  • There are tons of supplements out there, but which ones do you need to treat your PCOS naturally?
This video covers supplements to treat the glucose metabolism problem you have when you have PCOS. This is important to help you manage your weight & insulin resistance, but indirectly it also affects the excess of androgens - such as testosterone - in your body.

I started taking these supplements in May this year in an effort to better my PCOS. I was not TTC more just trying to be healthier. I began exercising and eating better too, in July I ovulated for probably the second time in my life. I even went to my OB to confirm because I was so unfamiliar with what was happening. She just kindly said, “ Well sweetie, looks like your ovulating. Check in two weeks if your pregnant!” I was completely caught off guard but two weeks later we got our BFP!! I am now 18 weeks and me and baby girl are doing well. Thank you so much for these awesome videos! Even though I was not actively TTC I could not be happier to be having our little one very soon. (Not TTC because of never being successful before and not wanting to get my hopes up or stress unnecessarily about it.) This has given me a hope to have more children in the future! ❤️

So happy for you! I cant wait to start my own ttc journey but also afraid of the stress and BFN tests. I started metformin and now reading about inositol and how successful it is for pcos im going to start taking it as well and hopefully regulate my period and get surprised with pregnancy because mentally i dont think i can handle stress of ttc🤰🏻🤰🏻

So I’m taking a complete feminine balance probiotic, a prenatal vitamin, manganese, d3, vitamin c, Niacin/ inositol, and a regular women’s vitamin. I can say since I started taking them this month my period different was lighter and not as heavy as usual. I just hope this will help me create my little one fingers crossed and baby dust to all the women who are trying.

How much are you paying every month on supplements? my basket came up to 150 euro, they last for 1-2 months. I wish there were lists of where to buy what for Europeans, since we don't have the American Amazon.

Hi Inge sorry I am spamming this video but I wanted to thank you very much for being so helpful and promoting charting. I am 33 and have been trying to conceive our third and last baby for the past 8 months. In the past 8 months I had 2 chemical early losses so I knew something was wrong at implantation stage. I never experienced any losses with my first two but I was also in my 20s. I started charting two months ago thanks to your videos and advice bought an Ava and femometer found Ava better for me as I have two other kids who keep waking me up at random times. Already from two months charting I could notice a pattern that I get a beautiful post ovulating rise peak at 7dpo and thereafter my temperatures drop prematurely they don’t remain raised long enough to allow for a healthy implantation envirnoment. I’m now in touch with my doctor re progesterone supplements thanks again for your videos!! They are excellent and hope i will have a successful pregnancy next time ❤️ xx

I hope this post isnt too old and that someone will respond. I have PCOS (I am lean and eat very healthy) I dont really track my periods (because they're so crazy/whacky) so I really dont know all the information on my cycles, like I should.
But I have some general knowledge from my last flow.
I had AF April 11-19th, according to my period app, I ovulated on/around the 23rd of April. Obviously DH and I DTD on/off through those days. Around the 30th I had mild abdominal cramping and nothing else. Then 2 days later on May 2nd I noticed brown spotting (I never have brown spotting btw) which prompted me to begin to be hopeful of it being possible implantation bleeding. Then a couple days later, yesterday and today (May 3rd and 4th) I had some reddish brown spotting and now its bright red. Very light still and it's only when I wipe, I haven't even had any red blood on my pantyliner yet. 🤷‍♀️ Only the brown and it wasnt a lot.
Things I feel I should note:
    I am still young (28)
    I am a healthy weight/BMI.
    There are/were no clots.
I have never been pregnant before.
I have never taken any form of birth control.
Other than really hungry, there's been no other symptoms.
I'm not taking any fertility medications, I have only been taking Omega-3 and prenatal supplements.
I have taken a HPT yesterday (May 3rd) and BFN.
    I am currently (May 4th 2020) 11 DPO.
My question is: Has anyone else personally experienced bright red IB and gotten a BFP?

Is there any certain amount of carb or calories from carb that someone with pcos should try not to exceed on her daily intake. It is said that we should even avoid having a lot of fruits as well... I am asking this since I can't digest protein properly so I have to eat a portion of complex carbohydrates like brown rice or whole grain bread. My doctor (gynecologyst) didn't even suggested going to an endocrinologist to treat my hormones, she did 1 ultrasound and saw some cysts, not many by the way, and were not growing as well ( I did more exams after), then she saw I have lots of body hair and just said you have pcos. My mom didn't know better and we just did what the doctor said, so from 13 years old to 19 and a half I was on the pill with NO breaks, there was even one of the pills I took that didn't let me have my period for almost 4 years.
I am 24 now and it took me a long time to get back to normal after the pill, and I am never taking it again. For me the weird thing is I have the excessive body hair and a few cysts, but the don't grow, and my period is always perfectly on time ( no harsh pms symtoms), and I am not overweight at all, flat stomatch and everything, I say this because my doctor aways said that with pcos most women have a difficult time losing weight. And now I have no idea if I have pcos or if is something else.

    Where is Part 2?
I have had PCOS for the last 7 years. Dr gave me contraceptive pills to regulate my periods, but then I stop 3 years ago. I been trying to get pregnant but nothing yet. I am overweight. 2 months ago I have started to get small pains in the area where my ovaries are. I have my periods every other month or every three months.
What store and brand of supplements do you recommend?

Another great video 💕 could you have PCOS but still have regular 26 day cycle periods (light to medium flow) lasting about 4 days? I had 3 Mirena IUDs back to back for a total of 15 years so I think my hormones are off balance. Would off balance hormones cause PCOS like symptoms? I hope I’m making sense! Either way I may try these suggestions.
Edited to add- you look like you’re feeling better! I hope you and baby are well 😊

I have PCOS but im completely opposite. I am not over weight.. its actually hard for me to gain weight. I have my period every other. Ive been ttc for 14months now. Last medication i took was letrozole 7.5mg cd 3-7. I also bought these pills called upspring fertility thats suppose to be really helpful for women with pcos.. have you heard of them? What is your opinion?

I would really like to detox myself from the pill. I was on it for 12 years starting at age 14, diagnosed with PCOS at 20, and I'm now 28 and been off the pill for 3 years but I still have some symptoms. I got tested again a couple years ago and the results came back "inconclusive". I'm so frustrated. Where can I find the information for how to detox from the pill or what type of center should I google to go to? I live in Nashville, TN and I've googled homeopathic doctors and holistic doctors here but not really sure what I'm looking for. Nothing actually says homeopathic in the title, there are some "wellness" centers but idk what that even means lol. I found one holistic doctor but they charge over $300 per visit and I don't have that kind of money.

I take a bunch of supplements for my PCOS (following the dosage) and my husband is worried that I am taking too many. Is that possible? He thinks I'm just peeing most of it out because I take them all at once (none say to take multiple times a day). What so you think?
I'm taking: vitex, inositol, fertile aid, vitamin c, d, and e, fish oil, i-3-c, geritol, prenatal, and calc. Fluer. I haven't had any I'll effects so far. I drink them with my green smoothie in the morning (also I recently tried starting seed cycling so I add the seeds to my green smoothie as well, any thoughts?). Like I said no issues, but I am seeing my temps go all over the place which makes me think I may have low progesterone. Let me know what you think (sorry the comment is so long).
