I own this watch as well and yes definitely worth it. Even at full retail it’s worth it . I swapped out the stock clasp for a Marine Master clasp and to me Seiko perfection 👍🏻
Yes, I am interested in adding this to my Seiko collection. It’s a very handsome watch despite some of the deficiencies you pointed out. But then again as they say, “there is no perfect watch”.
