Sasuke starting off dominating the fight is mostly to show off how much of a struggle it'll be for Naruto to finally knock some sense into him. Theres no point to it being a climatically pleasing final fight if Naruto is causally winning from the start. NARRATIVE matters guys 😂

I think base Naruto being able to trade punches with Sasuke at the start is more than supported by base Naruto being able to fight him at the end of the fight and the normal rasengan vs chidori Amaterasu gravity clash. Also base Naruto after achieving six path sage mode is a lot stronger and less dependent of chakra cloak than base Naruto from before it, which is showed by him being able to just kick away Madara’s truth seeking orb.
He had his Six Paths Mode activated when he kicked the TSO which already was stated to make him stronger than BSM, and then he stacked Kurama mode on TOP of that.
Rinnegan was irrelevant til Sasuke used Bansho Tenin. Precognition comes from Sharingan so it was the classic Sharingan Sasuke vs Naruto & clones. And a Rasengan made from Kurama's chakra isn't normal. Sasuke took the nature energy Kurama gathered then Kurama gave Naruto his chakra which is why he passed out (chapter 698 page 3). Since Rasengan & Chidori always matched, for this to make sense Kurama must have given Naruto more chakra than Sasuke took to match Enton Chidori.

This makes no sense considering Sasuke would've died from blood loss had Sakura not healed him. Sasuke noted Naruto was fighting defensively in the beginning but he also noted the moment Naruto went all out.

I disagree that having Naruto's Kurama avatars getting their bijuu bombs shot through is more impressive than a collision that causes an explosion. It would seem the anime traded Naruto's attack power for defensive fortitude. Which is also corroborated by the clones being brutalized by Sasuke's Indra Susanoo in the anime.
I actually had a note of this written in but, just didn’t end up throwing it in 100% right it traded offensive power for a durability feat, although the manga gives the feat in direct contrast to the Indra Avatar who also shares it as they both get caught in the blast so you have more of a gauge compared to the anime where the avatar iirc isn’t caught in the explosion.

With the opening Taijutsu clash the anime gave Sasuke lots of chances to pierce & slice Naruto up but apparently everyone forgot he has swords - normal & lightning, despite easily piercing & slicing Juubi Madara. Or maybe base Naruto is so much more durable than Madara that it isn't even worth addressing?

Good video in general! But I have some issues with your statement regarding that Naruto don’t have to hold back to not kill Saskue. And the when Saskue says to Naruto if you don’t attack you will loose or something like that. Trough out the fight Naruto is on purpose matching Saskue’s strength. Because if he goes to hard he could easily might end up killing Saskue. The whole narrative of the show is that Naruto refuses to give up on Saskue. So if he did kill him the message from the show would be different. Giving the fact that Saskue powered up his Susano with all the other tailed-beasts to launch his strongest attack and Naruto could still match it should explain to you just how much Naruto was holding back to not kill Saskue. He is mostly on the defensive and does not hit him with any kill shots at all. Saskue is constantly going for kill shots, impaling or thrusting moves with the intention to kill. It’s like in a real fight one person is attacking all the Vital areas, the groin, neck, liver, back of the head . And the other is playing by the rules and not targeting the vital areas. The only thing that made the fight close were Naruto holding back.
The problem with this logic is that Naruto’s Bijuu Bomb is outright stronger than Naruto’s Physical attacks in the Kurama Avatar and that isn’t anywhere near significant enough to kill Sasuke. So Naruto holding back with his Kurama Avatar from a stat perspective isn’t really all that supported since he’d also inevitably die via it being broken down. If Naruto could have just beaten up the P.S he honestly would have he could have just restrained Sasuke without killing him which would have made his job easier overall. It’s in a similar sense to how Hashirama and Madara fought with the Databook noting the end of the fight was a “razer thin difference” even with Hashirama only being resolved to kill Madara by the very last moment. It’s more of an intent / style of fighting rather than some objective stat thing.

That he could have prepared while he had the Nine tail transformation clones for an example. Naruto could have used way more different Rasengan’s trough out there fight and amp then with different Tailed Beast elements. The fact is that Saskue himself says before the big attack clash to Naruto -So you have finally decided to kill me huh? Meaning that he was no longer holding back because of the Amp Saskue got from draining all the tailed beasts chakra in to his Susano. I’d say that is a strong implication that Naruto was holding back. It might have not been much but it was enough for Saskue to notice it. And given Naruto’s character development of turning bad guys in to good guys it’s fit the narrative very well. He uses his truth seeking orbs as a defensive instead of an offensive.
From an unbiased viewpoint Naruto overall, as a whole character, in his entirety was never really someone who fights to kill someone, but instead uses all of his strength to take down/stop an opponent. So for one saying he's stronger because he didn't go for the kill, its obviously misinformation and misses the entire point Kishimoto was making. Sasuke is simply the opposite who ended up having a mindset to go for the kill later on in the series. (That's their gist and how they was written according to Kishimoto, they’re two sides of the same coin) It's not to be interpreted to say Naruto has a one up on him, or vice versa, many overall miss Kishimoto’s point and this is what causes controversy unfortunately; it’s just fans being fans. I'd disagree as intent matters. Naruto absolutely intended to kill Pain initially. Pain pointing out the cycle of hate was actually pivotal to Naruto's growth as a character and how he convinced Nagato. He initially wanted to kill Pain and had to come to terms and let go of his hate to move beyond the cycle of hate. His loss of Jiraiya and desire for vengeance is what keyed him into better understanding Sasuke, something he wasn't able to do in their first fight. Now obviously, Naruto isn't fighting to kill, but it seems very disingenuous if you're seriously saying Naruto was going all out to "beat Sasuke down" when he clearly didn't. As nice as a feat it is for Naruto to throw hands in base with Sasuke at the start, Sage Mode would've made him even at worst but likely superior in that clash. Sage Mode enables insane reflexes, degree of precog, improved power, and extended reach with Taijutsu. Sasuke chides Naruto for fighting on the defensive. This isn't Obi-Wan using Soresu, Naruto staying on the defensive is definitely not supporting him giving his all. Naruto stopped holding back with their big clash so he didn't die. Sasuke noticed this and Kurama gave him shit for it too. This one is my own interpretation, but it borrows from your argument of Naruto as a character. Naruto tripped on purpose imo. He had Sasuke dead to rights and trips? This isn't Part 1 Naruto. Naruto, hours later, has the focus intense enough to noticed in the middle of Sasuke striking, that his Sharingan went away but is going trip over a rock when he has much more energy and less fatigue? Naruto painting Sasuke's life juice over the valley doesn't fit Naruto's desires nor is it in his character to do that. Naruto literally couldn't have hit Sasuke with it as with Sasuke that weak, it probably would've killed him.

I w agree Naruto is stronger at this point especially since he instantly knows how to use his abilities vs Sasuke getting used to them and still overusing them IE suppressing the 9 Bijuu, including the other half of Kurama, while fighting Naruto and still demonstrating perfect chakra control when absorbing. the manga def does how close they are more justice and you expressed that perfectly. too often people bring up the holding back thing or no killing intent and not remember back in their first final valley fight, naruto was fighting to drag a Sasuke back with every bone broken in his body, so yes, he didnt want to kill but that doesnt mean he was pulling "every" punch
I've always said Sasuke and Naruto are equal because narratively that's how it's supposed to be. Idk why people use calcs to argue against the creator's words.
Also most arguments for Naruto’s AP can be argued with “What if Sasuke dodges” because he has the speed feats to do so or, “What if Sasuke tanks it” because he has the defensive feats to do so

In part 1, it was more reasonable to say they are equal (even though Sasuke beat Naruto in the final valley) . In Shippuden, we all saw how Sasuke is superior to Naruto in the beginning. The whole narrative should have been Naruto catching up to Sasuke in terms of power. So, it was unnecessary to buff Sasuke (giving him MS or hax abilities). Therefore, Naruto actually never caught up to Sasuke, cuz Sasuke was keep getting better. What Naruto had in his arsenal? Sage mode? Lol. What Sasuke has then? He has amaterasu, Kirin, genjutsu and many other variety of staff. Only argument is that Naruto got Kyuubi control, but that control is kind of negated to Susanoo and other EMS hax abilities. It is even not that important that Naruto has kyuubi control, cuz as mentioned by Kyuubi Sasuke has more dark chakra than kyuubi. So, the concept Naruto being equal to Sasuke is forced. Hence, Sasuke tieing to Naruto is for plot. We all know that, just some fanboys cannot accept this simple fact.

