The torching Chud Chimney lends a fun Halloween lantern vibe to the outro. Looks like a delicious yet incredibly easy recipe -- I'll be sure to give it a try!
Dude..... I nearly spit out my lunch the second I heard, "Allicin, it's like a two part epoxy". You and Brad Leone need to do a video together. OMG it would be the greatest thing ever.
My wife got some garlic gloves on her last grocery run. I’ve had them in honey for close to a week now. Planning to smoke some ribs Thursday and use this method!
Mate, another delicious looking rib, and informative video, learned something new about your garlic honey, as i learn something new and tips with most or you videos, Bradley your the best mate, keep up the videos 👍✌🍗
So uh, I threw some garlic and honey into a jar when this video came out, and stuck it on a shelf in my garage, in a bowl with a paper sack over it. Then forgot about it. Just remembered it was out there today, and brought it inside. The taste is definitely amazing! Time to try some on a rack of ribs here soon!
Man those look delicious!! Simple prep and seasoning, think i'll make a slab or two on Friday! Definitely gonna try the fermented garlic with some jalapeños in there. Thanks for another good idea for a movie night meal!
Habaneros would be great with the garlic in the honey as well. Sort of an even hotter honey version but with superior flavor to jalapenos, in my opinion.
Love it! We have been fermenting peppers in honey as well and using it in many things. Also then dehydrating the fermented peppers and pulverizing into powder to add to rub. I guess I should do it with the garlic to. Hell add them all together.
Going to try this fermented garlic honey soon. Pro tip, if you need to get rid of the sharp garlic punch, slice in half the long way and remove the germ in the middle, mellows it right out.
Something I haven't seen on the net, we had a event vendor come from NC to VA who cooked chicken halves on charcoal moped with a clear vinegar based sauce laced with chunked tomatoes, onions, and who knows what else. Care to give this a try.
ive been making fermented honey for a little while now. use it to make honey mustard sauce!! its soo good i got down to a little honey and garlic left so i through some peppers and vinegar in it to try out some hot sauce with whats left. We'll see how it goes this weekend!
I was just looking at making honey fermented garlic the other day, this is all the more reason to try it. I just want to get the right PH tester first (honey PH can vary wildly). Oh and using the Chud Chimney in the background at the end was brilliant.
hands-free method, what about using those corks for making mead that allow the gas produced from fermentation to bubble off without you needing to do it yourself?
As soon as she said it almost has a ginger flavor I immediately went and put a little piece of ginger in mine. Hopefully it doesn't ruin it but I looove me some ginger.
That killed me LOL I'm glad he said that tho. I went to watch some old Brad Leone videos because of it and come found out he started his own channel a few months back 😃
RE that honey, Bradley? Years ago the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival cookbook from central California coastline did this idea: A BIG jar full of honey and garlic cloves left to "cook" for a few MONTHS...and then? MAKE A SUNDAE with it over great rich full-fat vanilla ice cream! IT IS AWESOME! Try it! I'm ALSO thinking fo9r those ribs? Might be fun to put the garlic in MARMALADE, either with or w/o honey too! Nice citrusy kind All-American-BBQ-Meets-Asian-Citrus-Sweet rib thing?
My wife read something online and the process of putting the garlic in the honey and letting it sit out for a month or so is a perfect health remedy for sore throats. Just something cool I thought y’all would like to know.
I am SO making this! I can do it this weekend since I made a bunch of fermented garlic honey a couple of years ago. (Yeah, you should try it after 6+ months, yum!) I eat a whole clove to help blood pressure -- it's like candy. I still have a whole quart I haven't touched in 2 years yet. I even use the same Desert Creek honey since they're local to me.
Do you not have to let the jar burp quite often? I have the cloves from a whole head in a jar right now, and after only 3 days I'm burping the jar like twice a day. Let's out a highly fragrant "queef" each time lmao
@@Patrick94GSR The need to burp the jar goes down over time. After a couple of months you can check it once every couple of weeks. After 6-8 months, you can stop burping.
@@gregvaughntx I read a recipe page that said to keep the jar lid loose during fermentation. But that would make my whole pantry or even the house smell like garlic. So I put it my garage with a paper bag over it. 😂😂
Bradley, No costume for Halloween? You should have gone as Jeremy (Mad Scientist) and Jeremy as you! Do you pass out bbq to trick or treaters? Maybe smoked Snickers!😂 Keep up the great content!👍
You should really use this if you have a cold coming on. Fermented honey garlic has been shown to be antibacterial and antiviral. Anytime someone in our house starts getting a cold we take a tablespoon of this a day and chew on a clove. We've either avoided colds or severely reduced the symptoms and duration.
Ribs look awesome Brad - always nice to see the ladies doing the taste test (for a second opinion). - Cheers! Almost time for me to order more 16 Mesh pepper from you...
I added sliced Serrano peppers to mine! Can’t wait til it’s ready!

