I think is the same tool like in Photoshop, but I think you can key frame this. I tried to do some brush in Premiere Pro with the write-on effect, but is very hard to use.

is it possible to increase the size of the fish after you drew it instead of having to draw it again? Sort of scale it from what it is now which is 100% and make it smaller or bigger like you can in photoshop? Thanks!

of course, open the properties of the layer and use Scale - you can adjust it proportionaly or by one of sides. but I guess you already learned how to do that, it's been a year))

I can't use brush tool in shape layer. I think it's like in photoshop

Funny and explained what i wanted to do ... tried to paint in the comp, didn`t work 😂 Actually i want to paint my own masks, merge and auto trace them; this was helpful; thx a lot 🙏