People seem to overhype SM Naruto, but that SM has serious limitations (5 minut duration and naruto did not fully master) , and what SM really can do against Sasuke who has OP haxes like Amaterasu, flame control, Susanoo, genjutsu, variety of chidori? I'm convinced that in these versus battles, if the author doesn't write an easy win, there's probably not an easy win. Naruto was fighting for his life and Sasuke's life. There was little room for error. Sasuke was going for the kill, but there was no easy way to accomplish that. Essentially, Sasuke's only option was to try to exhaust Naruto of all his chakra to make him vulnerable. Naruto's only option to kill Sasuke is to kill him outside his Susanoo with a large attack. It was always going to be a battle of attrition.
Agreed but Sasuke still wasn't going all out. He didn't press his advantages, his techniques were nerfed (scaling were off), he barely used rinnegan techniques, and he used techniques in effectively which is unlike sasuke
pharaoh is right this fight was rush forneverwrld did a vid a waaaay back how some author was being rush to finish their saga the 2 being bleach and naruto and one piece was getting ready for the reverie arc and then wano (manga wise not the anime) but the preta path can absorb naruto's chakra and pretty much nullified all his jutsu here are ex. madara using the preta path tech to absorb the 3rd stone kage jutsu, nagato absorbing kcm naruto rasengan while while extracting the soul out of him then at the end of the fight kurama told naruto sasuke's rinnegan is new so he cant absorb and attack at the same time

Otherwise, Sasuke who was doing what Sage of the sixth path was doing back in the days, would kill Naruto and nine tails half. They worked on Kaguya, so idk why the Bijuu powers wouldn't work on Susanoo Sasuke. Didn't regular wind rip the back open with Danzo? Didn't Boil Release melt the Susanoo ribcage with the Mizukage? Naruto's Lava Rasenshuriken cut down the God tree. A Rasengan with 3 Natures, same as Dust Release. An attack that slices every cell in the body and burns those cells into nothingness. Not to mention it being enhanced with 6PSM/Hagoromo chakra.
Mei’s Boil release is NOT the same as Kokuo physical amping ability, she specializes in melting compared to Kokuo who is more so based in Stat Anp. Sasuke cut a stronger a stronger Madara in half than the weaker one didn’t get bisected by that attack I promise you it doesn’t matter.
Naruto does better in every fight they fought together. Zabuza, Haku, Orochimaru, Rain Genin, Gaara, finale valley, Juubi, Juubito, Juubidara, Kaguya, Momoshiki, Urashiki, Jigen, and Isshiki.
@@ThunderGodTG Boil Release is Boil Release. Han the jinchuriki used Boil Release for more than an Amp. Han use the Steam aspect in his fighting style. The steam was powerful enough to hurt KCM Naruto. Lava Rasenshuriken - Fire, Earth, Wind is the same as Dust Release. Wind Chakra boosts Fire Chakra, Sage Chakra is 100x more effective. Lava being Boosted by 6PSM Wind Chakra is OP. Way more powerful than Dust Release. Final Fight Naruto is SS class and Sasuke is SB class. If Sasuke actually used his Rinnegan abilities and actually defeated his opponents I'd rank him higher. In Boruto they are both SA class. Ink Rasenshuriken to the Jewel in the forehead of Susanoo. Even if it does "Zero Damage", it would at the very least impair Sasuke's vision. Setting up for a surprise attack. Magnet Sand Rasenshuriken could cover the Susanoo in Magnetic Sand. Giant Magnet Rasengan could seal Perfect Susanoo. Who knows what Blue Flames actually does...but it's at least stronger than Majestic Flames. With 6PSM Wind Chakra added it's safe to say way stronger than Scorch Release. 3 Tails Rasenshuriken means nothing 4 & 5 are OP Bubble Rasenshuriken is a hitting in multiple ways. Acid, Poison Gas, Sticky Substances, and Explosions. Attacking the Jewel and getting through is a cake walk IMO. Scale Powder Rasenshuriken could blind Sasuke for a surprise attack. Saying they wouldn't be effective is ridiculous IMO when being used by the unpredictable ninja. We all saw the Susanoo be damaged by regular and strong attacks, so it's not invulnerable. Perfect Susanoo has less protection on the forehead than inside the head or in the chest of it. The most troublesome part is the Mobility, Power, and the height Sasuke is located. Most ninja cannot reach him to even with Giant summons and long range jutsu. But Naruto can fly and use the giant avatar that can move on its own. If the Tails were equal to the sword, shouldn't they trump the thin barrier Sasuke's in?

I think it gets underestimated how much sasuke is still learning during the fight, like Naruto got a massive power boost but sasuke had to learn to fight with abilities he’s never used on the fly, how taxing on the chakra they are, how to actually implement them in combat
So it seems that the anime in total just boosted both Naruto and Sasuke at different points in the fight and rather insanely. Frankly, just remembering that Sasuke had a battery pack on him the entire fight has reminded me just how superior Naruto really was in this fight. Not only was he seeking a peaceful solution, but he was doing it with pretty much his regular chakra allocations.
But the active use of suppressing the tailed beasts AND holding them in chibaku tenseis shows how held back saskue was with his pretty massive reserves.
@@shadowtitan8545 he got way more chakra than he spent from the beasts. His chakra reserves aren’t all that exceptional and haven’t really been noted by anyone. He just has upper-tier chakra control and fights smart.
@stephencollins9396 Something of note that I think is pretty exceptional is still holding the tailed beasts in the chibaku tensei even when running on low battery almost exhausted by chakra unless the chibaku tenseis destroyed and the beasts were incapacitated it's an exceptional feat none the less.

And it’s not like he had to focus on the seal the entire fight, once something is sealed, it’s sealed: we never see people or tailed beasts just popping out of being sealed. They were sealed and had their chakra taken, if anything: doing this greatly diminishes Sasuke’s feats as they are solely limited to all the tailed beasts just hanging around. Without that, he would have been stomped.

