I might have said "Jim Cornette is going to have a heart attack" a dozen times while watching the ppv with my brothers. 😂😂😂😂
I said the exact same thing. I literally leaned over and told my girlfriend ‘I hope Jim’s alright.’
I expect "Jungle Boy vs MJF" was his only break from the "torture."
I said the same. It was between that or, "damn, Cornette is shitting a whale right now."
@Prometheus 2019 Haha oh yes, is it this one? 😂

Same
As soon as Marko Stunt came out I could hear Cornette cursing in my head
“I grew up watching Lou Thesz.”
“I grew up watching Bruno Sammartino.”
“I grew up watching Ric Flair.”
“I grew up watching Macho Man Randy Savage.”
“I grew up watching Shawn Michaels.”
“I grew up watching Edge.”
“I grew up watching AJ Styles.”
“I grew up watching Jelly Nutella.”
Something is out of place there.
“
@aaron anderson No one will ever put Joey in that list.
I grew up watching fake Diesel and Razor...
@aaron anderson what you been smoking pal? HBK one of the best ever
aaron anderson if you’re gonna troll at least try to be some what realistic. Michaels is one of the greatest ever if you can’t see that you just don’t understand wrestling.
I grew up watching Mantaur
Gotta say, Syxx vs. Eddie Guerrero in WCW was an underrated ladder match.
It was the only good match from the Souled Out PPV
U know ur shit 👍
God that PPV was awful.
Funny thing is that Eddie did not liked that match, I think it was his first one. Then he had classics like vs RVD, Rey Mysterio and Edge.
It's not underrated at all. It was featured on a lot of DVDs considered the best ladder matches of all time. Like someone else said as well, it was the only good match on the PPV.
That Marco cartoon character is the dumbest and yet greatest thing. Cornette’s video thumbnails are the best.
Looks like the Basket Case
I didn't even realize it was a cartoon
I laugh every time I see it. He looks like one of those little M.U.S.C.L.E. figurines from the 80's.
@@rawsewage196 haha, nice reference. Haven't heard of that one in years.
The “beach crackhead” line gets me every time LMAO 😂
It’s such a memorable line and that’s saying a lot
"Jelly Nutella was up first, he looks and talks like a Beach Crackhead" -Corny 2020
"As u ask him to do a wrestling promo on ur video camera in exchange for a crack rock"
Ya we know what he says bro
@DevilKaz Shame on her, bro. She is an absolute Goddess.
jigyoda everything is better than her face. That includes Dana’s face too
@@o.w.omarquito2047 If that's your definition of a an ugly face, you need to rethink everything in life.
Bryan Last's comments on why he watches pro wrestling are the same for me. I don't watch wrestling because it's fun, I watch it for the violence, the competition, technical demonstrations of the skills of some of these wrestlers.
Yeah. Sometimes there is fun, but the fun is watching it for the violence, competition, etc.
I can turn off my brain for a comedy match, but it has to have some sensibility.
The UFC sure as hell isn’t perfect but Cornette was correct years ago when he said that Dana White is running the most successful pro wrestling company in the world.
Exactly
Remember the build up to survivors 95-96,wrestlemania 17 , etc that's the type of build ups I love that's pro wrestling
👍👍👍👍
Even if you don't aggree with Cornette ya gotta love how he digs his claws into this stuff. Comedy Gold. Love ya Jim.
LMFAOOOO the way he described janela 😂😂😂
He said he "looks like a beach crackhead u ask to imitate a wrestling promo for some crack rock".....That is so hilarious and kinda on point. Idk how cornette comes up with this ...
Joey isn't cool enough to actually do the hard street drugs, he just sniffs glue.
Nutella is a fat slob who looks like he eats nothing but pizza for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack.
🤣🤣 This whole comment section is gold. Cornette ain't lying though. That Janella 'promo' if we can call it that was embarassing. And you ain't a bad, bad boy when Enzo pulls your fuckn card.
