Like you said, pretty labor intensive, but it looks so worth it. How about a jalapeño popper stuffed wing? Fill it with chopped jalapeños, cheddar cheese and cream cheese mixture. With your creativity, the variations are endless. Thanks!
Sounds great. Could get messy though. How about two sausage stuffers. One with jalapeno popper mixture and the other with just the chicken sausage mixture. First stuffing with the Jalapeno mix and then use the sausage mix as the plug. This way the cheddar and cream cheese doesn't ooze out. Cheers
I had the same thought. Also, roasted veggies; fry some diced capsicum and onion for a quick fajita mix and shove that in there too. The possibilities are myriad.
I don't see them very often when I go to Thai restaurants, but some places serve "Angel Wings"; whole boneless chicken wings stuffed with a mixture of vermicelli noodles and seasoned ground pork, or sometimes also crab meat, and then deep fried with a panko coating, and served with a delicious dipping sauce made with sweetened fish sauce, vinegar, and red chili. It's like fried chicken on crack in the best possible way.
Wow! Great idea. I have some wing portions that are already separated and I will try it both ways. You cease to amaze me with your recipes. I'm a novice who just got into sausage making, and you have been my go-to guy for recipes. Family and friends are raving about them. We grew up from little children on the grill and smoker, but you've taken it to another level. I pray your ventures are profitable for you. Keep it up, big guy and my holidays will be much better. God bless.
Mix up chud rub and cornstarch and then toss wings in it, then grill to charred. Sauce and you're a happy boy. Deep fried is best, but second best is grilled with seasoning and cornstarch crumble
Great! Never thought of wings. Similar to leg quarters in my restaurant days, but different stuffing. To all all you out there, I have done hundreds of quarters, maybe thousands, with pratice, it is fast and easy. TNX!
Chud, I did a variation of these but stuffed with jalapeño crawfish cornbread dressing and smoked them. Buffalo garlic sauce on some and soy/ginger/whiskey glaze on others. Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
This is brilliant! My immediate thought was stuffing them with ground pork. I used to to that with boneless quail. There's another idea for you Bradley.
Hi Bradley, I am from Germany, close to Cologne and I´m watching your videos as much as I can. After your video, as soon as possible I will make a stuffed chicken wing. If you do that once again…..maybe you could stuff it with spiced chicken stripes/peaces, put it in flower an breadcrumbs twice to fry it then. Probably that works whithout partly coming out.
you should try a BBQ version of the filipino rellenong manok... whole boned out chciken stuffed with pork mince etc..~ but I think a Tx BBQ version of the chicken boned out and stuffed with a meatloaf and cooked on the smoker woudl be quite fun!!
Excellent! I havent done with wings, but have done with legs and thighs using stuffing. Instead of ground chicken, I think I'd rather have pork sausage. Or maybe even bacon inside. Maybe grind some quality bacon with pork sausage. Now I have to try this too.
For sausage in general what can you use for a binder that is non dairy. I'm on a strict carnivore diet for helping with auto immune issues. Thank you! Love this idea. Chicken wings stuffed with chicken sausage, yes please.
Do yall think the sausage rupture in the deep fryer could be prevented if they weren't quite as plump? I wanna see if i can recreate this experiment 😅 absolutely love Chud's videos!!
Im curious - cooking meats of all kinds on the bone, you always hear "You want always cook bone in for the additional flavor!" Do you think that deboning them has much impact on flavor?
CorkBBQ invented the 'If Pigs Could Fly' wings; method as yours and stuffed instead with Irish pork sausage! These look absolutely incredible, but I'm a game day purist. A simple chicken wing on the bone, dare I say, allows the beer-drinking-game-watcher to observe a natural pause that comes from gnawing round the bone and finding some way of disposing with the detritus; all of which is thirsty work and leads to a requirement to rehydrate, with more beer. My concern with your easily consumed goodness is they would go down too well, too fast and result in a need to give up before final whistle, followed by other questionable life decisions.

God almighty that sounds so good.