Naruto fighting in base when he could've used Sage Mode, KCM, SO6P Mode is not going all out. Not utilizing other bijuu abilities is not going all out. Intending to clash equally rather than overpower is not going all out. Your argument for him going all out is that he got tired. And maximum output is more of a JJK term than Naruto. Though if we shifted it to make more sense, it still wouldn't apply. In Naruto and Sasuke's final clash, he used a base Rasengan rather than infuse wind release into it, another example of him not going all out.
Great Take! But I have to say this all in all Naruto and Sasuke in the war Post Six Paths enhanced are easily equal. Base War Arc Naruto = Base War Arc Sasuke Base War Arc Naruto < EMS and Rinnegan Sasuke SPSM Naruto Without Cloak > Base War Arc Sasuke SPSM Naruto with Cloak > EMS and Rinnegan Sasuke I’ll have to say SPSM Naruto with cloak is a 9 to EMS and Rinnegan Sasuke’s 8. The feats SPSM Naruto pulled compared to Sasuke is what makes that case adequate. Also As for Sasuke PS Naruto has Kuruma Avatar to combat and cancel it out I’ll also have to say Naruto’s Kuruma avatar is a tad bit stronger than Sasuke’s PS as Naruto is able to make different variations and Shadow Clones of it as well as combine his own jutsu with it. Naruto also is able to counter and block all of the PS attacks with the tails and arms of Kuruma with being able to overpower the PS by throwing it into the ocean and standing over it to blast a nerfed bijuu dama at it. Naruto also has more chakra than Sasuke so he’ll be able to stay in Kuruma Avatar longer than Sasuke can stay in his PS as well. So it’ll be PS Sasuke is a 9 while Kuruma Avatar Naruto is a 9.5. I’m not going to get into the bijuu enhanced PS and the SP Senjutsu enhanced Kuruma Avatar with them being both 10’s. I think they're really close but, a fully mastered Rinnegan sasuke even w/o bijuu chakra is no way getting defeated by naruto. He just outright renders all naruto's jutsus useless, they either get absorbed or get reflected. Also i would like to point out the insane nerf of Amenotejikara in this fight, sasuke was able to bisect madara in half with chidori spear, granted he could do the same to naruto instead of a plain chidori if he was going for the kill as people portray him to be, using all he got, even naruto's hand wouldn't block that!! and there also the possibility of him just throwing a chidori-kunai etc forward and just teleport naruto's head just 1cm next to it to it like he did madara with the sword? neither madara or naruto were able to react to Amenotejikara, even in lava dimension naruto wasn't able to react to sasuke teleporting behind him when he was falling to lava to catch naruto, nor he did when he teleported with susanoo behind him, the different scenario's with this jutsu are infinite!!.

You should make a video on who would win between sasuke fully utilizing his rinnegan abilities and has full mastery with his rinnegan vs naruto with the same. i think it would be very interesting.
It's like I keep saying: there's an obvious reason Sasuke wasn't allowed access to his chakra absorption until the end of the fight. Remember, it's not just for powering him up, it's for weakening his foes, AND cancelling out incoming ninjutsu. And while we don't know the limit of how much chakra he can steal in one fell swoop, we do know that the gap between the two isn't so huge that he'd have to use it too many times. We also know when Nagato (who was an Edo and thus, weaker, and also doesn't have Sasuke's Super Rinnegan) used it against Bee it pulled such a huge amount it reverted him from v2 to v1 chakra cloak. Imagine Sasuke trading places with a truthseeker orb, grabbing Naruto's dome, and snatching his wig so hard he drops down from SPSM to just BSM or maybe just KCM2. And no, Sasuke wouldn't turn to stone either, because while he can't summon natural energy, his body can adapt to it as it is introduced to him, evidenced by his Susonoo making use of Juugo's natural energy. Or we could just say since his body can already use Six Paths Sage chakra his body is sage enough to survive absorbing natural energy. That's my take on it at least.

Sasuke was catching up and Fast and Naruto needed Sasuke to help him. The only aspect he had against Sasuke was the fact if he stacked his modes he was stronger but honestly that Sasuke had or was going to gain the Perfect Susanoo so at that point he was closer to the power of the Kurama Avatar even stacked he just needed a bit more of time to grow.

If Naruto didn't get a Six Paths Sage Mode Sasuke would have woken up with a Normal Rinnegan or 2 and likely just been above Bro.