Janela, Orange Cassidy, Jimmy Havoc AND Marko Stunt all in the same match? "The Troll Cornette Ladder match " LOL
You forgot Kenny "Olivier"
All it needed was Michael NakaNaka knock the fuck off and his baby oil to make it a true out law mud show.
More like "let's dump all our shitty underneath guys here in this one match out of sight" match
@@tmerchead1 I swear, Cornette would've climbed to the top of a building and jumped if NakaNaka climbed the ladder and slid all the way down cus of baby oil.
They should get their own 24/7 title and put all these clown to compete for it. They all belong there. Together. In the piss-break matches.
I'm beginning to think AEW do this on purpose and can't wait for a dose of Jim through the week.
Well they should listen to his show so they can produce a better show it’s free advice
@@karlhart9276 I agree, but at this present time I'd rather they do a shit show so I can enjoy listening to Jim. Imagine him praising the show, it'd be boring as fuck!
Interesting theory. Perhaps they're trying to give Jim a heart attack from watching it.
Peter James hopefully they’ll get serious after the pandemic is over...
@@karlhart9276 even without the advice...its still the best product right now. Nobody gets everything right.
Just wait until Cornette finds out that Tessa Blanchard beat Brian Cage clean on Impact.....
that was just back in December i think not too long ago
@@tw475 it still happened
Tweet it to him
I need this rant injected into my veins now
He's described Janella to a tee.
You would also be surprised just how much even the marks don't like him. That's how bad he is.
Bamethyst 38 can confirm that as a mark I hate janella.
@@Antlover420 agreed...sloppy...unprofessional, unathletic. I am 107% a mark for this business, and have been for over 30 years...Janella is embarrassing.

dude.. its sad.. im a wrestling mark and im more in shape than joey nutella. that guy doesnt look like a bad boy or bad ass at all. looks like he never picked up a weight in his life
Brian is starting to sound like AEW gives him chronic depression.
“And here comes Jelly Nutella” HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
“I don’t watch wrestling for fun, I have fun watching wrestling.” Brilliant and poetic.
Not brilliant, and also not a quote as no one in the clip said those words.
I listen to Cornette while I unload the dishwasher.
What is "dishwasher" a euphemism for?
@@igorivanov299 his wife.
Igor Ivanov his gf or lady friend

Love how he call him pockets like that is his real name
It's not? And here I was hoping for a guy called patches to show up so they can form a tag duo called two p's in a pod
AEW had the chance to be something different and serious. Boy I didn’t expect it to be complete trash. They dropped the ball completely.
He didn't bring up how they gimmick a ladder so that Brian Cage can break it in half when he comes out😂😂😂
I just spitt my coffee when he said I’m going to call luchasaurus Dino 😂😂😂😂
Thought the match was terrible as a concept, it doesn’t make any sense. Even the the action by itself was a big botchy boring mess. Can’t think of a worse ladder match ever.
was it worse than the money in the bank 2020 match?
@@jessebowman161 yes, and that's saying a lot.
@@jessebowman161 money in the bank This year was very good
Leem Wills Well it appealed to the entertainment fans and wwe gave the fans the winners they wanted to see win but I wouldn’t even call it a match
Doesn't make any sense? It's just a money in the bank match with a slightly different coat of paint. What is there to get?
the most entertaining thing about the match was knowing Jim would hate it, more entertaining for us to listen to
if you do read this, Jim, sorry for putting up with it, but we all appreciate it, we truly do
I'd pay good money to see someone hit Orange Cassidy with a ladder as he walks down the sidewalk.
Another new debut going straight for the title. So what's the point of ranks again?
I be forgetting there’s even rankings that’s how “important” they seem to be lol
Exactly Brodie got a title shot after a month and a half now Brian cage gets a title shot after 1 match
The ranking system is stupid to begin with.
Dat Natural Herb If Okada came to AEW he wouldnt start with wrestling the librarian would he?
@@antimaster1007 wait the librarians still there? I haven't watch AEW since after mania. I only watched this ppv to see what's new.
