BLUEBERRY MUFFINS INGREDIENTS: (Yields 12-15 muffins)
3/4 cup+2Tbsp (200gr) - Softened butter
1 cup (200gr) - Sugar
3 room temperature eggs
7.4oz (200ml) - Sour cream
1/4 cup (60ml) - Milk
1tsp - Vanilla extract
2.5 cups (300gr) - Flour
2tsp - Baking powder
2 cups (300gr) - Fresh blueberries
FOR FROSTING:
2 cups (500ml) - Heavy cream
1.4oz (40gr) - Vanilla instant pudding
Handful of fresh blueberries
