    You are an inspiration to us here in Africa, just started a farm in Nigeria using your shadenet approach to build 2 500sqm shadenets and here you are going 10 times bigger...I think we need to plan for our next 5000sqm shadenet for 2024 Thanks :)

    It's great to see farmers progressing with the times. With shade netting you can grow many things in the hottest and dryest time of year.

    Good job Panuka Farm and to you the dynamic founder Mr. Bruno Mweemba. Me as a prospective farmer, and i also believe other farmers gained a lot from your educative videos. I must once more say thank you to you and your team. In this light, i will like to request that you please make another video that will give a vivid description of pipe spacing, both length and width. The division of sections for plants in the shade net. Most of us that watched and listened to you dont have the financial strength to hire the company you hired or company of such nature. Therefore we depend on the knowledge you disseminate. Thanks for always educating us. Younand you team are highly appreciated

    This is a marvel. Just over an entire hectare large. I have a few questions: (1) I would have thought the net roofing would be angled to help easily divert hail when it occurs. Is hail not a major risk or how is it accounted for? (2) Some experts say that large nets face the risk of huge losses from diseases when they hit and recommend several smaller units in place of one large net? Was this ever an issue in your planning? Metal is very expensive compared with wood. What did you find as the advantage of metal despite its high cost?

    • @panukafarm156
      @panukafarm156  7 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for the feedback. We do not have hail here in Zambia. The cost would actually be higher as you need higher poles the centre

    • @panukafarm156
      @panukafarm156  7 місяців тому +2

      The issue of diseases is real, but cost effective. You need to know what to plant and in what direction to minimise the issue of all crops being wiped out. Also plant crops that have different diseases patterns

      It's really all dependent on what you seek to cure. If it's sun intensity and wind, they are spectacular. Also dependent on what you grow. Some crops do not mind the adverse sun and wind