Ill give the animators the excuse that sasuke let naruto flip him over and aim a biju dama at him to see if he was serious. It’s simple, even tho Naruto didn’t want to kill Sasuke, he still needed to go all out to counter and hold back Sasuke. If Naruto did fight more aggressively he would’ve been more open to counter attacks from Sasuke as well.
I wonder if Sasuke cared for his Hawk and if they could have been useful in this fight I wonder what they would have done. 2: Naruto might be immune to Ninjutsu when he enters that form forcing everything Sasuke is using to be powered by his Six Paths Power to even damage Naruto while he's in the form. 3: Did Sasuke use the Preta Path or did Sasuke use Yoroi's Chakra Absorption the same type Orochimaru uses. 4: Does Naruto have a limit on his Bijuu Abilities? I feel like in Boruto he has some of them left but we don't know if he can use them all and we know he got a bit of Bijuu Chakra from all the Bijuu however I wonder if he really has the Kekkei Genkai/Abilities or if he has a limited amount of uses of them especially because all the Bijuu's full state are currently trapped and the Kurama inside Naruto is the one Minato had and not the original one inside Naruto. It's possible since I don't know if he uses abilities of the other Bijuu outside of their Rasenshurikens and for Shukaku he uses the Magnet Release Rasengan for Son Goku before even transforming into the Kurama Juubi Cloak he uses the Rasenshuriken of Lava of a MASSIVE Size not just a base size one and Boil Release is the last thing I can think of him using. I don't know if maybe he could form his tails into the wing-like Tails of Chomei, Use Ink like Sai and Gyuki, Use Coral for sure, Blue Fire, Along with Wisdom Wolf Decay and Bubbles or if maybe he has way less Chakra though he was using these abilities against Madara however maybe he still had in the back of his mind if he does have a limit that he plans to mess up Madara by using the same strat.
Lowkey get excited when a video thumbnail tells me I got something wrong about Naruto as weird as that is. Honestly I'm okay with the anime showing Base Naruto holding his own against this Sasuke at the start of the fight as we know Naruto throughout the war was gradually getting stronger so I just took it to mean while his base was inferior when they first got their new forms against Madara Naruto quickly progressed in power to the point he could exchange blows with a Sasuke who had also gotten more experienced with his powers in base. Both of them accelerating in terms of power progression with maybe Naruto having a slight edge due to the aforementioned benefit mentioned in the databook that he instinctively knew how to use his new form and abilities as opposed to Sasuke who clearly had a steeper learning curve with his Rinnegan.
This is a great video TBFH and a relatively new way of looking at the fight but I don't think you're giving SOSP Naruto his fair due at the beginning yes SPSM gives you inherent understanding and control over chakra but that doesn't actually mean much without the experience to use it. Yes you CAN use things instinctively but Naruto got FAR stronger during his fight with Kaguya. Secondly I had noticed aswell that Sasuke implied that he was maintaining a genjutsu on all the tailed beasts and the stamina implications that has are a non factor simply because Naruto's stamina was getting close to his limit as well. You HAVE to take into consideration that Naruto was not only fighting but CARRYING the war for a large portion of it. I don't think people actually realize how much work Naruto had put in. Hos first avt upon leaving the turtle island was to make what appears to to hundreds if not at least a thousand shadow clones and send them to the various battlefields to assist in the war. This was ALSO initial KCM Naruto meaning that Kurama was still draining his own chakra reserve out of spite. He then starts to fight with Obito and the previous jinchuruki unlocking KCM 2 in the process and yes while he WAS being helped by Bee and later Guy and Kakashi who really dont do anything until Obito's mask is broken. That doesn't take away from the huge duress that he would have already been under. Madara then shows up and for most of the fight up until the 10 tails awakens Naruto had to save people multiple times and fight reanimated Madara more or less alone. Then the allied shinobi forces vs the 10 tails.... Don't even get me started with how much Naruto basically carried that fight between guving kut chakra that actively made EVERYONE 3x stronger to outright protection from attacks like the 10 Tails Cataclysm attack. We theb get Naruto and Sasuke vs Juubito .... Yeah ATP ibn the story and this isn't even talked about.... Sasuke also recieved a cloak from Naruto and if you think Majestic Attire was them evenly splitting the responsibility against Juubito that would be the BIGGEST cap ever. It DID provide a much needed boost but jot nearly as much as people think. All this to say that by the time they fight in The Final Valley Naruto HAS TO be nearing the point of exhaustion which with how he was fighting makes sense.... ATP in thar Narritive Naruto has been confirmed to have light speed reaction time but his reactions in the final valley seem far slower than what he was doing against Juubidara and Even Kaguya. But i think you get the implications on Naruto's stamina now. 3rd ... Susanoo Vs The Kurama Avatar.... Oh boy do people not understand this. The Kuruma Avatar DOES provide a defense boost it would be LUDICROUS to say that it grants the same amount of defense as susanoo which is known as the ultimate shield especially a perfect susanoo. That is to say that them taking similar levels of damage from clashes is an insane feat for the Kurana Avatar more so than people realize. 4th... By god the fight with Kaguya is a mixed bag. You brought up some valid points but some of the implications is wild. Lemme get the Elephant out of the room first... Boil Release. From what we know from the Databooks about it which granted... Isnt much and leaves a but to interpretation... But at the end of the day from what we see is NOT that big of an amp. But does allow for something and blowing Kaguya away with just pure physical prowess is an insane feat. Hell even countering her vacuum waves in the Lava Dimension i felt like you downplayed. While i agree she probably used more chakra on the individual ones used to beake Sasuke's Susanoo she used far more in her clash with Naruto so more than likely she traded AP for speed. Secondly she ONLY dodge Sasuke's Susanoo's attacks after ALREADY being injured by Naruto so at that point it can be assumed that she wasnt trying to take anymore unneeded risks or damage. So what does this all realistically mean? I agree that Naruto and Sasuke are closer in power than people think. To the point that Sasuke Wouldn't just get one sidely washed by Naruto but that's the thing... There is STILL a large gulf between them. A lot of this is fair and I agree with a good chunk but, I have some contentions. The problem with the “Naruto carrying the war” and I do agree with it but, people overlook the fact Naruto was about to pass out from exhaustion yet has his chakra and stamina reserves replenished over and over via Kurama kneading more chakra so it’s not really like like oh he used all his chakra in the war, it’s more so there’s multiple times he used all his chakra and it was renewed, hell there’s a moment where takes the Kyuubi Chakra from Minato to fight Juubito, so it’s not a linearly scale moving down for his reserves. Hagoromo also most likely replenished them same as Sasuke as Sasuke was also just out of chakra from the Obito encounter (fought Madara in base without his Susano’o which is his FP) so again it’s kinda a null point. I also disagree CRAZY with the EMS Sasuke point you brought up but, I actually have a solo video on him on the channel I’d defer you too where I go into a bit of depth on that. Naruto’s cloaks aren’t really all that for stronger characters generally. For the Boil release point it’s outright stated in the Databook the jutsu has the potential to be Kaguya’s strongest since she output ALL of her chakra into it. It’d stand to reason the variations with more chakra imbued would actually be faster if anything idk how you’d go about proving she traded AP for Speed it’s kinda baseless, a single one of the vaccum fist she just against the Susano’o would have destroyed Naruto there. This makes more sense with the context that she still wasn’t going to kill either of them and wanted to reabsorb their chakra compared to layer on. Kaguya dodging Sasuke’s attack is actually VERY relevant since her phase durability is kinda cracked, as we saw even when she had her arm torn off by Naruto after that Susano’o sword dodge she takes ZERO damage from Naruto’s rasenshuriken barrage (only rips her sleeve off) so using her avoiding attacks is a good reference point. Just some minor critiques or disagreements appreciate the watch!
sasuke realistically shouldve won but narratively it doesnt make sense, it had to be a tie and they were always protrayed as equals aswell as stated to be equals in boruto
Feel like if sasuke kept his curse mark he’d make up for the slight gap between him and Naruto, would have a mode to make up for his physical power in base form making it closer to Naruto physically since now both get amped from a mode as well as having an amp for susanoo when coating it with curse mark similar to Jugo.
Rasen shurikens would've definitely not have been useful and actually a disadvantage. We were shown that both Sasuke's perfect Susanno and Naruto's Kurama avatar display the same durability feats. Meaning if Naruto thought he needed to be careful not to hit Sasuke with one of them, he would also need to be careful not getting hit with one either. Which Sasuke can easily switch places and have Naruto get hit with it instead, which could possibly kill him if you think it would kill Sasuke. This also for goes for Naruto's 3 headed avatar too. If you honestly think about it, Naruto trying to constantly overpower Sasuke would've been Naruto's down fall. Cause Sasuke can exchange ninjutsu on Naruto which will damage him instead. Or he can repel/buff himself for Naruto constantly using ninjutsu. The way Naruto took Sasuke out, aka tiring him out, was by far the only way to defeat him. Their was a couple of times that Sasuke could've won during the fight, but didn't play smart. Do I think Naruto is stronger than Sasuke? Yes I do, but it's highly exaggerated. Sasuke has all the hax he needs to beat Naruto, he was just to overconfident in the fight. Sasuke emp himself with biju power to gain advantage on kurama cloak and Naruto came back with natural energy which he can do anytime he want, not sasuke. Naruto could have killed Sasuke when he was on top with bijuu bomb and the fight would have been over too. Sasuke arrow are easily cancelled by kurama bomb which he can shoot pretty quickly. If they both go attack for attack until exhaustion Naruto will definitely win because he has way more chakra. Sasuke was done half way into the fight and had to absorb chakra from Naruto and he still had some. It was Sasuke who tried to exhaust Naruto that why he used indra arrow. He knew Naruto would have to use everything to survive this but just didn’t know how Naruto would have done. Sasuke then went into a fist fight with Naruto to tired him out and take his chakra at the last minute but he failed because he lacked chakra to use his sharingan. For the rasengan shurikens its true because its futon and Sasuke as fire which would blow back on Naruto but Naruto could have used bijuu chakra to do lava rasenshuriken too. The point is after that fight, Sasuke doesn’t have the power to compete against Naruto the same way he did that fight and Naruto would win every time. Even in Boruto Naruto always had the edge on sasuke power wise and managed to last longer than Sasuke on numerous fight. If the role were reversed and Naruto would have been the one trying to kill Sasuke he would have succeeded.
Naruto and sasuke both used bijuu chakra in their final clash. People forget that Naruto still had a portion of all of the bijuu’s chakra. As far as we know ALL sasuke did was simply even the playing the field by also using a portion of the bijuu chakra.

Obito placed a perfect jinchuriki under genjustu meaning he placed the bijuu inside him under genjustu as well. Obito placed Kurama under genjustu through Kushina’s seal.
Exactly, Naruto also has never defeated a rinnegan user without some form of assistance, even with Kurama he couldn't defeat a weakened pain, he couldn't beat Edo Nagato or Madara. The rinnegan counters everything Naruto has since his arsenal mostly consists of pure chakra attacks that can be absorbed.

I wont lie, Sasuke felt like he's done a bit dirty in general with how they portray his use of his abilities. I know pure power wise, Naruto has Sasuke severely outmatched, but Sasuke has such stupidly broken hax with his Eternal Mangekyo and Rinnegan that its honestly baffling that he doesn't win. You see, I can buy into him not being very experienced with the Rinnegan, but clearly thst doesmt stop him from effectively using it seeing as how hes able to capture 8 tailed beast with Chibaku Tensei on his first try then take most of their chakra. So, if he csn effectively do that, whats stopping him from #1: Continually siphoning vhakrs from the beast and naruto as they fight. #2: Just teleporting Naruto into point blank striking range and instantly impaling him with Amateratau Chidori like they did to Madara. #3: Hitting Naruto with Izanagi the second their clash might be a tie to just flat out kill him instead. #4: Use all that Tailed Beast power you stole to make a super massivr Chibaku Tensei to seal Naruto away and take all his chakra before he dies. #5: Use Genjutsu or a Chibaku Tensei to distract or restrain Naruto lomgcenlugh to rip out his soul with the King of Hell. In the manga I think Kaguya was just so much stronger the Susanoo bounced off. I think the Susanoo just got stronger over time. 30:30 It is stated to be his ultimate technique/attack in the fight against Kaguya in Jin no Sho, for what that is worth, so probably stronger than the ones he used against the Skyline Chibaku Tensei.
I was gonna mention the Kaguya melting it bit which is probably more so a result of her using the extremly hot air the Lava Dimension due to how she can use her surroundings & is one with nature essentially with her just having general chakra aura, but it kinda gets into the Kaguya fight anime vs manga which would also force me to discuss Naruto's green aura chakra slash that cuts Kaguya's arm vs the Kurama Claw. Overall it's generally too vauge & she still has the aura from the Vaccum fist in the manga before the Susano'o strikes so it seems very reasonable she used it there, although Sasuke getting stronger is also fine both are probably true in actuality.

