maybe i am learning something after all hahahahah....
I think most of us getting into this hobby have had a problem with brushes going hard at some point - i think i've solved it!?

The only brand I have seen that specifically say their brushes don’t go hard is Gelish… but you can’t pick the colours in their starter kits which annoys me a bit. They do have an outlet store tho so it will probably be on my list eventually 😂
I use lavender violets topcoat and that is easy to follow a routine and not go hard. My sassy saints goes hard no matter what. I think some batches of the topcoat are faulty.

My SS top coat brush ALWAYS goes hard. LV seems much better
I think the SS formulation is more sensitive to the acetone in the activator. Which should in theory make it more hard wearing!? But can mess up your brushes annoyingly.
