What’s amazing about all of vaders animations are how effortless everything he does looks. There is A certain coldness to his character that matches the machine part of him and it’s always cool to watch in live action or video game

Appreciate the kind words, brother! I worked really hard and tried to do my best with specific camera angles, cuts, combos and ofc music sync. I hope I did Malgus and Vader justice in this one. I wanted it to feel like these two brute forces of nature going all out on one another. Two tanks just clashing with no hesitation.

I'd rather have a mix of TFU and Jedi Academy gameplay, especially TFU's force combos and Jedi Academy's lightsaber combat. "Jedi's" soul's like combat doesn't feel right unless you have vibro blade instead of actual lightsaber.

He's using Makashi. It's a fencing form specifically used for Lightsaber duels. Funnily enough it was the primary Lightsaber form of Count Dooku.

It's accurate to see Darth Vader a better Force User and Darth Malgus a better Lightsaber Duelist. Magus is stronger when his cybernetics makes his chains broken, while Vader's armor weakens him due of his deformity. And also, it confirms that Darth Vader has powerful Force Abilities that surpasses Darth Malgus.
I doubt Malgus was the better duelist. Equal footing, most likely, but don't forget Vader was the most fearsome lightsaber duelist ever, and even Palpatine had said Vader was strong enough to kill him (though not to succeed him as a Sith). He still had all his skills from his life as Anakin, but he simply modified it to better accommodate his decrease in agility and enhanced strength. His blows were largely more conservative and brutal as a result. Also, unlike other Sith, Magus included, Vader could channel his pain that he felt every day into his abilities, which made him even stronger because it helped him focus. If the duels between Vader and Obi-Wan and his later duel with Ahsoka were anything to go by, we only saw a small sample of what he could do throughout most of the franchise as a Sith.
I have one argument which is decissive: Malgus has force lighting. Vader stomps. He even could win this fight if Malgus dont have that skill, but no. Force lighting is deadly for Vader

Fun fact: Darth Malgus is also Vader's role model. Palpatine made him read all about the old republic era for inspiration. Malgus is also what Vader would've looked like if he wasn't punished into a cyborg suit for losing to Obi Wan on Mustafar
Malgus also had cybernetics he needed for living. Vader would not have looked like him if he won the fight with Obi-Wan.
If he had won on mustafar he wouldn't be in the suit in the first place

Disney Star Wars died when Lucas sold it and put Kathleen Kennedy in charge. You will never see good Star Wars ever again. No not even Mando season 2 counts. It's all style and no substance. But of course people get excited and cry seeing Luke take out some Dark Troopers. Same thing in Ahsoka with Anakin supposedly coming back and dueling with her ruining Star Wars lore even more. Disney simply doesn't know how to make good products anymore when it comes to Star Wars, Marvel, their animated stuff or god forbid their remakes. Don't expect anything even remotely close to this from Disney.

Malgus is a terrifying opponent in SWTOR. In the lore, Satele Shan blasted him into the side of a mountain and buries him under it and he still survives. Tough guy. And every time you think he's gone, he comes back.
not only that , in SWTOR at one point in the story a space station blows up with him still inside and he still survives. Malgus was a hell of a tank.

Bro I'd kill to see an actual fight between these two. I fully believe that Malgus would be the only Sith who could match Vader in a Lightsaber Duel (No I don't count Palpatine since he doesn't use a lightsaber that often. Yes he has used a Lightsaber in the comics to fight Vader, but I'm strictly talking on film). Darth Vader is powerful, but so is Malgus, and Malgus has survived things that should have killed him. Not only that, but he did what Vader and Palpatine never could. He led an assault on the Jedi Temple and WON. Not some Espionage attack from within, no, he led the Empire into the Jedi Temple on the Capital World of the Republic and brought the Order to it's knees.
Although that was also a surprise attack based on false peace summit. The Sacking of Coruscant was an impressive feat and major blow to the Republic, but it was also a scheme coming to fruition.

I believe Malgus would win. He had more control over his hatred and had an impressive record against Jedi Masters. Vader has only killed younglings, an aged master who let himself be killed for the greater good, and non-force sensitive yesmen.

Only if he can't block it like Windu, Yoda, and Obi-Wan could.
Power scaling needs to come into play here. Vader took multiple torrents from Palpatine, one of the better people to employ the skill. Malgus looks to be on par with Dooku in his skill level with it. Taking that into account, I think it's fair to say that Vader may have a chance to deflect, or parry the lightning. Malgus is stronger and faster, in better shape physically and is not as hampered as Vader is.
However, I believe Vader is a hell of a lot smarter than Malgus. His strength in the Force is also arguably better than Malgus. I think Vader is the more adept swordsman of the two. Also, what's been proven many times with Vader, is that if you're not able to get under his skin in an emotional way (Palpy, Luke, Obiwan and so on), then you're going to get Vader at his coldest and most calculated. The only time he tends to make mistakes is when someone gets to him or more appropriately, Anakin. Vader isn't a true Sith, his reasons for falling to the darkside are a sort of anomaly and with it, he wields the Darkside in a far different manner than a lot of Sith.
I think at the end of it all, both of them in the peak of their power, Vader would end up walking out of the conflict. But, it wouldn't be quick and it Vader would walk out as messed up as ever from the conflict. Malgus will kick the shit out of Vader for a good majority of the fight but Vader will bide his time and wait for openings, then bulldoze forward when he has one. I think that it will take a lot of chipping away and Vader exploiting Maglus's pattern of getting wild and busting forwards. Let's face it, practically everyone moves better and faster than Vader. It's nothing he hasn't faced before as either Anakin or his current self and I think that's going to be the ultimate factor: Malgus fights, and strategizes like a Sith would. Vader does so how Vader would.
@@elmstreetsurvivor1866Vader's fall to the dark side wasn't special. He was warned about emotions and Jedi all pretty much know what even love can lead to. As far as wielding the force, he doesn't exactly tap into it any differently either. His Telekinesis is still the same as anyone else's.

I think Malgus would win. He would be faster and far more experienced in different force techniques and was a true Sith, not a Jedi turned Sith. I think Vader would have a slight edge in force power but Malgus rage was legendary and he had far more experience fighting other force users.