@sicariodu9546 I reread the fight recently. And paid attention to sasukes sharingan eye it didn't turn into an ems until the final clash. And him using enton susanoo and everything else is due to the fact his rinnegan was charged which let's him do all of his ems abilities and by boruto it's confirmed he can do enton amaterasu and susanoo with only 1 of his eyes. If he had used it earlier, he could've gained the perception and power boost granted by the ems. Although it wouldn't change anything, it's still a notable observation because he ends up using it in the final clash out of all moments he could've used it in the fight.
Might be a stupid question, but is it possible that when Naruto made the clones that were all beat up, that he did so because it would make sure his clones all looked like him in that moment? I mean part of the reason to use the shadow clones (other than for numbers) is to confuse the enemy. If his clones were pristine, wouldn’t someone like Sasuke just try to go for the original?

Sasuke should have easily won this fight. Naruto is a walking plot armor. The fight was great, but if you need to nerf one of the fighters to make it interesting, then you failed somewhere.
Everything is plot in a fictional series. We don't need resort to the childish plot armor excuse. Just point out how Sasuke would have immediately won if he treated him like Madara. He teleported his sword to instantly pierce Madara's heart when Madara charged at him. Yet when BASE Naruto did he clashed arms. Then smacked him away with Chidori instead of slicing him in half with a lightning sword.

I keep telling people boil release isn't going to do anything to Sasuke. It took not only several arms, but several punches to actually break his Susanno. So just imagine if one of Kaguya's arms punched him once? It wouldn't do anything. That's Naruto's case, and that's not including the fact that Kaguya used a smaller arm on Naruto, aka less chakra less weaker than the ones she used against Sasuke. And just for one punch, after just that one punch his boil release was gone. Naruto would literally just be wasting power on Sasuke
22:50 this moment is weird because he literally just absorbed kurama's chakra so there's no reason for the sharingan to turn off at this point, especially when in the next panel we see him using EMS and spamming enton/chidori. The only explanation is Sasuke subconsciously holding back by turning it off or plain mistake from Kishimoto.
He probably didn’t want to waste all the chakra Kurama gave him in one shot since the Sharingan Chidori combo just takes up a TON of chakra & was trying to conserve, compared to later on when Kurama notes he’s trying to settle the fight with one blast.

It’s not that the Sharingan consumes much but, even Kakashi in P1 notes that the combo is insanely draining on chakra reserves so it prob would sap a lot from a close to exhaustion Sasuke. Sasuke also has to think about undoing the Tsukuyomi and potentially dealing with issues right after taking down Naruto so him conserving strength or not thinking to use literally all the chakra in one shot at that moment isn’t outlandish.

Naruto isn’t really fatigued as he reaches peak exhaustion multiple times throughout the war only to have his stamina reserves replenished whenever Kurama kneads more chakra for him (chakra being a direct link to stamina reserves). An example is when Naruto is about to pass out vs WM Obito yet with Kurama’s Power he can continue fighting with various moments of him getting recharges such as when he takes all of Minato’s Kyuubi to fight Ten Tails Obito or when Hagoromo pretty much replenished his and Sasuke’s reserves via the power he bestows. It’s not really a linear graph downward in terms of fatigue for Naruto it’s more like a constant up & down. Kurama notes it but, he’s just referencing the Madara / Kaguya fight most likely as that version of Kurama didn’t even see Naruto fight the entirety of the war or know.

In the manga he switches as well we just don’t see exactly with what (could be a rock by Naruto’s feet Sasuke has switched with small objects or can just make people appear in front of him without explicitly showing what they switch with) Naruto directly references his left eye - this being present even in the Japanese - when Sasuke appears so he switches both times just with different objects

I think base Naruto being able to trade punches with Sasuke at the start is more than supported by base Naruto being able to fight him at the end of the fight and the normal rasengan vs chidori Amaterasu gravity clash. Also base Naruto after achieving six path sage mode is a lot stronger and less dependent of chakra cloak than base Naruto from before it, which is showed by him being able to just kick away Madara’s truth seeking orb.
He had his Six Paths Mode activated when he kicked the TSO which already was stated to make him stronger than BSM, and then he stacked Kurama mode on TOP of that.

Rinnegan was irrelevant til Sasuke used Bansho Tenin. Precognition comes from Sharingan so it was the classic Sharingan Sasuke vs Naruto & clones. And a Rasengan made from Kurama's chakra isn't normal. Sasuke took the nature energy Kurama gathered then Kurama gave Naruto his chakra which is why he passed out (chapter 698 page 3). Since Rasengan & Chidori always matched, for this to make sense Kurama must have given Naruto more chakra than Sasuke took to match Enton Chidori.

It would seem the anime traded Naruto's attack power for defensive fortitude. Which is also corroborated by the clones being brutalized by Sasuke's Indra Susanoo in the anime.
I actually had a note of this written in but, just didn’t end up throwing it in 100% right it traded offensive power for a durability feat, although the manga gives the feat in direct contrast to the Indra Avatar who also shares it as they both get caught in the blast so you have more of a gauge compared to the anime where the avatar iirc isn’t caught in the explosion.

Good video in general! But I have some issues with your statement regarding that Naruto don’t have to hold back to not kill Saskue. And the when Saskue says to Naruto if you don’t attack you will loose or something like that.
Trough out the fight Naruto is on purpose matching Saskue’s strength. Because if he goes to hard he could easily might end up killing Saskue. The whole narrative of the show is that Naruto refuses to give up on Saskue. So if he did kill him the message from the show would be different.
Giving the fact that Saskue powered up his Susano with all the other tailed-beasts to launch his strongest attack and Naruto could still match it should explain to you just how much Naruto was holding back to not kill Saskue. He is mostly on the defensive and does not hit him with any kill shots at all.
Saskue is constantly going for kill shots, impaling or thrusting moves with the intention to kill.
It’s like in a real fight one person is attacking all the Vital areas, the groin, neck, liver, back of the head . And the other is playing by the rules and not targeting the vital areas.
The only thing that made the fight close were Naruto holding back.
The problem with this logic is that Naruto’s Bijuu Bomb is outright stronger than Naruto’s Physical attacks in the Kurama Avatar and that isn’t anywhere near significant enough to kill Sasuke.
So Naruto holding back with his Kurama Avatar from a stat perspective isn’t really all that supported since he’d also inevitably die via it being broken down. If Naruto could have just beaten up the P.S he honestly would have he could have just restrained Sasuke without killing him which would have made his job easier overall.
It’s in a similar sense to how Hashirama and Madara fought with the Databook noting the end of the fight was a “razer thin difference” even with Hashirama only being resolved to kill Madara by the very last moment.
It’s more of an intent / style of fighting rather than some objective stat thing.

That he could have prepared while he had the Nine tail transformation clones for an example. Naruto could have used way more different Rasengan’s trough out there fight and amp then with different Tailed Beast elements. The fact is that Saskue himself says before the big attack clash to Naruto -So you have finally decided to kill me huh? Meaning that he was no longer holding back because of the Amp Saskue got from draining all the tailed beasts chakra in to his Susano. I’d say that is a strong implication that Naruto was holding back. It might have not been much but it was enough for Saskue to notice it. And given Naruto’s character development of turning bad guys in to good guys it’s fit the narrative very well. He uses his truth seeking orbs as a defensive instead of an offensive.