"We grew up watching the Attitude Era and Ruthless Aggression" yet they talk about how much they hate WWE. That's the best part and what I keep telling people. It's like when the 2012 US Olympic basketball team talked about how much better they were than Dream Team I, and either MJ or Barkley shot it down perfectly. "They're trying to be like us, we're not trying to be like them."
I agree with the first part of your sentiments but...Do you want to have a real conversation about the 2nd?
@@Mrderful There is no way in hell the 2012 Olympic team is beating the 1992 one. 2012 era rules, Laettner (by the far the weakest link) would be as OP as he was at Duke and everyone else on that team would be completely unfair. Lebron is a genetic freak so he'd be fine but a lot of other guys on that team wouldn't hold a candle to the rest.
If you're comparing it to WWE/AEW, though, yes I did see they started using NXT guys in the crowd albeit with more extreme protective measures. I hope somehow that plexglass gets wrecked, just have the NXT "fans" shooed away while whatever No Countout match would allow that.
@Rondough Howell Even if Durant got past a then-over-the-hill Bird he's not doing anything to stop Malone. Barkley is a matchup nightmare at either the 3 or the 4. Apart from MJ you have Clyde (a worse Jordan according to Game of Zones). Mullin at that point in his career was as lights-out as any other shooter, and Robinson and Ewing are easily better than any big the 2012 team could field. At the point you have Magic and Stockton, the latter was an elite defender and we all saw what happened with Westbrook got pressured even slightly by defense in the clutch (Rubio back when everyone was convinced he was a bum). Kevin Love, as I stated before, if Laettner came into the league back then rather than when he did, he'd be a huge commodity very similar to Love. Kevin Love wasn't enough the worst guy on the 2012 team while Laettner was far and beyond the odd man out on Dream Team I. All of that outside shooting from 2012 makes zero difference when a 1/3rd of the 1992 squad is known for ripping the ball out of dude's hands and diverting shots so that their elite rebounders get easy boards and fast breaks.
My question for AEW is: does anybody have any idea what to do with Orange Cassidy in any long term projection? His gimmick is entirely based on his opponents being idiots who look weak & he himself is portrayed as a dummy who doesn't even seem to understand why he's in AEW. It's utterly impossible to book him as anything more than a cartoonish lower midcarder without completely breaking his gimmick. Are there big Orange Cassidy fans who've thought about any of this? He seems like a legitimately great athlete but his gimmick is as self-defeating as one could possibly be.
I think he should never win a title, and should only be used for comedy spots. MAYBE one day make him drop the act and get serious for a few months, then maybe he wins a midcard title, but his current gimmick should never be a main event player no matter the reaction he gets.
I thought he was great. His match with Pac at Revolution was super entertaining but without an audience to hype his antics he's gone stale quickly. He was supposed to be laid back not a complete fucking moron. That ladder match killed him completely. He's done.
Im a Cassidy fan and i think he should stay in the lower mid card because he is just a comedy gimmick.
@@sammmm87 Crazy thing is that's basically AEW in a nutshell. Cassidy could've been slow built as a hyper laid back guy who acted like a major match wasn't that big of a deal, he was just having fun & trying to be a friendly guy to everyone, etc., but eventually it turns out he's actually very cunning & has been waiting to take advantage of people underestimating him in some capacity. Or however they'd want to flip his early image around, even with a heel turn or something. But that would take time & a lot of effort to carefully build up to that & it's easier to just make Cassidy a total moron who doesn't know how ladders work for the cheap laughs. AEW is more interested in the quick payoff for every angle they have. Which actually means within the next 5 months they'll probably have Cassidy get thrown off the roof of the stadium, return as a serious guy wearing suits all the time, win a title, get drowned at sea on Jericho's cruise, & return again as himself.
@@CM-jc7gk i disagree there as long as he is not in championship level status im happy. Because he is the AEWs R truth comedy gimmick just their for fun and to have a laugh nothing major. I find him funny and entertaining as hell so i put trust in AEW they don't do anything stupid because the only time they haven't done long term booking is Hardy mabey.
