Veedu pakka nalla illaa but eco friendly house
The house looks like eco-friendly but not an exact eco-friendly construction. Concrete, steel, glass and polycarbonate sheet are high embodied energy materials. But, compared to a complete RCC roofed and cement plastered house it's carbon footprint will be definitely low.

First v2 fulla suthi kamistu aprama pesalaam. Nalla iruthurukkum pesi pesi solrathu naala v2 seriya suthi paaka mudilla. Endha room enga iruku ennaane therla
Lot of pests can come in via the pond. Even snakes . Also, no privacy. Ppl. Hiding in the bushes can see everything inside the house via the pond. Kitchen cupboards pathathu. Ventilation is not proper. Those wood surrounding the kitchen stoves can become oily/sticky. Surrounding is full of greenary without fence, it will be scary in the night. Who uses stone/rocky cots for beds? It's inconvenient and will become too cold/hot.. don't know how much sound that the polycarbonate roofs will make. It will be annoying during rainy season for sure.
Nobody will hide behind bushes.entire land will be theirs.