Literally just got up and put some garlic and honey into a jar! I'm so making this 🔥🔥

But with the jalapeños
First timer here.Hell I could smell those ribs from here I eat a lot of honey n will be trying different ideas Thanks;filling jars up tonight
Add some weed stems.
Same here
Fantastic! How do you not have a million plus subscribers?!?! Watch and love ALL of your content! Keep up the fantastic work, Bradley!!!
Because he puts the real name of the video on the thumbail instead of the actual video title. Screws up the search algorithm.
You make it look so easy! Love to hear the boot snake story!
Your snake in my boot still gets me every time it’s hilarious don’t stop
Dude..... I nearly spit out my lunch the second I heard, "Allicin, it's like a two part epoxy". You and Brad Leone need to do a video together. OMG it would be the greatest thing ever.
The BEST cooking/grilling channel by far!
LOVE IT!!!!!!❤

Agh the return of the 🥾 🐍 😂
Love the fermented aspect, can’t wait to try. Great video thanks for sharing.
Definitely doing this! Fermenting the honey now, and this will be the maiden cook on my new pit next week
Never heard of fermented garlic honey. I agree, though. Stuffing some peppers into the jar would be a great experiment. These ribs looked awesome!
I've made it and its incredible
Bet that fermented garlic would be phenomenal on wings! Cool idea, thanks!
Dude the Chud-o-lantern at the end was pretty dope
Yup. That’s gonna happen!! Definitely doing two jars, one with jalapeños.
The flaming chud chimney in the background is awesome
I added Thai Chili peppers to it. Made a slaw with that, apple cider vinegar, and a dusting of Chipotle. Made a great bite for pulled pork.
Mate, another delicious looking rib, and informative video, learned something new about your garlic honey, as i learn something new and tips with most or you videos, Bradley your the best mate, keep up the videos 👍✌🍗
Love the jack-o-lantern in the intro! Nice little easteregg there!
The legend....not enough words for everything that is so right in this vid!!
Thanks to you I just butchered my first set of whole ribs. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I even throw in some ghost peppers. The best peppers.
Love when Brooke's friend makes an appearance she's awesome

Oh shit, that’s such a good idea?
Chilli or Peppers? (I’m from Australia so we call Peppers Capsicum, Hence why I’m asking lol)
@@Azerium88 hot peppers

I have two jars of fermented garlic honey I’ve had for almost 6 months but for medicinal purposes. Never thought about using it on ribs!
I’m liking the chimney fire pit.
Soooo GREAT! I am going to do this Flavor for my next Ribs, thanks Bradly!
5:54 made me laugh so hard. I've been crying for 15 mins of laughter. That shit will never not be funny.

That is a good looking rib. I really like the idea of the garlic honey mixture !!!
Looking forward to trying this... great video!
What a great recipe BR!
That girl just completed the honey recipe garlic jalapeños and ginger recipe ❤
After you add honey and the garlic, do you store in a cool place. Does temperature matter?
Videos like this is why i love you Brad! Great content and I'll def be doing this to my next ribs.
Using a Brad Leone recipe!? When will we get a Making It with you! Just swing by when you're home for the holidays this year. 🙃
This looks really good! I might have to give this a try myself.
Brad, could you please cover how you sharpen your knives?

We just finished off a 2yo jar of garlic honey & started another. Good stuff.
My brother makes spicy fermented honey and can't keep it in the house. Everyone raids his stash!
I can see this being an amazing rib
Best boot snake clip ever omg lmao!!!!!
Stray thought.. mostly in fun, boot snake or blooper reel complication. Or even better the official taste tester.

Ok, you got me!!!! Im doing this!! This sounds amazing!
how do you keep the ph of the garlic honey from entering the danger zone for botulism?
Bruh, garlic, honey, and some Jalapeños…ERHMERGHEEERD! Thanks for this.

I like the leave the membrane on then at the end char the membrane on the grill
Just bought the chud press. From PA gets delivered Friday. Have a bbq lined up for Saturday and can’t wait to try it out
