My wife and I will make a buffalo chicken dip for dinner if we want something easy, and then with left overs we’ll always make buffalo taquitos or grilled cheeses. Some of our favorite dinners!

Mr. Bradley Sir, I really think you should use a 24oz can for this application, or at least a 16oz'r. That way you get to sip a bit more before you put the bird on it. Gotta think of yourself a little sometimes!
What is that thing that heats up the pan that you put on your countertop?
@mikewills79 That is just a trivet that he puts on the cutting board to protect it from the heat of the pan. He uses a gas burner just out of frame as a heat source and then places the pan on the trivet for filming purposes. It eliminates having to constantly move the camera when doing 1 man productions. A lot of people think it's some sort of magical heat source but it's not, you are not alone in asking but now you know.

I wonder if spraying with oil then baking at 450 would achieve the crispy on the tortillas.
I do this sometimes and it works well enough. I'd say given the time saving and easy cleanup it is a great alternative. Just make sure to put them on a rack so the air can circulate.
