love this place, used to vacation here every year in the last week of August, really takes me back, jogged on that path before, this is much busier than when we went, sunset on Cadillac Mountain right next to wild blueberry bushes, use to run from the main road to the summit, oh man, I need to get back there, thanks for sharing
I was amazed how many people there were - then discovered it was "national park day" and it made a whole lot more sense. Hope you get back soon and if you can't then there might be a Cadillac Mtn Walk coming soon!
That sounds amazing! I got into Bar Harbor the night before and didn't think about going up there for star gazing. sounds like a good excuse to go back!
Unfortunately, it’s that crowded all the time. Who can blame the visitors. Acadia is one of the most beautiful NP in the country. Sorry it rained on you….it was still a gorgeous walk! ☔️💜

Sand Beach? Love it. Did a star gazing event at that beach once, was really wonderful!

Don't be sorry! The amount of joy I got from a clap of thunder while at thunder hole was well worth it!
