1. How did you know to choose 25yd by 6in wide tulle ? Like if I want to make a tutu for a baby girl that’s is turning 6 months & a toddler girl that’s turning 5 years old ?
2. How would I know just the different size tulles ?
3. How do I know how long to cut the card board (W x L) for all ages but for now just for a soon to be 6 month old baby girl & 5 year old girl ? Then , when I get better in the making them I want to start doing all ages (newborn to adults)

Hello! I only make these for friends and just hand them over to them. If I made them to ship, I would package it in a plastic bag and then most likely in a box since it's kind of an awkward size with it being fluffy.

How do you determine the length?

I would measure where I would like for it to fall on the leg, times that by 2 (because I fold each strip in half) and then add about 1/2"-1" for the knot around the elastic.
