I loved this workout!!! I was able to follow along really easily and for the first time I was able to do slow but controlled movements. In other fitness videos the instructor usually goes at such a fast pace that it discourages me and I end up doing the workout very sloppy. I feel great after doing this one!
Your workouts have been a life saver during the pandemic. I plan to stick with you afterward, as I've replaced my gym routine at this point. This particular workout gets my heart rate up and gives a great mix of cardio and 'fat burn' zones. I'd love more with the booty band, or other resistance bands, since that's one of the few pieces of equipment I have at home. Dumbells are coming soon!

I used to never finish any workouts that I followed along but for some reason, I can finish yours! the workouts are strutted so well! I can feel my glutei working and everything! I love it! Keep it up!
A great workout. It will be helpful to show a couple of different angles of certain exercises so we get the correct form. For example, the one on your back with the band and you open your knees. It's hard to tell if your feet are staying together from the angle this is shot.
Honestly I've noticed such a big improvement in the shape of my bum! Been doing this and 2 other Mad fit 15 min booty workouts for about 4 months! It's so good! Thank you 😍😍😘

I do a ton of workouts with heavy weights and big muscled up dudes, and this was SO enjoyable,. I've been doing your videos for a couple of weeks now and I'm really impressed! You rock!
Thank you MadFit, once again this was a fantastic workout. The best thing about Madfit is 1. Your positive encouraging attitude and 2. Your explanation/little tidbits that greatly help. Can you please make some workouts where it is not 10-how many reps -> next movement and then 10. Balance/stability is a greatly important ability to have and like in this video, a lounge to a high knee is much harder than 10 lounges THEN 10 high knees.

When the gyms closed I had pretty much decided that I was taking an indefinite hiatus from exercise but I found your videos and I'm so grateful, because I actually think I've gained some strength and endurance in the past 6 weeks.
