendations: Four Roses Single Barrel, 1792 Small Batch, Eagle Rare 10YO, and High West "Double Rye!". All would be excellent additions to the Chuds Whiskey Box.
As far as bourbons go there are soooo many great ones! If you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend Smoke Wagon uncut unfiltered!!!!!!!!
The jalapeño sequence was godly
Fantastic job, Bradley!!!!
Tom slicing. Epic!!
Awww LIFESAVERS! Classic.
Please let me know when that griddle hybrid is ready for sale. I definitely need it for my CHUD grill.
i bought the chorizo mix And it is fabulous so much so I went right back to the Chuds sight and bought more.
Love a link for that garlic press
Just waiting for my Chud Press to arrive here in the UK . . . . Happy Times !
Great post as always Brad.👍
I wanna know where that pesky snake's gone. 😨
Cavenders isn’t a rub but it’s an excellent all purpose seasoning and it’s made close to me in Arkansas. Great video
Happy Mardi Gras baw!!!
New riff is great. Wild turkey rare breed is a go to
Can we get a Chud channel, with just Chud cutting food already?! 😂
How many hours did you spend editing that chopping sequence??? It was epic!
😂Nobody is as fast as you with a knife!😮
How did you feel about the FOGO briquettes?
I love your videos!
My mom is offended that there was no official taste test
You should get some Bulleit Bourbon, any Black Label ones preferably for that bourbon collection.... either Single Barrel or Barrel Strength of Bulleit Bourbon for that extra punch
Put sand over rocks and pack out it will help with noice and stability....😊
My question is, do you ever use different wood? Other than oak? Like pecan, or hickory?
Now I want to know how you made the bar top Chud table...with massive commercial burners! Would make a sick outdoor kitchen bar area (just sayin)
gotta say I'm absolutely jealous of your knife skills lol
I hope you try Spring Creek Texas Beef
My chorizo seasoning arrived today! Just in time!
New Rift is 10 minutes up the road from me... come to NKY and we'll try all of them!
Michters Rye. 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Also, makers mark 46.
Where do I send an addition to the rub wall?
What temp did you pull the pork? I know some people would not eat pork that is that pink.
Try the Sagamore Double Oak Rye, its very tasty.
Have you tried Bibb & Tucker Tennessee Bourbon?👌
Bourbon and rub reviews! Sounds like a natural pairing to me
3/8” Black Star gravel for the patio and John Wayne Straight Kentucky Bourbon for the belly.
Appreciate you!
You gotta get that tank in the backyard painted like a smoker!! :D

Heavy bark mulch to replace the rocks.
What about wood desk with fire resistant paint or stain? You could build the deck on top of cement deck blocks so it won't be pemanent.
What’s the tank at the end of the video
yeah sea or river eels is tasty sir
Is there a P.O. Box to send rubs to?
Ok we're going to need a closer look at the toolbox liquor cabinet
Happy Mardi Gras from New Orleans
I'm here for the AMSR of Chud cutting veggies.
It's a must to add Stanahans (Colorado whisky) to your whisky stable. It's like candy....
Stranahan's whiskey and Breckinridge are yummo. I don't really care for TinCup but it makes a decent mixer for an Old Fashioned.
@@LabCat Couldn't agree more muh friend.
I have not seen it, but a pork brisket perhaps on your channel ?
Copper and Kings Bourdon is legit... hey from Montana
Look nnn good 👍
My guy. Love from London Town
Looks great. Cheers, Bradley! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
For the septic/rock situation, build a floating deck out of trex, with access to the septic tank, in case it needs pumped.
For the bourbon you need to get Oban 15 year, and if you're feeling a little naughty the best, scotch is classic laddie by Bruichladdich
Green River, great bourbon at a good price!
Ole Grand Dad 114.... ahhhhh
A very underrated one
You need to have Rachel make the snake in my boots skits! 😂
I used to live in a house on a high traffic road, and this video just triggered PTSD 😅
Im glad I was not the only one that noticed !! Something to have In mind for further videos @chuds
I'm surprised Bones hasn't filled in as the official taste tester @ the shop!

Link for tortilla press, por favor.
"a fiesta if you will" 😂😂😂
I"m partial to the Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon. Sippy Sippy.