You are the Bob Ross of grilling. “Just some little cuts” “scrapey scrapey” 😂
And we're just gonna add some happy little pepper over here.....
Thanks Bradley for showing us how to Debone wings, chorizo stuffing might work well also.
Cheers Bradley, your the best mate.
I bet those would be really good stuffed with boudin as well. Very cool idea.
I make a cheesy boudin stuffing for pork loin. I'm going to try it in boneless wings!
Thank you Brad for calling out the commercial "Boneless wing" for the chicken nugget dipped in hot sauce it is! Yours look so much better

You've successfully programmed me to say "ding ding" whenever I tell someone to "Pat 'em dry". 😂Love the channel Bradley. Cheers from Kansas City.
Thought that today myself 😄
I now automatically say "pat 'em dry" whenever I open any meat package... even when they are frozen...
Literally never heard this… now it’s all I hear. Haha
Every. Single. Time.
Me too!

Now you just complicated my super bowl menu! Lol. I gotta do at least a few!
Still one of my favorite cooks of yours after all these decades of your videos
Amazing cook!! You are the master of meat and metal.
Ooooh … boudin stuffed wings. Yum!
Mix up chud rub and cornstarch and then toss wings in it, then grill to charred. Sauce and you're a happy boy. Deep fried is best, but second best is grilled with seasoning and cornstarch crumble

You’re a legend, love every video you do! Would really like to see your take on sheftalia! Cheers from South Africa!
That is fascinating! I think I need to try the sausage-stuffed version!
I’d pay good money to be Bradley’s friend or neighbor. I’d love to try everything he cooks. Thanks for all you do Bradley.
Jalapeno popper stuffed wing, fill the jalapeno with cream cheese mixture, wrap the whole deboned wing in bacon and smoke til crispy
Man Bradley those look INCREDIBLE! Love the channel and GEAUX CHIEFS!
That is soooo cool…definitely got to make those…thanks Bradley
Wings that are on the next level. Cheers, Bradley!,👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Brad, WoW, Thx! These stuffed wings are gonna go viral!
Chud, I did a variation of these but stuffed with jalapeño crawfish cornbread dressing and smoked them. Buffalo garlic sauce on some and soy/ginger/whiskey glaze on others. Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
I wish I could like this more than once. Mind blown 🤯
Good job Brad!!! you inspire me with your videos!!!
Dang man... that was crazy! Just when you thought you have seen it all. Very cool video
Love both ideas. For the stuffed, I think I would try something other than just more chicken. Hmmmm, thinking cap on.
Chorizo
Bacon. The answer... it's bacon. I havn't tried it, I just know it is.
@@raulcruz365 Oh hell yeah!
bacon wrapped jalepeno popper
@@TheSir-u6q
@@TheSir-u6q Bacon is pretty much the meaning of life. That might be a tough cook though. Partially cooked or cooked limply might work just fine.
Great video Brad,chef approved!
From one Bradley to another, I seriously approve of this recipe.
This is brilliant! My immediate thought was stuffing them with ground pork. I used to to that with boneless quail. There's another idea for you Bradley.
Ok im actually drooling watching you eat these wings. They look sooo delicious.
OMG, I'm going to stuff wings like this! Wow! The possibilities!
A new way to do wings for sure...definitely a blue cheese guy.
This might just break the Internet! I am going to have to try this!
I'd love to see this with turkey wings! Or some turkey wing recipes in general!
Awesome! So many other sauces to go on those as well. Great stuff!
Looks fantastic! I will definitely be making this.
The Asian version stuffed with noodles is amazing. I also think boudin would be great.
Curious if the deboning process is easier/faster if you break the wings down in to flats and drumettes first?
8:20 "girthquakes" 👍🏻👍🏻
I've learnt quite a bit from watching u're videos and now I've just learnt how to do these boneless wings and I have to try it out now cheers brad
Adding that to the "To Try" list.
As always.. somthing new and delicious I need to make.. keep it up Brad😎👍
Really want to try this! Awesome, love the channel!
hello @chudsbbq do you have the exact measures for the sausage stuffing?
phenomenal) thanks for this recipe. I'll definitely cook it
Another great video. I want to try this with a crawfish dip
Thoughts on spicing / seasoning when inside out? Could do interesting flavours outside v in
For the algorithms bay bay!!!!
Snakebite is definitely my go to rub for everything lately. Frying up some boudin balls for the neighbors tomorrow for Mardi Gras party.
Those look amazing. I am going to try this.
Interesting video Mr. Chud. Really going to be interesting to see how you make the black pudding for the English Breakfast video.

