I love the Be Here Now album, I have a lot of nostalgia for it, I have listened to it many many times, but I don't think it should be in the same tier as WTSMG and DM
So....I'm a huge Oasis fan. But this is a very deluded ranking...Liam's first two albums aren't "amazing material". They're at best "good" and should honestly fall in the "alright" category. The last one "C'mon you know" is the best out of the three and would be in the "good" category. Noel's first two are stronger. Probably both in the lower tier of the "amazing" category. Beady Eye albums should be in the "Rubbish" section. "Flick of the finger" is the only song that's listenable. Regarding Oasis, the 2000s albums would all fall in the ""good" category, just because there is at least one special song on it "Importance of being idle", "Little by little", "Gas Panic"...and the first three + Masterplan are biblical.
@@oasispodcast i think the term « amazing » should refer to exceptionally good musical production, something the first two Liam albums hardly provide at any point… The risk is devaluing their exceptionally good albums in comparison…

If you include The Masterplan, you’d also have to include Time Flies, Stop The Clocks and Back The Way We Came. It’s a compilation album Good list, although I’d go with; Biblical: WTSMG Definitely Maybe Be Here Now Amazing: Don’t Believe The Truth Chasing Yesterday NGHFB SOTSOG Good: Council Skies Who Built The Moon? Heathen Chemistry Liam Gallagher John Squire Alright, Good Enough: Dig Out Your Soul As You Were Why Me, Why Not Average to Poor, Should Be Better: Come On You Know Different Gear Still Speeding Absolutely Rubbish: B.E
Great watch / listen. I wouldn’t rate those albums just as high, apart from the top tier. You are also putting Beady eye albums on the same par as Lyla , Hindu times, little by little etc etc… I can’t do that!
@@spikeannoyed I know this was a couple of years ago I think DBTT would be higher now if I did it again. I think I will seeing as we have Cmon You Know Council Skies and LG/JS to include now
Liam solo albums are a team of corporate songwriters trying to churn out “catchy rock songs” but there’s just no magic whatsoever and it all sounds so incredibly forced.
Every album except Definitely Maybe and Whats the Story should be pushed down a tier with Be Here Now going down 2 tiers. Oasis don't have 4 biblical albums lmao.
@@JustSimqLeHD I would agree that Be Here Now is underrated, I love it, IMO it has the best two opening tracks of any Oasis album, but it's not in the same tier as DM and WTSMG. Personally, I would move it down one tier.

Be here now is extremely underrated
@@JustSimqLeHD it’s a good album. It’s not amazing. Every song is way too long and there’s a lot of filler

Sorry but chasing yesterday is far superior to anything Liam has put out
