I've ran through shin pain and plantar fasciitis by fixing minor form issues. Gotta get to the root of the problem. Rest is not the root of the problem.
Such good advice. I’m finally getting over a bout of Achilles tendinitis having not missed a day of running. I incorporated treatment and strengthening exercises along the way and just ran through the discomfort (not acute pain) until it finally subsided.
Brilliant advice. And there are always parts of your body you can work on that are not affected? Ankle injury? You could spend a few weeks on your abs, strength above the waist etc.., sorry - that's soooooo annoyingly positive😅
Nicely done. But, there are far too many definitions of training. That is why the term therapy was created. And, that is also why there is sometimes a thin line between what is therapy and what is productive training.