Corny hates HBK and Razor but he praises them for Wrestlemania ladder match. Respect Corny
Corny has always respected Shawn's wrestling ability, it was just his attitude he couldn't take.
He also said Hall was a good, but not great wrestler. Sounds pretty accurate to me
Wins and losses matter in AEW, yet Brian Cage became the number 1 contender to the AEW Championship in his debut match.
Well getting something like that is different, but still this match was fucking terrible
He lost to a woman. The end.
well wouldn't u say that's a win that mattered. i mean he got a title shot after he won
The stipulation was the winner was a #1 contender.. he won, thus hes the the #1 contender. How is this hard to comprehend?
@@Joe-bs3pb he had no prior wins and losses, making someone's win loss record meaningless. Get that?
"I wish I had pockets in OVW for 15 minutes just so I can tell him what I thought of him". That's Jim thinking way too small. Make him work with Brock every night ;)
“It used to mean something “
Enough said
Comedy gold. Love the way Jim uses words.😂😂😂
Even Corny knows JR is way past defending at this point. He has clearly phoned it in for the paycheck
I agree. You can hear it in JR's voice when you listen to his podcast.
@Jon Tucker I've noticed that. Funnily enough in a mid 90s ppv JR chastises Vince on commentary for not calling a suicide dice a tope suicida...times change
Sadiki Akil that is true, but what is the point of calling a maneuver two different names even if both are correct? It feels like a lot of the commentary on AEW matches consists of JR or Tony calling a spot and then Excalibur screaming the lucha or Japanese name of the move. He’s a walking talking thesaurus that parrots calls made by his colleagues, and I preferred the few weeks that Jericho replaced him at this point
Just like heenan in WCW

Kids aren't watching this. Wrestling doesn't attract new fans nowadays.
Worst Ladder Match I've seen any Promotion do.
Second worst, but only because IWRG had a ladder match where all of their ladders broke and they had to get a ladder for a bunk bed at home depot while the match was in progress.
n0m4nic you gotta be kidding me
@@5150scottie5150 It actually got worse for them. The latch on the belt got stuck so Dos Caras Jr tried to break it by jumping on it. It didn't work. He ended up hanging from the belt and causing structural damage to the historic arena's ceiling that would shutter it for two weeks.
@@n0m4nic Really? That is hilarious.
Given your name I would fully expect you to say that!
I like and respect Brian Last's opinion but it would have been great comedic timing if the clip had have suddenly cut out and finished when Brian responded to Jim's question with "I didn't like it."
Feels good to see my favorite Travis drawing sprite of ol' Marko.
I don't watch Aew. And listening to Jim talk about the matches makes we wanna watch them just to laugh imagining him narrating in my head.
I like how Jim doesn't hate Danhausen as a guy and seems to think he's personally nice and whatnot, but just really hates him as a character or in the context of wrestling.
I wanted my PPV money back it was so bad. Then I realized I got it for free. I still want compensation.....
The best thing in Professional Wrestling in 2020 is James E. Cornette.... sadly it's been like that for a decade.
Shit, it's been that way for about four decades. lol
@@jesterr7133 At least in the other three, Jim was active in it. The last decade has seen Jim on top while almost never leaving his house.
I loved about 90% of the show and laughed through a lot of it. So much fun. But listening to Jim rip the show apart like only he can, is equally as fun to listen to.
I think Jim does it for the attention he gets and because everybody looks forward to his reactions and comments. This is not the 80s wrestle he grew up on so he hates. Things change with time and so does wrestling.
