Heres the thing. Trudeau was not being "honest" when he said he thinks about quitting all the time. He wasnt being "honest" when he said he was bored sometimes. His ego is so massive, he wouldnt quit if his entire party begged him to. He literally believes he has done no wrong, that this country is the best and most affordable it has every been, and that it is all thanks to just him. Saying he thinks about quitting is nothing but political theatrics from the part time drama teacher. Another "poor me, feel sorry for me, vote for me" ploy. Oh and sid, you wanted to know what parts of the job trudeau finds boring. Monetary policy for one. So boring that he doesnt even give it a second thought. Do we have a problem with women's rights these days - YES actually we still do. I take it that you are not a woman. How many women vs. men are in top positions in companies or in politics (Premiers for example. How many female Prime Ministers have we had?) - just as an example? There STILL is a reason for this - it's called the "glass ceiling". You don't THINK there is a problem because you can't see it - until you, (a woman) try to get there. Only the odd token is allowed.
As to our healthcare - that is a PROVINCIAL issue, NOT a Federal issue! IF you are having problems with the state of your healthcare system where you live, you need to be asking hard questions of your PREMIER. The Federal government can only have a minute role in it, namely by offering financial incentives to Provinces to agree to certain terms (normally quite loose terms) on 1 specific aspect. Premiers have the right to turn down the Federal government in almost all ways & do (or NOT do) what they want! You can't blame the Prime Minister for your health care woes - THIS is something he has tried to help with, but has not gotten much acceptance from the PROVINCES IN CHARGE OF HEALTHCARE.

We have had 1 VERY short-lived female Prime Minister in this country (for our ENTIRE history), I believe that we have also only ever had 3 female Premiers - out of ALL Provinces & Territories for our whole history (& that DOES include the current Alberta Premier) & I can't think of ANY company Presidents who are women (unless they have started the business themselves or IF they are lucky in a family business not to have any brothers or interested brothers.) How many heads of unions, professional associations or universities are women. (Heck, how many school principals do you think are even women?)
Women HAVE progressed to the point where they can be made "a token" in many companies, so that they may be 1 of the company Vice Presidents (out of around 5 - when women make up a LARGER % of the Canadian population & even a LARGER % of Canadian university graduates.)
We ARE progressing, but DON'T kid yourself, the "glass ceiling" is STILL there!

My comment was more in regards to the nastiness thrown at the Breakfast Television group who did nothing but bring up an issue that is making news.
They are entitled to their opinions on issues without being called names for it & furthermore if the person above had paid attention to what they said it would be obvious that they weren't all over Trudeau, commenting on how perfect he is. Instead, they were discussing whether he should have said what he said & the reactions on this were mixed.
These people are not Trudeau groupies but people who can see good & bad - unlike the commentator above who refuses to let anyone else have a different opinion without name calling. THAT should not be acceptable or we lose the ability to discuss issues in a respectful way - that could LEAD to solutions.
