- Pilfers played Coney Island High on December 5th 1998 to a sold out crowd in NYC. It was packed inside that the show got cut a few minutes early from the police (I believe).

I was just starting to get rolling as a full time player and my room mate managed bands in the scene. We were always an open house for touring acts, and Pilfers would crash at our place when they were in the region. Such nice folks, and always brought the heat on stage. An underappreciated gem of the last wave ska.

Possible openers could have been, Metro Stylee, Standpipe Siamese or maybe the Loose Nuts. What a great show!!!
