Thanks so much for watching! Yes, you sure can! Just measure around your table for the length of your string and then measure from the tabletop to the floor (or how long you want it to be) and add an inch for knotting to get the size of your tulle length. :)

Hello, I didn't count my strips but I did use 1½ rolls of 25 yard pink tulle and 2 rolls of 10 yard gold tulle.

Hello, just around the table, but you can put it around the back too if you want. Just cut your ribbon long enough to be able to tie around.

How much tulle did you need to buy for this? I just don't want to buy too much or not enough
Hello! I used 2 gold spools and 1-1/2 pink spool the pink spool was 25 yards. I don't have any gold left so I don't remember how many yards were on that spool but it was less than the pink. If your craft store allows, return any of your unopened spools for a refund. :) Thanks for watching!

You will be fine with using 39 inches and that should go around a normal sized tray only.

I think so! You can cut your tulle strips to the width and length that you want and what will work best for your garland. :)
How do you get it to stay on the high chair?
You can use velcro or double sided tape.

It would be easier if you wrapped it around a book and only cut one side.