I do agree with a lot of what Jim thinks and believes (wrestling-wise) but I enjoy watching dynamite and AEW ppv’s because I like wrestling and don’t think too much into it.
mixednegro55 I agree. But I can also see where he’s coming from when he talks about legitimacy and believability in wrestling. When the curtain call happened, it just snowballed over time to the point of EVERYONE knowing that wrestlers are “performers”. People playing a part regardless of how believable they are in that part. Obviously that’s just a small part of his gripes with wrestling nowadays and I can name a lot more though it’s probably unnecessary, but he just can’t accept that this is wrestling NOW, the cats out of the bag and it’s not going back in. People need to be ok with it cuz wrestling isn’t going back in time
But you also have to realize the century we are in its not 1980 anymore so of course wrestling has changed and it will continue to change. Jim is still stuck in the 80s wrestling so he will not like whats being presented today
Same only complaints I had
1. Marco spot killed momentum of match
2. Cody match was terrible way to long
3. Matt Hardy changing characters under water
Thing with AEW is that they assume the audience has seen all these wrestlers before, so they don't bother giving them super great debuts. From the looks of it, they're most likely expecting that they saw Brian Cage wrestle against Bobby Lashley in Impact, two years ago.
The only thing good about these goofy AEW matches is getting to hear Corney's reactions to them.
At this point AEW will have to put a disclaimer we are not responsible for anything that may happen to Jim Concrete
You walk into a room and see...
Marco "the cunt" Stunt
Pockets
Kenny "dispshit" Omega
Then you see Jim Cornette walk into the room... WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!?!?
I’m a fan of AEW but yes lots of things made this ladder match hard to watch, my biggest pet peeve of the match was how close the chip was to the ring.
Me too and the Dustin and spears match was terrible
Shawn spears thinks he is shawn michaels..And his reaction to every week matches sitting beside is awful..
That guy is standing on the ladder, yet still a lot shorter than the wrestlers, that's funny artwork.
Obviously they made this match to piss Jim Cornette
Like a goofy version of Lucha Underground that misses the point.
Exactly. Reminded me so much of a WWE version of Lucha Underground
at least lucha libre has the excuse that it's always been kinda weird.
"Janella is like a crackhead who you give a rock so he'll do a funny wrestling promo."
I fucking died laughing aha
So true @ 17:00
I listen to the review for two reasons:
1. So I don't have to waist time looking at trash.
2. Because it's more entertaining than the product they're reviewing.
I enjoyed the whole ppv tbh. 👏🏼
🤣... oh, you're serious...
I cant understand why people defending this and bashing wwe, same bs with less starpower
Because I'm not led blind by the words of a man who remembers Wrestling from once upon a time... And raw and SmackDown does bore me. This doesn't. I know that it isn't the type that many would like, but it's fun to me and I like it, simple

Why not just skip listening to Cornette?
He has to watch it and review it how else can he stay relevant
Fans listen to Jim Cornettes show and are entertained by Him talking about classic wrestling, ice cream, pizza, politics and TV themes. AEW is the definition of irrelevant.

I thought Corny was going a different direction when mentioned Penelope Ford and casting...
Corny is the best reviewer in the game
People actually think that and the stadium stampede matches were good, is that how wrestling matches get rated now based on how much it makes people laugh?
The Stampede match wasnt horrible. It wasnt great by any means, but I've seen way worse. The Adam Page drunk and not showing up seems like a shoot on wrestlers with legitimate substance abuse issues of days old (Hall and Hawk come to mind), but the actual spots they did weren't completely stupid, with exception of Matt coming out of the water as WWE forms of himself, which will probably end in a lawsuit.
The key is don’t look at those as matches (stampede, boneyard etc)look at them as angles or mini movies. I personally enjoy them because I don’t consider them wrestling. The problem is hardcore AEW are so desperate for it to succeed they kid themselves.
@@trailerparkchief I mean it's in pretty poor taste to do a needless comedic bit about drowning a wrestler the same week a former WWE guy, who several of the AEW guys knew, did actually tragically drown to death.
Yes, this is how it is rated. How entertaining it was. That's the final aim. To entertain. And ppl loved it
Don DiMello it was filmed before hand. are you that dense ?
There reason I watched pro wrestling is the same reason Brian listed. I want to suspend the disbelief it's predetermined and imagine that it's a legit fight to some extent.
that's the contract between wrestlers and fans. the wrestlers need to make us try to believe it and we need to pretend that it's real. when one side breaks that contract, the whole thing falls apart.