From an unbiased viewpoint Naruto overall, as a whole character, in his entirety was never really someone who fights to kill someone, but instead uses all of his strength to take down/stop an opponent. So for one saying he's stronger because he didn't go for the kill, its obviously misinformation and misses the entire point Kishimoto was making. Sasuke is simply the opposite who ended up having a mindset to go for the kill later on in the series. (That's their gist and how they was written according to Kishimoto, they’re two sides of the same coin) It's not to be interpreted to say Naruto has a one up on him, or vice versa, many overall miss Kishimoto’s point and this is what causes controversy unfortunately; it’s just fans being fans. I'd disagree as intent matters. Naruto absolutely intended to kill Pain initially. Pain pointing out the cycle of hate was actually pivotal to Naruto's growth as a character and how he convinced Nagato. He initially wanted to kill Pain and had to come to terms and let go of his hate to move beyond the cycle of hate. His loss of Jiraiya and desire for vengeance is what keyed him into better understanding Sasuke, something he wasn't able to do in their first fight.
Now obviously, Naruto isn't fighting to kill, but it seems very disingenuous if you're seriously saying Naruto was going all out to "beat Sasuke down" when he clearly didn't. As nice as a feat it is for Naruto to throw hands in base with Sasuke at the start, Sage Mode would've made him even at worst but likely superior in that clash. Sage Mode enables insane reflexes, degree of precog, improved power, and extended reach with Taijutsu.
Sasuke chides Naruto for fighting on the defensive. This isn't Obi-Wan using Soresu, Naruto staying on the defensive is definitely not supporting him giving his all. Naruto stopped holding back with their big clash so he didn't die. Sasuke noticed this and Kurama gave him shit for it too.
This one is my own interpretation, but it borrows from your argument of Naruto as a character. Naruto tripped on purpose imo. He had Sasuke dead to rights and trips? This isn't Part 1 Naruto. Naruto, hours later, has the focus intense enough to noticed in the middle of Sasuke striking, that his Sharingan went away but is going trip over a rock when he has much more energy and less fatigue? Naruto painting Sasuke's life juice over the valley doesn't fit Naruto's desires nor is it in his character to do that. Naruto literally couldn't have hit Sasuke with it as with Sasuke that weak, it probably would've killed him.

He has amaterasu, Kirin, genjutsu and many other variety of staff. Only argument is that Naruto got Kyuubi control, but that control is kind of negated to Susanoo and other EMS hax abilities. I'm convinced that in these versus battles, if the author doesn't write an easy win, there's probably not an easy win.
Naruto was fighting for his life and Sasuke's life. There was little room for error. Sasuke was going for the kill, but there was no easy way to accomplish that.
Essentially, Sasuke's only option was to try to exhaust Naruto of all his chakra to make him vulnerable. Naruto's only option to kill Sasuke is to kill him outside his Susanoo with a large attack.

Wind Chakra boosts Fire Chakra, Sage Chakra is 100x more effective. Lava being Boosted by 6PSM Wind Chakra is OP. Way more powerful than Dust Release.
Final Fight Naruto is SS class and Sasuke is SB class. If Sasuke actually used his Rinnegan abilities and actually defeated his opponents I'd rank him higher. In Boruto they are both SA class.
Ink Rasenshuriken to the Jewel in the forehead of Susanoo. Even if it does "Zero Damage", it would at the very least impair Sasuke's vision. Setting up for a surprise attack.

Saying they wouldn't be effective is ridiculous IMO when being used by the unpredictable ninja. We all saw the Susanoo be damaged by regular and strong attacks, so it's not invulnerable. Perfect Susanoo has less protection on the forehead than inside the head or in the chest of it. The most troublesome part is the Mobility, Power, and the height Sasuke is located. Most ninja cannot reach him to even with Giant summons and long range jutsu. But Naruto can fly and use the giant avatar that can move on its own. If the Tails were equal to the sword, shouldn't they trump the thin barrier Sasuke's in?

I think it gets underestimated how much sasuke is still learning during the fight, like Naruto got a massive power boost but sasuke had to learn to fight with abilities he’s never used on the fly, how taxing on the chakra they are, how to actually implement them in combat
So it seems that the anime in total just boosted both Naruto and Sasuke at different points in the fight and rather insanely. Frankly, just remembering that Sasuke had a battery pack on him the entire fight has reminded me just how superior Naruto really was in this fight. Not only was he seeking a peaceful solution, but he was doing it with pretty much his regular chakra allocations.
But the active use of suppressing the tailed beasts AND holding them in chibaku tenseis shows how held back saskue was with his pretty massive reserves.

@stephencollins9396 Something of note that I think is pretty exceptional is still holding the tailed beasts in the chibaku tensei even when running on low battery almost exhausted by chakra unless the chibaku tenseis destroyed and the beasts were incapacitated it's an exceptional feat none the less.

And it’s not like he had to focus on the seal the entire fight, once something is sealed, it’s sealed: we never see people or tailed beasts just popping out of being sealed. They were sealed and had their chakra taken, if anything: doing this greatly diminishes Sasuke’s feats as they are solely limited to all the tailed beasts just hanging around. Without that, he would have been stomped.

Intending to clash equally rather than overpower is not going all out. Your argument for him going all out is that he got tired. And maximum output is more of a JJK term than Naruto. Though if we shifted it to make more sense, it still wouldn't apply. In Naruto and Sasuke's final clash, he used a base Rasengan rather than infuse wind release into it, another example of him not going all out.

Also As for Sasuke PS Naruto has Kuruma Avatar to combat and cancel it out I’ll also have to say Naruto’s Kuruma avatar is a tad bit stronger than Sasuke’s PS as Naruto is able to make different variations and Shadow Clones of it as well as combine his own jutsu with it. Naruto also is able to counter and block all of the PS attacks with the tails and arms of Kuruma with being able to overpower the PS by throwing it into the ocean and standing over it to blast a nerfed bijuu dama at it. Naruto also has more chakra than Sasuke so he’ll be able to stay in Kuruma Avatar longer than Sasuke can stay in his PS as well. So it’ll be PS Sasuke is a 9 while Kuruma Avatar Naruto is a 9.5.

When the story wants Sasuke to struggle they take away all of his analytical ability. No intricate probes, no traps, no outmanuevering like usual.
I think they're really close but, a fully mastered Rinnegan sasuke even w/o bijuu chakra is no way getting defeated by naruto. He just outright renders all naruto's jutsus useless,

Also i would like to point out the insane nerf of Amenotejikara in this fight, sasuke was able to bisect madara in half with chidori spear, granted he could do the same to naruto instead of a plain chidori if he was going for the kill as people portray him to be, using all he got, even naruto's hand wouldn't block that!! and there also the possibility of him just throwing a chidori-kunai etc forward and just teleport naruto's head just 1cm next to it to it like he did madara with the sword? neither madara or naruto were able to react to Amenotejikara, even in lava dimension naruto wasn't able to react to sasuke teleporting behind him when he was falling to lava to catch naruto, nor he did when he teleported with susanoo behind him, the different scenario's with this jutsu are infinite!!.

It's like I keep saying: there's an obvious reason Sasuke wasn't allowed access to his chakra absorption until the end of the fight. Remember, it's not just for powering him up, it's for weakening his foes, AND cancelling out incoming ninjutsu. And while we don't know the limit of how much chakra he can steal in one fell swoop, we do know that the gap between the two isn't so huge that he'd have to use it too many times. We also know when Nagato (who was an Edo and thus, weaker, and also doesn't have Sasuke's Super Rinnegan) used it against Bee it pulled such a huge amount it reverted him from v2 to v1 chakra cloak. Imagine Sasuke trading places with a truthseeker orb, grabbing Naruto's dome, and snatching his wig so hard he drops down from SPSM to just BSM or maybe just KCM2.
And no, Sasuke wouldn't turn to stone either, because while he can't summon natural energy, his body can adapt to it as it is introduced to him, evidenced by his Susonoo making use of Juugo's natural energy. Or we could just say since his body can already use Six Paths Sage chakra his body is sage enough to survive absorbing natural energy. That's my take on it at least.

