What are your thoughts on Tribulus? Specifically for dealing with antibodies (also, I would LOVE to see a video about antibodies (male and female side). Thanks!!

Hello! Could you talk a bit about reasons for and any concerns with high prolactin? Before I fell pregnant with my son, now five, I noticed that I already had some milk, which puzzled both my doctor and acupuncturist. I breastfed for three years, but even after weaning I have always been able to express some milk. I would like to conceive again, though I have not started trying yet (as a single mama it is a bit of a different story!), but wonder if this indicates a possible problem.... Many thanks for your videos!

I’m so sorry about your losses😢💔Take a B-Complex supplement. B vitamins are crucial for Progesterone production. I’ve had two miscarriages and a vanishing twin in the only successful pregnancy I’ve had. I took progesterone during the first trimester right after I ovulated. I wasn’t on a B-Complex supplement at that time. But I did take B-6 to treat nausea during pregnancy and it works! Best Wishes on a successful pregnancy 💝

I watched your video about implantation and you adviced to take calc flour 6x. I have bought a bottle and it says to let 4 tablets melt under tongue 3 times a day, your video said 2 times/day. Should I take more than 4 tablets in that case? 💞

I have been constantly spotting since 12/16/22 and I also have been having lower back pain along with cramps. I know I’m not pregnant because I just took a test and it was negative. I do have PCOS but I have never had spotting like this before with back pain. Any advice?

You may want to get a blood pregnancy test done. If you are more far along than you think, very high HCG levels will not show up on urine tests

The thing about Vitamin D and PCOS is so true! I couldn't get my vitamin D deficiency under control with my primary doctor for 5 years. It wasn't until I started trying to have a baby (and switched doctors many times because no one would test me for it) that I was diagnosed with PCOS and told that the two conditions were related.