I enjoyed the match, but I've been looking forward to this! He doesn't disappoint! Lol.
i think we all have
This match is so phony... It should be over after 10 seconds. SCU look like the dumbest idiots in the world being in the ring together and not just tossing a coin or whatever to decide who just takes the fucking chip. Now none of them got it.

I loved about 90% of the show and laughed through a lot of it. So much fun. But listening to Jim rip the show apart like only he can, is equally as fun to listen to.
The ladder match was ok. The ppv was good.
Marko Stunted Growth gets me everytime 😂
This ladder match was a cluster
Supposed to be 9 men then you have Marko Stunt, Penelope Ford, Jimmy Havoc, Best Friends being involved it ended up being a mess
I think the issue was the “casino” aspect and having 2 minutes for each entrant to come out they should’ve had all 9 men in the ring for the match and then everyone could come out at separate spots in the match.
Dude that whole “give us a wrestling promo we’ll give you a rock” bit that corny did had me pissing my pants
Towards the end... Tim and Eric wrestling lol. Omg I remember the tim and Eric show hahaha 😂
Jim's not wrong.
Corny is 100% right about Orange Cassidy.
He called luchasarus Dino 😂😂😂
I haven't watch aew since the first ppv last year, I only keep up to date through Jim's rants, I ordered Double or Nothing, can someone explain why in the hell did Darby go on a skate board and put himself through the ladder?
Because he’s reckless and relentless. That’s his gimmick
because no one told him not to
Correct me if im wrong but someone was on the ladder and then moved as he jumped.
@@Wolverine2532 Correct. Kazarian was slumped over on the ladder bridge that Darby set up.
IDK...it was the shitz..
Pockets, Dino, Stunted, all of Jim's favourites in one match! There was a fair chance he wasn't going to like it!
As soon as they made a huge pile over cage (and knowing how AEW booking works) I knew he was gonna move everything and end up winning the match, too predictable.
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
It's lazy sports entertainment booking. Btw love the profile pic. Out here in Vegas hoping they get the health situation together enough that I can see the two Jets games in LA
As soon as he was the mystery man I knew he was winning
That considering that the mystery entrant came in last an you already probably assumed he'd win at that point..
"tim and eric wrestling" as a fan of tim and eric fan I am insulted by this. Tim and eric are actually funny
AEW is not a good topic for them.... I'm listening but nothing ever comes out good when he talks about their wrestling. Except when he talks about MJF you would think this show is like AWA in 91' and I'm glad they don't even mention Impact.
A lot of negativity...
Really they’re gonna be pretty negative on any wrestling product.
It’s worse than AWA 91 lol
I feel they hate on it more because Jim said it would only last 4 months after they started on tv and then they got a 4 year contract with TNT
Some of the stuff AEW I find bad but over all I enjoy it I also don't make a living off of reviewing it I just watch it for entertainment. And I am sorry I do find OC and Marko funny with what they do and it is entertaining. The only reason for Cody to win the TNT belt is to keep the heat between him and Archer going where Jake said he wanted to take Cody's share of the pie so this could be a good long running Feud and maybe even end up with a tag team match with Arn and Jake that could be done real well IMO.
Everything Brian said about what I had hoped for (similar to NJP, serious matches) ... I have hope for AEW still but am slowly loosing my fire for it.
I do not have any hope for aew its going to keep going but its going to keep going as it is

Janella’s gimmick of being a “bad boy” is incredibly lame.
Cage has so much potential, just needs a different more basic look
Please don't call him Dino. It reminds me of dino bravo not the Flintstones. Call him Denver. The last dinosaur.
I saw this and remembered the theme song
Denver was great.
I actually seen a couple episodes a couple months ago on some channel when i was surfing threw.
Gee Jim Don't hold back Tell us how you really feel I almost want to see it just to see how ludicrous it was
You’d think a guy who’s watched wrestling as long as he has would know there’s no dqs in ladder matches.
This is how I would have had Brian Cage debut in the match: I would started it off with Cassidy and Cabana.