4: Does Naruto have a limit on his Bijuu Abilities? I feel like in Boruto he has some of them left but we don't know if he can use them all and we know he got a bit of Bijuu Chakra from all the Bijuu however I wonder if he really has the Kekkei Genkai/Abilities or if he has a limited amount of uses of them especially because all the Bijuu's full state are currently trapped and the Kurama inside Naruto is the one Minato had and not the original one inside Naruto. It's possible since I don't know if he uses abilities of the other Bijuu outside of their Rasenshurikens and for Shukaku he uses the Magnet Release Rasengan for Son Goku before even transforming into the Kurama Juubi Cloak he uses the Rasenshuriken of Lava of a MASSIVE Size not just a base size one and Boil Release is the last thing I can think of him using.
I don't know if maybe he could form his tails into the wing-like Tails of Chomei, Use Ink like Sai and Gyuki, Use Coral for sure, Blue Fire, Along with Wisdom Wolf Decay and Bubbles or if maybe he has way less Chakra though he was using these abilities against Madara however maybe he still had in the back of his mind if he does have a limit that he plans to mess up Madara by using the same strat.

Lowkey get excited when a video thumbnail tells me I got something wrong about Naruto as weird as that is. Honestly I'm okay with the anime showing Base Naruto holding his own against this Sasuke at the start of the fight as we know Naruto throughout the war was gradually getting stronger so I just took it to mean while his base was inferior when they first got their new forms against Madara Naruto quickly progressed in power to the point he could exchange blows with a Sasuke who had also gotten more experienced with his powers in base. Both of them accelerating in terms of power progression with maybe Naruto having a slight edge due to the aforementioned benefit mentioned in the databook that he instinctively knew how to use his new form and abilities as opposed to Sasuke who clearly had a steeper learning curve with his Rinnegan.

This is a great video TBFH and a relatively new way of looking at the fight but I don't think you're giving SOSP Naruto his fair due at the beginning yes SPSM gives you inherent understanding and control over chakra but that doesn't actually mean much without the experience to use it. Yes you CAN use things instinctively but Naruto got FAR stronger during his fight with Kaguya.
Secondly I had noticed aswell that Sasuke implied that he was maintaining a genjutsu on all the tailed beasts and the stamina implications that has are a non factor simply because Naruto's stamina was getting close to his limit as well. You HAVE to take into consideration that Naruto was not only fighting but CARRYING the war for a large portion of it. I don't think people actually realize how much work Naruto had put in. Hos first avt upon leaving the turtle island was to make what appears to to hundreds if not at least a thousand shadow clones and send them to the various battlefields to assist in the war. This was ALSO initial KCM Naruto meaning that Kurama was still draining his own chakra reserve out of spite. He then starts to fight with Obito and the previous jinchuruki unlocking KCM 2 in the process and yes while he WAS being helped by Bee and later Guy and Kakashi who really dont do anything until Obito's mask is broken. That doesn't take away from the huge duress that he would have already been under. Madara then shows up and for most of the fight up until the 10 tails awakens Naruto had to save people multiple times and fight reanimated Madara more or less alone. Then the allied shinobi forces vs the 10 tails.... Don't even get me started with how much Naruto basically carried that fight between guving kut chakra that actively made EVERYONE 3x stronger to outright protection from attacks like the 10 Tails Cataclysm attack. We theb get Naruto and Sasuke vs Juubito .... Yeah ATP ibn the story and this isn't even talked about.... Sasuke also recieved a cloak from Naruto and if you think Majestic Attire was them evenly splitting the responsibility against Juubito that would be the BIGGEST cap ever. It DID provide a much needed boost but jot nearly as much as people think. All this to say that by the time they fight in The Final Valley Naruto HAS TO be nearing the point of exhaustion which with how he was fighting makes sense.... ATP in thar Narritive Naruto has been confirmed to have light speed reaction time but his reactions in the final valley seem far slower than what he was doing against Juubidara and Even Kaguya. But i think you get the implications on Naruto's stamina now.
3rd ... Susanoo Vs The Kurama Avatar.... Oh boy do people not understand this. The Kuruma Avatar DOES provide a defense boost it would be LUDICROUS to say that it grants the same amount of defense as susanoo which is known as the ultimate shield especially a perfect susanoo. That is to say that them taking similar levels of damage from clashes is an insane feat for the Kurana Avatar more so than people realize.
4th... By god the fight with Kaguya is a mixed bag. You brought up some valid points but some of the implications is wild. Lemme get the Elephant out of the room first... Boil Release. From what we know from the Databooks about it which granted... Isnt much and leaves a but to interpretation... But at the end of the day from what we see is NOT that big of an amp. But does allow for something and blowing Kaguya away with just pure physical prowess is an insane feat. Hell even countering her vacuum waves in the Lava Dimension i felt like you downplayed. While i agree she probably used more chakra on the individual ones used to beake Sasuke's Susanoo she used far more in her clash with Naruto so more than likely she traded AP for speed. Secondly she ONLY dodge Sasuke's Susanoo's attacks after ALREADY being injured by Naruto so at that point it can be assumed that she wasnt trying to take anymore unneeded risks or damage.
So what does this all realistically mean? I agree that Naruto and Sasuke are closer in power than people think. To the point that Sasuke Wouldn't just get one sidely washed by Naruto but that's the thing... There is STILL a large gulf between them. If i had to compare it to something it would be SSJ3 Goku vs Fat Buu
A lot of this is fair and I agree with a good chunk but, I have some contentions.
The problem with the “Naruto carrying the war” and I do agree with it but, people overlook the fact Naruto was about to pass out from exhaustion yet has his chakra and stamina reserves replenished over and over via Kurama kneading more chakra so it’s not really like like oh he used all his chakra in the war, it’s more so there’s multiple times he used all his chakra and it was renewed, hell there’s a moment where takes the Kyuubi Chakra from Minato to fight Juubito, so it’s not a linearly scale moving down for his reserves. Hagoromo also most likely replenished them same as Sasuke as Sasuke was also just out of chakra from the Obito encounter (fought Madara in base without his Susano’o which is his FP) so again it’s kinda a null point.
I also disagree CRAZY with the EMS Sasuke point you brought up but, I actually have a solo video on him on the channel I’d defer you too where I go into a bit of depth on that. Naruto’s cloaks aren’t really all that for stronger characters generally.
For the Boil release point it’s outright stated in the Databook the jutsu has the potential to be Kaguya’s strongest since she output ALL of her chakra into it. It’d stand to reason the variations with more chakra imbued would actually be faster if anything idk how you’d go about proving she traded AP for Speed it’s kinda baseless, a single one of the vaccum fist she just against the Susano’o would have destroyed Naruto there. This makes more sense with the context that she still wasn’t going to kill either of them and wanted to reabsorb their chakra compared to layer on.
Kaguya dodging Sasuke’s attack is actually VERY relevant since her phase durability is kinda cracked, as we saw even when she had her arm torn off by Naruto after that Susano’o sword dodge she takes ZERO damage from Naruto’s rasenshuriken barrage (only rips her sleeve off) so using her avoiding attacks is a good reference point.

Feel like if sasuke kept his curse mark he’d make up for the slight gap between him and Naruto, would have a mode to make up for his physical power in base form making it closer to Naruto physically since now both get amped from a mode as well as having an amp for susanoo when coating it with curse mark similar to Jugo.
Rasen shurikens would've definitely not have been useful and actually a disadvantage. We were shown that both Sasuke's perfect Susanno and Naruto's Kurama avatar display the same durability feats. Meaning if Naruto thought he needed to be careful not to hit Sasuke with one of them, he would also need to be careful not getting hit with one either. Which Sasuke can easily switch places and have Naruto get hit with it instead, which could possibly kill him if you think it would kill Sasuke. This also for goes for Naruto's 3 headed avatar too.
If you honestly think about it, Naruto trying to constantly overpower Sasuke would've been Naruto's down fall. Cause Sasuke can exchange ninjutsu on Naruto which will damage him instead. Or he can repel/buff himself for Naruto constantly using ninjutsu. The way Naruto took Sasuke out, aka tiring him out, was by far the only way to defeat him. Their was a couple of times that Sasuke could've won during the fight, but didn't play smart.
Do I think Naruto is stronger than Sasuke? Yes I do, but it's highly exaggerated. Sasuke has all the hax he needs to beat Naruto, he was just to overconfident in the fight. Sasuke could've easily shot an Susanno arrow and switched the arrow in Naruto's head and walked off, game over.