You just shoved an chicken's ground up thigh muscle into their arm muscle. It's medieval and I like it.
Chicken and blue cheese works so good together you most definitely have to try blue cheese stuffed wings man
Looks amazing but don’t know if I would have the patience to debone all them chicken wings both looked awesome loved the video thanks
Is the milk powder you use the same as instant dry milk?
love the fire in the background for ambiance hahah
When making the stuffing try. A broccoli-Rabe and cheese sausage. Pork or chicken.
I am in awe of this 😂 will need to try this!
We make these fairly often, really good fun and you'll get quicker each time
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Man those look delicious great video chud!
Amazing work and reciepe. You were spot on with the 'tedious' part. But at the end of the day,,,,, damn son, good stuff.
BOUDIN would be amazing in these
I like the fried rice stuffing idea. Then toss them in some sweet and sour sauce.
Your buffalo chicken sausage with blue cheese mixed in as a stuffing. My next project 🥰
Loving this! I do notice a distinct lack of red however... Cheers from KC!
Those look so good
Wow! 😂this is the craziest wings I’ve ever seen
These look great!
You're a Mad Man!
Mackerel stuffed wings for Bones!?! 🐟🍗
I'd love to see other versions of this.
Cool, have been wondering how to do that! There's a Thai truck here that makes awesome stuffed wings.
you should try a BBQ version of the filipino rellenong manok... whole boned out chciken stuffed with pork mince etc..~
but I think a Tx BBQ version of the chicken boned out and stuffed with a meatloaf and cooked on the smoker woudl be quite fun!!
wonder if you could apply the same technique to whole legs
Stuffd Wings in Houston has some stuffed wings too. I believe they fry theirs too.
We recently made a bacon bleu venison sausage. I bet it would be amazing in one of these!
Amazing recipe! Now make chorizo argentino and choripanes
Theres a food truck in dallas that does these stuffed with velveeta mac and cheez and both fried and smoked. They sell out almost instantaneously.
Excellent! I havent done with wings, but have done with legs and thighs using stuffing. Instead of ground chicken, I think I'd rather have pork sausage. Or maybe even bacon inside. Maybe grind some quality bacon with pork sausage. Now I have to try this too.
good god this looks fantastic
Chicken wing popsicles. Yes please!
Chicken Mozarella sticks, now that you gotta make now you've said it! Or Brisket stuffed chicken wings. Hmmm, so many possibilities!
Wow! Just, Wow!
I think I will make these and mix chorizo with the chicken thighs for the stuffing mixture.
For sausage in general what can you use for a binder that is non dairy. I'm on a strict carnivore diet for helping with auto immune issues. Thank you! Love this idea. Chicken wings stuffed with chicken sausage, yes please.
You could definitely do a chicken parm with that. Stuff it with an Italian seasoning chicken sausage or mozzarella.
Must try! Deep fry would have to be in tallow for me.
Not 100% sure on the dark / white meat wing thing but I believe the drum is white meat and the flat is dark meat
I wanna try these with egg roll filling.
Do yall think the sausage rupture in the deep fryer could be prevented if they weren't quite as plump? I wanna see if i can recreate this experiment 😅 absolutely love Chud's videos!!
Maybe you could defeat the fried sausage blow out by wrapping the wing in bacon first, to "thicken" the skin
👍 yep gonna try that!
What if you take the sausage stuffed one that was cooked on the Chudbox and flash fry it at the end?
Im curious - cooking meats of all kinds on the bone, you always hear "You want always cook bone in for the additional flavor!"
Do you think that deboning them has much impact on flavor?
Brad!
Season and smoke wings till fully cooked
Fridge over night
Flash fry and toss in buffalo sauce
LIFE CHANGING

I'd like to see your stock recipe.