These two goof off to start and the third participant is Cage. He comes in all dangerous and imposing but Cassidy tries his schtick with him which Cage does not sell and immediately beats the shit out of Pockets.
Cabana realizing this guy means business sells the severity by changing his facial expressions and demeanor realizes this guy is a threat and can't be silly. They go at it with Cabana putting up some of a fight but gets overwhelmed before another wrestler comes in, ideally one of the guys that is not a goofball wrestler like Skyy, Kazarian or Darby or someone really big like Luchasaurus to even out the score. Cage beats all the goof wrestlers (Havoc, Sabian, Cassidy) and does a big spot with Luchasaurus. Sure all the participants participate to take him out in the match but Cage keeps coming back to eventually win the match...(He doesn't get overwhelmed and buried in ladders by the way) What do you think?
I like it...changes the tone after the kids get their fun. Face change is great. Like that you have him in early. If he's getting a title shot out of this it would be better he served some longevity in the match.
How is Sabian a goof wrestler to me there’s nothing different between him and Finn Balor
I'm all for any instance where Cassidy gets squashed and made to look like the low mid career that he is
@@christophersuswal9544 that's never happening, plus tbh he is good
This is how I’d have debut’d Brian Cage....I wouldn’t have signed him at all because he sucks!!!
Best ladder match I've ever seen was razor and michaels for the intercontinental championship
The problem with “a serious well presented well booked wrestling product would excel and people want that” is that they’re full of fucking shit. My beloved NXT has no supernatural stuff, no jokey nonsense. It’s a serious straight forward well booked product and it’s the least popular show in the ratings.
been waiting since Saturday for this
Better than the actual PPV & it was for free to boot
I'll save you the time. Cornette gives it 5 stars. He's finally coming around. There's never been dqs in a ladder match has there? It's not convenient if its always the same rules.. smh
Do you all remember when AEW promised wrestling with a real sport feel. 😂😂
Bringing wrestling back😤
What's more sports than a football field 😂😂 just enjoy it as it comes
@@redbloxx I try 2 but sometimes well most of the time it's just too much.
@@GreyLeo well everyone has a different taste, but in this era company's try to have variety so that they can attract more fans. Most of the fans follow social media and the backstage rumors and reports, so they relate more
@@redbloxx I follow those 2 but when you say you are a wrestling company then wrestle 51% of the time no need for stupid gimmicks for most of the night. So they are sports entertainment not wrestling. Also, if a company tries to be good at everything they will never be great at anything.
0:01 I’m looking forward to hearing this
19:59 I wasn’t disappointed
Honestly hated the match concept. Everyone waiting around for spots rather than trying to win eurgh
Not defending the match in the slightest, but couldn't this be applied to pretty much every ladder match across the board?
@@cishansen4162 atleast in wwe 90% of the spot is when someone is reaching for the belt/briefcase
It would be awesome to get a big ass check to play with my buddies on TV like these guys.
There have been times...not this time...but I wish Corny would tell Brian to give his opinion first. Occasionally, I believe his opinion is strictly based on Cornettes.
You are awesome Corny
I think Cody and friends needs a revamp or else this joke is gonna keep going on. 95 percent of the roster needs to be released . Brian cage and luchasouras were good
Agreed, I think Scorpio sky is a little underated
Cornette is a savage. He destroys jelly nutela in this one. Kudos. 👏🏾👏🏾
IMO Cornette shoots are better than AEW'S WRESTLING.
I know I be so ready to hear wat he got to say
Fukin Facts!
The utter stupidity of booking several run-ins during a multi-man match boggled my mind when I watched this. Match was already bad, then random people started showing up and made it even worse. What is wrong with this company? They save the absolute worst shit for their PPVs. Each one is worse than the last.
The whole ladder match is basically a Royal Rumble match with ladders involved. Gotta blame R-Truth for making that happen in 2016 or at least give the AEW brass an idea for their brand new revolutionary match type
Jungleboy vs Mjf was the match of the night, blew this match out of the park!
