Feeling good in your body is HUGE! As an actor, artist, hell as a human being, your body is your vehicle for expression! It’s your instrument. This video will help you understand WHY it’s important to take the best most loving care of you and gives some ideas about HOW to actually do that.

I speak for all us early 30 year old turtle fans when I say, You're a BABE! You are a FOX. keep working hard on your instrument. i know you were talking about swim suits and clothes and self image and next time your in the mirror just remember that you have a Large fan group that really do care about you. May 23rd!

Another thought-provoking and insightful video, Judith! Im late to this channel, but I find all of your videos very intriguing, thanks. I admit to falling into the 'self-conscious' trap myself regarding image. Im not sure why we do this as a culture, and it's hard to fight, but I like your comments on focusing on finding comfort with one's self.

Hello April, I'm so happy to get to know your channel and hear about your idea of celebrating the Ninja Turtles movie. I've been your fan for 30 years. My 5 year old son LOVES the turtles even more.
Thanks for everything. We are your biggest fans in Brazil.

OMG Honey I love ❤️❤️you. You still look the same from TMNT. I don’t take measurements or wear a bikini for those reasons. I know there’s things I need to change. I just like food to much😂.
I needed this video today. Thank you. My new year is not going as expected. Hopes and dreams came crashing down. Now to figure out how to regroup. I would normally post this on Facebook.

Hi judith. I am a singer and you inspired me to go into acting when I saw you in tmnt at 6. I went through a traumatic experience in college and lost my voice. Been trying to find my instrument again which is my voice and channeling the actor inside me has been scary. I feel blocked. I would love to meet you for some in person acting to help me connect with my body again and be free. Please let me know. It would be a dream and I feel a breakthrough to work with you. I have cried for over 10 years that I wasn't a good enough entertainer. I know I have it inside me and watching this has helped me see the light. I'm ready to work with you and find my actor and vocal instrument

Next movie or tv show you do would you consider keep that hairstyle you had the turtle den interview video so beautiful you have had it really sort and strictly shoulder length Beautiful regardless!... That being said iv never seen u with your hair that long and it deserves its time on screen cus its beautiful. And i just want to say this videos are awesome i can relate cus im a hairstylist and i learned i go threw the same things actors do beforw we get a job we have to audition threw demonstration we are judge by personal appearance and sadly gender no matter what genders in power male or female there will always be some gender discrimination. And on some aduditions like acting u can do the best hair cut still everything cut colored styled right and still not get the job we are also judge by how many people follow us on social media so i feel you and i feel your positivty

I don't plan on getting into acting but most people agree I look younger than I actually am. In terms of body I could lose some kgs definitely. I also need to build up some muscle. I think your mindset Judith is correct however the big problem is how the body even when adjusted can still make you feel insecure. The Hollywood bubble for men and women dictates you must look a certain youthful way or you don't get hired when the reality outside of that is much different for the everyday person. It's important if you do achieve your goals that it's not a temporary fix for insecurities about how you look to others. That's just my thoughts on it.
Also surprised you said you never felt you looked like a model. In TMNT you looked like you could have had a career as a model or playing a model.

This was very inspirational! I'm not an actor but I have struggled with weight gain, especially lately. About 5 or so years ago I was quite heavy and decided to finally do something about it. I ran on a treadmill and was pretty strict about what I ate, logging my calories on MyFitnessPal. I lost 80 pounds and I felt GREAT! Then... I met my girlfriend and started getting lazy. Yada yada yada, I'm right back where I started. I'm still working on getting myself motivated but it's even more difficult than last time. I'd certainly be interested in seeing more videos from you about this. It can't hurt to get motivated by the original April O'Neil! :D
Also, I can't resist asking in case you read this: what was your reaction to seeing the turtles for the first time on set? Those suits were incredible and still look amazing today! As do YOU! :)
    Thanks!

For me it doesn't matter what you look like, the face is the best part on any woman, my favorite body part on a woman is her face. The face will remain especially a pretty one, bodies come and go. You have nothing to worry about Judith! Thick women rock anyway 🥰. But yes, sad fact of reality is looks in Hollywood mean a lot and you'll be judged. Looks are important in life generally speaking but it's not the be all and end all of things. Most people in Hollywood or at least on TV to me always just looked like regular people, you had overweight men and women skinny people etc etc. I wish you stayed with the turtles for parts 2 and 3! Paige Turco was ok and thought she was cute but it wasn't the same.

You dont seem to know what exactly to eat, how to conserve and naturally build the body just like 99% of the world. Most people start to look wasted at just after 30+ years of age. But I have come across a few people in their 60s that manage to keep a tight and 20yrs physic. You could get back your sassy, seductive image back and even better if you start making the right changes.. 😏