Sasuke emp himself with biju power to gain advantage on kurama cloak and Naruto came back with natural energy which he can do anytime he want, not sasuke. Naruto could have killed Sasuke when he was on top with bijuu bomb and the fight would have been over too. Sasuke arrow are easily cancelled by kurama bomb which he can shoot pretty quickly. If they both go attack for attack until exhaustion Naruto will definitely win because he has way more chakra. Sasuke was done half way into the fight and had to absorb chakra from Naruto and he still had some. It was Sasuke who tried to exhaust Naruto that why he used indra arrow. He knew Naruto would have to use everything to survive this but just didn’t know how Naruto would have done. Sasuke then went into a fist fight with Naruto to tired him out and take his chakra at the last minute but he failed because he lacked chakra to use his sharingan. For the rasengan shurikens its true because its futon and Sasuke as fire which would blow back on Naruto but Naruto could have used bijuu chakra to do lava rasenshuriken too. The point is after that fight, Sasuke doesn’t have the power to compete against Naruto the same way he did that fight and Naruto would win every time. Even in Boruto Naruto always had the edge on sasuke power wise and managed to last longer than Sasuke on numerous fight. If the role were reversed and Naruto would have been the one trying to kill Sasuke he would have succeeded.
Naruto and sasuke both used bijuu chakra in their final clash. People forget that Naruto still had a portion of all of the bijuu’s chakra. As far as we know ALL sasuke did was simply even the playing the field by also using a portion of the bijuu chakra.

I wont lie, Sasuke felt like he's done a bit dirty in general with how they portray his use of his abilities. I know pure power wise, Naruto has Sasuke severely outmatched, but Sasuke has such stupidly broken hax with his Eternal Mangekyo and Rinnegan that its honestly baffling that he doesn't win.
You see, I can buy into him not being very experienced with the Rinnegan, but clearly thst doesmt stop him from effectively using it seeing as how hes able to capture 8 tailed beast with Chibaku Tensei on his first try then take most of their chakra.

#3: Hitting Naruto with Izanagi the second their clash might be a tie to just flat out kill him instead.
#4: Use all that Tailed Beast power you stole to make a super massivr Chibaku Tensei to seal Naruto away and take all his chakra before he dies.
#5: Use Genjutsu or a Chibaku Tensei to distract or restrain Naruto lomgcenlugh to rip out his soul with the King of Hell.
The man just has so many optiond to close out this fight and they wouldnt even be out of his charscter to do in most cases.

I was gonna mention the Kaguya melting it bit which is probably more so a result of her using the extremly hot air the Lava Dimension due to how she can use her surroundings & is one with nature essentially with her just having general chakra aura, but it kinda gets into the Kaguya fight anime vs manga which would also force me to discuss Naruto's green aura chakra slash that cuts Kaguya's arm vs the Kurama Claw. Overall it's generally too vauge & she still has the aura from the Vaccum fist in the manga before the Susano'o strikes so it seems very reasonable she used it there, although Sasuke getting stronger is also fine both are probably true in actuality.

@sicariodu9546 I reread the fight recently. And paid attention to sasukes sharingan eye it didn't turn into an ems until the final clash. And him using enton susanoo and everything else is due to the fact his rinnegan was charged which let's him do all of his ems abilities and by boruto it's confirmed he can do enton amaterasu and susanoo with only 1 of his eyes. If he had used it earlier, he could've gained the perception and power boost granted by the ems. Although it wouldn't change anything, it's still a notable observation because he ends up using it in the final clash out of all moments he could've used it in the fight.
Might be a stupid question, but is it possible that when Naruto made the clones that were all beat up, that he did so because it would make sure his clones all looked like him in that moment? I mean part of the reason to use the shadow clones (other than for numbers) is to confuse the enemy. If his clones were pristine, wouldn’t someone like Sasuke just try to go for the original?

Sasuke should have easily won this fight. Naruto is a walking plot armor. The fight was great, but if you need to nerf one of the fighters to make it interesting, then you failed somewhere.
Everything is plot in a fictional series. We don't need resort to the childish plot armor excuse. Just point out how Sasuke would have immediately won if he treated him like Madara. He teleported his sword to instantly pierce Madara's heart when Madara charged at him. Yet when BASE Naruto did he clashed arms. I keep telling people boil release isn't going to do anything to Sasuke. It took not only several arms, but several punches to actually break his Susanno. So just imagine if one of Kaguya's arms punched him once? It wouldn't do anything. That's Naruto's case, and that's not including the fact that Kaguya used a smaller arm on Naruto, aka less chakra less weaker than the ones she used against Sasuke. And just for one punch, after just that one punch his boil release was gone. Naruto would literally just be wasting power on Sasuke
22:50 this moment is weird because he literally just absorbed kurama's chakra so there's no reason for the sharingan to turn off at this point, especially when in the next panel we see him using EMS and spamming enton/chidori. The only explanation is Sasuke subconsciously holding back by turning it off or plain mistake from Kishimoto.
He probably didn’t want to waste all the chakra Kurama gave him in one shot since the Sharingan Chidori combo just takes up a TON of chakra & was trying to conserve, compared to later on when Kurama notes he’s trying to settle the fight with one blast.

It’s not that the Sharingan consumes much but, even Kakashi in P1 notes that the combo is insanely draining on chakra reserves so it prob would sap a lot from a close to exhaustion Sasuke. Sasuke also has to think about undoing the Tsukuyomi and potentially dealing with issues right after taking down Naruto so him conserving strength or not thinking to use literally all the chakra in one shot at that moment isn’t outlandish.

-a fresh power he hadn’t even had a full day with, might as well not have had it tbh, while Narutos was just a boost of his Mastered Sage Mode

-during the scrap was maintaining the genjutsu on ALL NINE BIJUU
-didn’t have his sword
-the truth seeker orbs being part of the Rinnegan make more sense tbh

Naruto isn’t really fatigued as he reaches peak exhaustion multiple times throughout the war only to have his stamina reserves replenished whenever Kurama kneads more chakra for him (chakra being a direct link to stamina reserves).
An example is when Naruto is about to pass out vs WM Obito yet with Kurama’s Power he can continue fighting with various moments of him getting recharges such as when he takes all of Minato’s Kyuubi to fight Ten Tails Obito or when Hagoromo pretty much replenished his and Sasuke’s reserves via the power he bestows.
It’s not really a linear graph downward in terms of fatigue for Naruto it’s more like a constant up & down. Kurama notes it but, he’s just referencing the Madara / Kaguya fight most likely as that version of Kurama didn’t even see Naruto fight the entirety of the war or know.

When Minato gets to the Battlefield he didn't know how to do KCM but because of the Yin/Yang duality thing with the Kurama's Minato's half could do it for him. Its simple. We can use previous feats, Naruto is able to contend with Kaguya, Sasuke gets his perfect susanoo torn to shreds. Naruto momentarily fights sasuke in base. Naruto is stronger, simple.

In the manga he switches as well we just don’t see exactly with what (could be a rock by Naruto’s feet Sasuke has switched with small objects or can just make people appear in front of him without explicitly showing what they switch with) Naruto directly references his left eye - this being present even in the Japanese - when Sasuke appears so he switches both times just with different objects
