You nailed it. This has been my major concern. I don't know who to blame between the funder or tge technical advisors. You cannot design a financing facility without taking into account the profile of the target groups or would be beneficiaries or implementing partners. I am interested to see what is being done for the funds that will come in future. The other issue is to differential in the definitions and thresholds relating to SME or MSMEs. There is no one definition that fits all jurisdictions because of the varying sizes of the economies.
