Change Pads (Pads) with EPB Electric Brake

Welcome to the video, here I show you the procedure to change the pads with EPB electric brake and the procedure will be useful for any car from the Volkswagen/Audi/Seat group that equips this electromechanical brake system. They need to have a scanner to make the correct replacement and not damage the electric motor of the caliper. Since there are many who open the engine with homemade techniques and will never be able to leave the piston in the correct position and make the basic adjustment of the EPB system after replacing the pads. Likewise, the discs are sent to be rectified, the caliper guide bolts are cleaned and lubricated with new grease. With this you will have your brake system in optimal conditions and without damage.

The scanner I use is only for Android but a scanner for iOS is already available on the official website. Apart from this, they need to buy the PRO license to be able to access the switchboard modules and be able to make these types of repairs. Otherwise the scanner will only serve to read fault codes.
