He’s a table comic: he’s incredibly hilarious and great in a conversation/round table setting but his standup is pretty underwhelming. It’s not terrible or unfunny, but it’s very ok.

I watched redEye in its prime, and would have loved to see Nick on it back when Gutfield was hosting. What the fellas don’t know is that a lot of pundits launched their tv careers from redEye, and was considered a good place to cut your teeth when trying to make it into political tv gigs.
